I booked a King bed room, I got two doubles. The Motel didn't mention you have to pay $12 a day for parking and it isn't per night, if you are only staying 1 night, you have to pay for parking the day you check in, as well as the day you check out. So $24 to park for less than a 24 hour stay. Hope you don't like towels, you don't get those either. I happened to be there the day Atlanta got hit with a nasty winter storm, very cold and snowy. The room they gave me did not have a functional heater, it blew cold air all night. When I woke up in the morning, it was 55* in the room. Don't stay here unless your really have no other options.

I had reserved and paid in full for two nights. When we checked in, I was told I had to pay $12 per day also. Hotel.Com assured me my total WAS the total, no other fees. I was very upset about this. A hotel wants to also stick you with paying to park in their parking lot? I don't get it. I tried to asked questions, such as why? I received no useful response. My wife was going in for emergency surgery the following morning at 05:00 (Piedmont Atlanta) so I did not have options. I felt like I was being robbed. Just another sneaky way of slipping in another "fee". So dirty it felt slimy.

Room and bathroom were very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. Overall I have no complaints and would definitely stay at this location again. Parking lot is very small, but the facility itself is not very big, but could be a problem if they are fully booked. They do give you a parking tag so only guests are allowed to park in the lot. A few fast food places and stores are within walking distance.

Limited parking, which was indicated in the information online. There were other spaces, although I'm not sure what would have happened had they been full. It's a bit of a walk to the Georgia Tech area, but it was doable for me, and a nice walk.

Listing on Expedia touts free parking but when you arrive they charge you $12 per night. Management has been aware of this for a long time according to property reviews. This is not an error, it's illegal. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of Jessica, the front desk attendant, who was great.

Stayed 4 days, got zero room service; problem worsened by fact they only give you two thin towels. Asked 3 times for wakeup calls, only 1 was made. Elevator bounced and jerked pretty strongly for a few seconds at third floor, was rather scary. (It was the only elevator for the building). One overworked ice machine for the entire hotel. $12 charge per night to park a car.

This was the absolutely nicest Motel 6 stay I have ever experienced. Staying a Motel 6, or any 3 Star hotel, I go in expecting the basics: clean bed, hot shower. But this place was far and above the best. First, the room was CLEAN. I've never seen a Motel 6 this clean. It had a fridge and microwave (you heard me, I've been to other Motel 6's that charged extra). Huge TV visible from every point in the room. Will definitely stay at again next time I visit Atlanta.

Horrible room. Cigarette butts found all over. Unclean used soaps were left in the bathroom. We checked out immediately and booked at another property. They do not want to refund.

Nice and clean, extra towels and pillows on request, great staff! Best of all, 1/3 of the price of the other places nearby.

Fantastic location (3 min walk to SCAD). And neighborhood feels safe. Property was full of marijuana smell, sheets were used/dirty upon arrival, though staff corrected promptly and thoroughly the next morning. Room lighting is institutional white bulbs. But can’t beat the location.

The room compared favorably to others I've stayed out in this price range because it was very clean and included a refrigerator and microwave. On the downside, I stayed on a Friday and there was quite a bit of noise outside. The TV is important to me on these stays and this one was very large with a good selection of channels, but surprisingly, the remote control was odd and I didn't see any way to pull up an onscreen schedule.

Motel is in a very convenient location. Rooms are updated and nice for a Motel 6. Big TV, fridge, microwave and new bed, lots of lighting. Tiny shower curtain that was useless so the entire bathroom got wet when you would shower. Location is next to the highway and on a major thoroughfare so it is very loud. It didn't help there was a big metal plate on the road from construction that sounded like a sledgehammer every time someone drove over it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Booked this pet friendly stay that was close to the State Farm Arena where we were seeing a show. The Staff was very nice. Thw room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for where we were going. Plus, there's plenty, nearby, for shopping and food. Biggest positives were they let us check in a little bit early, which was so nice, and the mirror/sink area was so well-lit, it made gettting ready so easy. There is a $12 parking fee, which I will gladly pay again. Thank you SO much. We will book again.

Requested a NON SMOKING room. Room assigned to me had been smoked in recently. Asked for a new room within 40 minutes, clerk said he couldn't because it had been more than 15 minutes since I checked in. Not happy with that response... Other than that, the hotel is pretty good. There are no amenities and the room is basic but clean. Parking is right on premise and close to rooms. Location is excellent for Buckhead & Midtown/Westside Atlanta.

Actually for a Motel 6 this is a great property. The staff was excellent. I felt very safe. It’s in a decent neighborhood. The room was excellent with a bed better than much more expensive motels. Room was recently renovated and was very clean. Only objection was it appeared to have been a smoking room but even that wasn’t overbearing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

upon check-in there was some type of confusion with my reservation, which resulted in a brief misunderstanding on their behalf. I was then told that my services could be refused if I didn't want to listen to what was being said. once she found the right reservation she apologized for the inconvenience.

Room was clean but customer service was horrible. Arrived to Night manager focusing on guests domestic dispute and he had us waiting outside to check in. There was no iron in room, and non available at the front desk.

I didn’t get checked in til 5pm when check in said it was at 3pm. They said they were short staffed on housekeepers. So I was patient but it was a BIG inconvenience for me because I had a concert to go to that night. Once I got checked in my stay was fine but the process prior was a headache.

Location mainly decent however the parking area people were in and out. Sketchy, pacing . When checking in lady was on a personal call the whole time very rude acting as well. However the laundry lady and house keepers were very friendly. Whole place smelled bad, had to go buy sheets , blankets, Fabreeze and cleaner to get my husband to stay there.

Nice hotel for the price. Hard to find at first due to it being tucked in behind trees and other business. Sign not very visible till ya get right on it. Its on a busy rd. Close to downtown. Not bad but nothing fancy. Id stay again

Very close to the Shepherd Spinal Rehab, where my husband is currently staying. RIght on Peachtree, across from the Amtrak station as well. The Gentleman that checked me in was very nice and informative. Only cons, ice machine was broken, I smelled pot pretty much the whole time I was there and people were hanging outside either in front of or near my door because I could hear conversations loud and clear, almost had to call and complain but it finally stopped.
