We stayed 2 nights, and didn’t get any cleaners to come to the room and clean it at they could have least leave some fresh towels. The pool was disproportionate to the amount of rooms it could only have up to 66 total. The food in the Resturant was hot and cold. I was served cold Macaroni and cheese with a piping hot piece of unseasoned chicken, but the green beans were good. The staff seemed nice and said hi. The best part was Starbucks.

The hotel is very nice and had everything we wanted. We loved the bar that stayed open til midnight, the Starbucks onsite. My only complaint is our room felt damp like there wasn't ventilation in there. Our sheets and the floor all felt damp

Staff were nice, welcoming, check in & out was quick! Loved that there was a restaurant/bar, Starbucks, pool, and gym. However the smell upon entering the room was like mildew. The ceiling had black spots, which appeared to be mold.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Would recommend changes to parking fees. Although I feel parking should be included with the reservation, if fees must be charged at least charge daily instead of every time a guest has to leave. This area has a lot around it but most not within walking distance.

The Westin was amazing the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel location was perfect as there were places to eat within walking distance. There were a lot of parking spaces. The room service experience was great! The food was fresh and great. I highly recommend.

I was not impressed by this hotel. The rooms were dated. Older carpenting and out of date furnishings. The bathroom tub was stained along with the tiles around the tub. The water was lukewarm in the shower. The only positive thing was the beds. They were somewhat comfortable. Although, i was extremely tired after driving 8 hours. I would not give this hotel 4 stars...maybe 2.5 stars. Especially, for the $$$. I''m pretty sure i wont stay here again.

Property looks really nice but smells like mold and mildew water stains were in the carpets in the hallways and rooms. My room had to be moved because the smell was so strong. The staff although nice seemed super overwhelmed. Not the Westin experience we are use to.

This is a well kept hotel - very clean and comfortable. The comforters and literally like clouds! It is clear that the cleaning staff takes pride in their work and it’s appreciated. The front desk staff is also very kind, constantly carrying a smile and accommodating. The valet guys are respectful and courteous and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Best nights sleep in a hotel in a long time! Quiet and clean and the shower was amazing!! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and decorated in a modern way. The lavender sleep oil they left for us was a great little extra touch! Great stay!

The love going to the Westin' hotels. Each one has something different to offer. This time around was the one in Dunwoody. Room 1213. Had a beautiful view of the lake. Will be visiting again soon.

Very nice and friendly staff. It is an older hotel but very well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and inviting. And most of all… I found the room rate was cheaper than other places

At check in there was an issue with the room that was reserved (1 king bed instead of two queens). The issue was quickly resolved. The woman who checked me asked if being near the elevator was be an issue. I told no i don’t believe so. Well… it really was In issue. Our room was right behind the elevator. It sounded like a plane in the room. The hotel was sold out so switching to another room wasn’t an option. When checkout I informed the front desk. She stated I will note your account for any further stays to not put you by the elevator. The restaurant didn’t have children menu for dinner (my son is a very picky eater and doesn’t really eat meat). They couldn’t/ wouldn’t make simple grilled cheese sandwich. I see on the menu they have bread and cheese but didn’t want to make a sandwich.

The elevator situation was poor with only 1 working and no ideal stair option. My AC unit was not working and room was unbearably hot. Staff didnt seem to care or do much to rectify

A great hotel! Easy access right off the interstate. Excellent facilities, friendly/professional staff, spacious and very well appointed rooms, and great breakfasts in the restaurant. Everything about this hotel was perfect for me. It is some distance north of downtown and the airport, but if that doesn’t matter, this is an outstanding hotel (as are most Westins I’ve been to) that I would highly recommend and most definitely stay at again.

Bad experience. The photos are misleading. There was not a tub/separate shower as the pictures show on the website. I got there and changed rooms 3 times. The 3rd room the in room phone did not work. I went to front desk and advised them the phone did not work and there was only one set of wash cloths/towels. They did not bring anything to the room or fix the phone. Housekeeping made the bed but did not throw away any food that was lying around that was clearly trash. Terrible customer service.

Gary was amazing at check-in. He was friendly, efficient, and completely helpful in everything asked. I forgot the name, shame on me, but she was also a top-notch employee. She took the time to tell us about attractions to see in Atlanta that I hadn't heard of before. Pleasantly helpful and great coffee to boot! I would stay again when traveling to Atlanta.

Renee was the BEST!!!! She took care of me and my husband. He is afraid of heights and we were originally on the 18th floor. She immediately placed us on a lower floor without any hesitation. We will definitely stay again. The entire staff was great and I mean the entire staff!!!!!

Great stay- more modern/new inside than the outside suggests. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Be aware that there are very limited dining options in the area other than the restaurant in the hotel. There is a small pseudo Starbucks but it has very limited offerings very little food choices. Be prepared to drive for meals.

Everyone was extremely kind and warm. Room was spacious, luxurious, and clean. I was there for a conference. My only feedback would be the catering staff wasn’t able to refill the food quickly enough, and cleared the tables 15 minutes earlier than scheduled.
