Rude and disrespectful front desk staff “Jaqueen” made my stay miserable and I won’t ever stay in an Extended Stay again after how she behaved.

The front desk staff was so sweet. Simone and Joneka( sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so pleasant.

was not greeted pleasantly by the hotel manager. He mumbled under his breath. I did not understand a single word he said, until he made it clear that there was no single beds available. I said that I would pay the difference to get a double bed without letting me know he put me in supposedly the last available single bed on the first floor 123, I opened the door to this room, and the smell immediately filled my nostrils. It was not a pleasing scent! It smelledso bad it was old filthy carpet that was not vacuumed before my stay. My one key cash was taken for this disgusting room, my friend quickly notice that the AC wasnt working this was on one of the few days recently that Atlanta was 80° weather bathroom had two filthy drains There was endless amounts of BEDBUGS the manager laughed admitting to, he refused to change our room/refund stating we ahouldve came an hour ago we didnt sleep due to the bugs and left the early
