Stayed 2 nights. The staff was very polite to me. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet quality and variety is what I would expect from a hotel. I was not aware of the extra $18 paid parking per night, but with gated access, vehicles are much more secured here than typical hotels.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant had good food and prices. The only issue is that I planned a solo weekend that focused on health and wellness. Swimming daily was a big part of my weekend and I couldn’t do that due to the pool being out of service. It really impacted the purpose of my trip.

Check in easy. The room was ok; the rooms are not sound proof. Had to keep calling front desk about the noise, but the bed was comfortable. My initial plan and reason for booking this location was because of the location and pool access, but was informed the next day that the pool was out of order. When asked the front desk clerk, they was very unprofessional about it. I asked about a courtesy discount, but of course they didn’t honor it.

Great hotel, less than 10 min ride in their shuttle from ATL's Ground Transportation area. Stayed 1 night in between flights. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and kind. Shuttle drivers were courteous and safe. On my shuttle ride back to the airport the next day, I really enjoyed speaking with the driver (lady) from Virgina. She had a very welcoming, positive demeanor, which made the start of my return trip that much more pleasant.

The hotel smelled horrible, my room smelled horrible. My room was dirty… the counters weren’t wiped down, the tub wasn’t wiped down properly, my linen was dirty. My pillowcase was filthy, I took them to the front counter and Bridget (I think that’s her name) promised me she would have someone clean my room again. When I got back to the room the bed was made up with new pillows and pillow cases but nothing was wiped down which lets me know it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The rooms were very smelly. The first room smelled like mold. We asked to be transferred to a different room. While the smell was a little better that one smelled like feet. For parking you have to pay for and no free breakfast or anything I expected a lot more.

Mold in the room and cobwebs in the corners of the walls. Beds very uncomfortable and worn. Not good resting beds. Pull out couch uncomfortable as well. Expedia says because I was a platinum member of theirs I would not have to pay for parking. However I was told that's what Expedia tell me and it's not true. Staff was very friendly and helpful and patient.

It was cleaner than expected from looking at the building from the outside or the hallways. The rooms were very, very dark with very poor lighting, and the air conditioning sounded like a door creaking all night long.There was an overwhelming smell of weed seeping into our room from a different unit, and it was overall not the best stsy but the sheets were clean. And no shampoo.

As requested by Yolanda, the manager, I sent her pictures and videos of the issues with my room -221. The bathroom ceiling had black mold the tub has holes in it that was leaking water and it could possibly cut your feet. The tile surrounding the tub grout was falling off, and the tiles moved around. When stepped on. There were sewage flies coming out of the bathroom I took pictures of all of these issues and video of the TV. Having a crack on the bottom right corner there's no picture. No one has called me to make it right

The lighting was very poor in our room. The fixtures and lamps are outdated (the reading lights have a short in them, when you wiggle them the lights flicker on and off). After a bit of attitude from the front desk, Maintenance came and changed a bulb in one light but that still only gave us minimal lighting.

The rooms were very spacious and clean! The hotel was very clean and staff was very kind and welcoming! We also has family members who stayed there while we did and loved the outdoors seating area, it was nice to have that option to meet up and talk in an open area with comfortable chairs. Close to the airport and many other places.

Disappointed in my stay. Checked in past midnight and no water in room. Had to buy for $3 a bottle. Next, no blackout shade! Which I can’t understand especially at an airport hotel! So I couldn’t sleep late at all. Then I took a shower and no conditioner in the bottle! Hilton, you can do better than this!

They had a fire drill and nobody warns us. The desk clerk stated she put a letter under everyone door but we didn’t receive one and when my wife asked about it she got smart and was very rude. I stayed at this property a couple of times but this time wasn’t the best or average.

Excellent location, GREAT staff (the gentleman who checked me in Sun, 3 Aug 25, @ 9PM, was awesome!! His service with a smile and quick check in made a very nice end to a full day of travel. The outstanding customer service he provided is well above what's offered at both domestic & international hotels. After 25+ years traveling for work he is easy in the top 1% of front desk staff and deserves an immediate raise in pay. His stellar service is 100% the reason I will recommend Atlanta's Hilton Garden in on Sullivan to all family & friends staying over night.

Staff was extremely rude. 3 people when our shuttle of 10 arrived, after shouting at everyone to have IDs ready, two of them retreated to the back room despite there being 3 checkin stations, leaving one person to handle the crowd. Shuttle bus from the airport, useless. Next time I will Uber for <$20 instead of waiting over an hour, and will go to the neighboring hotels. Also, I am.a Hilton Honors member and they refused to honor it, even when I paid with a Hilton Honors credit card.

We have stayed at this location several times. It's convenient to the airport and reasonably priced. The only thing we don't like, and it's been consistent, is that the front desk staff have been rude and seem to really not like their jobs. I don't usually complain, but it really feels like they really wish you'd stop bothering them!

Got to the hotel after an exhausting day of traveling and working around 1am. There was a massive amount of people checking in and only one person working at the desk. Might as well have just spent the night in my rental car as I got hardly any sleep. The wait to check in was horrible. The individual handling the desk was amazing with all he had in his plate. Someone please give him a raise.

I never come back in that place anynore. The staff is very rude and not welcoming at all. At 9,30 pm, upon my arrival the receptionist told me that i couldn't have stayed at the hotel because my credit cards for the deposit has been declined. The room has been paid in advance but she didn't care, it was against the rules! I was traveling with my son 12 years old. It was terrible and scary. In the end, after insisting a lot she finally gave me a room. I was so happy and relief to go at the airport early in the morning the following day. Iwill never stay at Hilton, any of them, in the future.

I really the hotel was solid. Neighborhood surrounding the hotelwas very sketchy, but it's an airport hotel so it is to be expected. The hotel grounds were fine though. Front desk was pleasant and rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet. Only complaint is the pay to park scheme. I understand this concept with valet or if you are downtown an space is limited, but Hilton is doing it here just to make a quick buck.

It is very close to the airport. It has very limited dining options. You need transportation to restaurants and other things. There is no place to shop around the area. No public transportation either. There was no complementary water in the fridge.

There is no information on the website about which Hilton Garden Inn van you are supposed to take from the airport. I even called the hotel to confirm shuttle service and they did not mention there are multiple HGI in the area to be sure which one we were going to. Nor did the drive check that we were on the right van. So of course, we got to the hotel at 11:30pm and were told we were at the wrong location. The desk clerk said our options were to wait for the van, go back to the airport and get another van, or take an uber. This was poor customer service. Once we got to the right hotel, things were fine, the room was spacious but dated. The desk clerks were helpful both at check in and in the morning. Disappointing that breakfast is not included and there's nothing close in the area to go to for a quick breakfast. Our shuttle driver the next morning was friendly and helpful and guided us to the rental car so we could get ready for our Georgia trip.

Only hot breakfast options are now sandwiches, they did me a “favor “ and brought me some scrambled eggs and bacon for which the charged $28, rediculous , front desk staff Also did me a “favor “ letting me in when parking gate didn’t work, kept telling me it was open as I was in front of it. I would never stay there again. I hope that the other garden inns that I stay at don’t make the same changes to breakfast and don’t hire the same dismissive arrogant staff the this one has
