There was no shuttle from domestic terminal to this hotel and i litterally waited 2 hours before grabing a taxi before being told this is normal.... Hotel itself needs refreshment for everything and is super noisy

I book a room for 3 nights my second night there i seen a roach crawling on the table near my bed i took a picture of it thinking like there gotta be more then i seen another one crawling on the lamp i told the manger and she put me in another room for my last night which I’m pretty sure had roaches to i don’t recommend this hotel they are very dirty from when you walk in the building

Found a bed bug so we left within an hour of checking in. Lady at the counter did not cancel our room when we asked for a refund and it charged our account double. Very dirty beds that smelled really bad and had a lot of stains. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Overall my experience was great. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. I made a noise complaint at 3am because the three individuals next door to us decided to be up yelling and arguing with each other at that time. I made my initial call to report and every call other that went unanswered. Those people yelled for at least 3 hours unaddressed.

They advertise a shuttle! When i came at 23.30 no shuttle available!! Had to take a taxi! The girl on checkin has to be the worst person I've ever deal with!!! When my sister called, gal didn't transfer call!! Nor did she answer phone when I called down! Breakfast was almost non existant!

MJ at check in was the only good part of my stay. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated his thorough handling of check in. The rooms are incredible run down, and walls are paper thin. When anyone near the room used their restrooms, showered or even walked around you could hear it. The Heat/AC unit was unplugged when I arrived, but honestly I was too nervous to even plug it in because the outlet had evidence of damage and I was concerned for fire hazard. There were hairs in both the shower and the bed when I arrived. I checked in very late and was only staying until morning, or I would have left. Then to top it off, I am now in the process of trying to get my deposit back bc it wasn't automatically refunded.

The lobby is a bit dingy but only because it's old, however the rooms, despite some old furniture, seem to have a recent makeover and are very clean and never seem to have any smell which is important to me. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit but at least they serve something included in the price. The gentleman working the counter was very friendly and helpful.

This space was okay for a quick overnight stay for flight layover. The building is older and needs renovations. I chose it because of the airport shuttle but had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle was shared with 5 other hotels and there was no space for my family.
