Property was in good condition. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was aide entrance door was not requiring security key when I went in. It was daytime so that may have been regular protocol and being locked at night. Don't know.

I had to stay there my Dad was in the hospital. It was close and convenient. I was in the motel for 9 hours and it needs to be cleaned. I asked for an extended check out of one hour and they said that would not be possible. The parking was awful as well. Normally I am not a complainer but, it’s outdated.

The staff at Comfort Suites was super helpful and friendly. Parking was a little messy because of some Uhauls/work trucks that were parked in the back lot, but I was able to find a spot every night. Housekeeping services set up my room thoroughly, except for a tshirt that a previous visitor left in the dresser.

The “gym” was smaller than my hotel room. The pool was tiny. My room was old and had dirt and rust. The shower took a long time to get warm and it never got hotter than luke warm. The side door to the hotel didn’t lock and stayed open which doesn’t ensure for guest safety or cleanliness.

Our rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only 'issue' we encountered was the lobby and eating area were warm. From where I sat I could see the thermostat and it was set to 76. That is a bit warm while it is in the 90s outside and trying to eat breakfast was uncomfortable. Other than this; we enjoyed our stay.

hotel is older and in need of refurbishing. Door tracks to closet rusted and shower a bit grungy. Breakfast was limited and eggs were usually cold. Okay for a place to overnight.

The service was really great! Everyone was so nice. Our biggest complaint is that the clean sheets had pet fur on them. (We did not bring a pet.) I would not recommend this place if you have animal allergies. The place could definitely use a touch-up here and there, and the breakfast could be improved. Other than those things, everything was comfortable. I think I’d book here again if I needed to.

The hotel and room were clean, but there was an overpowering smell when we walked into the lobby, which permeated throughout the property. It smelled like really strong chemicals. With the exception of the room at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, this was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable, but small. I was afraid to sit on the couch, as there were 2 big stains on the cushions. The towel rack behind the toilet was loose and about to fall off the wall. The staff were all very friendly. and the breakfast was good.

The experience started off poorly when we waited 10 min at the front desk for an employee to appear to check us in. As soon as we entered our room, our shoes made the sound as if the floors were sticky. The insulation in the walls was horrendous as we could feel and hear the TV through the walls and hear everything they were saying. It’s as if the door that conjoins the room was made of paper. We could even smell their fast food seep through the door into our room. Thankfully, we brought our sound machine and had it on full blast. The comforter had several snags in the fabric which did not make me excited to jump in the bed. I guess this is what you get when you stay at a Comfort Inn. The breakfast was horrible and the coffee even worse.

I booked through Expedia and decided to pay at the property instead of pay ahead. I don’t normally do that. Typically I would pay when I booked. The morning I was to check out I received a receipt under the door that said my rates were not available! Garbage! If that was the case they should have told me that when I checked in. I was given rates through Expedia and they should have honored it. This is the first hotel that has ever done this to me and we travel a lot and have always used Expedia. Some of the rooms have smart TVs and some don’t. They don’t tell you that when you check in. We had trouble with our tv the entire two day stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The room was not stocked like I would expect. We had to ask for toilet paper(there was less than half a roll at the start of our stay), there were no blankets for the pull out bed. Either the rooms are showing their age or lack of upkeep. The TV was not functional, the closet doors were barely holding on and the key card would take numerous swipes to work each time. It is pet friendly so you also get all of the carpet stains that come with that.

Reserved a handicapped accessible room, but wasn't able to get one since I had 2 smallish dogs with me. Expedia listed this hotel as pet friendly, but did not indicate anywhere I could noticeably see any restrictions or additional charges for pets. I was forced to stay in a "pet" room. Also, I was charged $35 per dog, per night ($140 over the Expedia quoted charge)

I was talking with the clerk regarding an extra "$35.00 pet fee and the manager on duty came and confront me with a very bad attitude because she said it was posted on her website, with out knowing I reserved through a 3rd party website. Will never stay in this place... She was very aggressive and challenging with her tone.

I liked that It was close to the hospital. The front desk woman had the personality of a stone. The evening desk clerk screwed up my wake up call two days in a row! Entry and exit from the property was extremely difficult especially in heavy traffic.

We were fine with the accommodations, though pricey for a single. What was extremely ANNOYING were the guests next to me and across the hall!! Dogs!! Growling, yapping, barking at all hours!! And a very CHEAP supplied "Continental " breakfast. I figure after spending $150 for the night of unrest, that I could get more than a choice of boxed cereal and a piece of fruit!!
