Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Some maintenance issues: one out of two elevators was out of order, outside front door ( one of double doors) to hotel not working so they had to leave it open, the working elevator had a sensor problem so it would open & and then close again every time someone got into it.

Another great stay here! New or newer property with all the conveniences. Nice rooms, super clean, quiet, indoor pool, outdoor patio with fireplace and nice lobby area. It is easy access to 400 and lots of shopping and restaurant choices close by. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is now my go to place when flying in to visit my mom.

this hotel is sparkling clean with not a thing out of place. my only complaint is the ice machine and water fountain was not working, but hotel staff was so accommodating and gave me free bottled water from the hotel shop. the breakfast was wonderful too! The floors in the room are not carpet, and they are sparkling clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Brand new place. The week I was there the fire alarm went off multiple times. Once, at almost midnight. They were having issues with it. Annoying, but overall great place and friendly people

Unfortunately the brook reeked of cat urine . We arrived so late and my husband did not want to go down and get another room I could barely sleep due to the foul odor and notified the desk, they apologized but didn’t offer any type of compensation .the room was very clean other than the horrid smell and the staff was nice, I don’t think we’d stay her again without ensuring our room doesn’t stick ahead of time . We’ve stayed at tons of country inns ? This must allow pets or someone such their cat in.

Love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. It's in an area with restaurants, gas stations and stores. Staff was very friendly.

Newer property but not clean—-floors dirty from front door to room with no plausible reasoning—I’d get it if it were raining and people were tracking it up but nope. It was obvious and widespread. Smell of marijuana was strong—I don’t care if people light up but I didn’t want my clothes to smell in the meeting I was attending the next day and it was definitely a possibility. There are plenty of properties in the area, I’d probably choose a different one for future visits just because if the floors are obviously dirty and no one is addressing it are they really cleaning what we can’t see?

We enjoyed the pool, jenga and connect four… the room was clean but like all the other reviews you can literally hear everything. It sounded like someone was coming through the ceiling and I was not able to sleep. You can hearing every door opening, closing, every footstep, etc and it was so loud. Maybe I would stay again if I was on the top floor but you can still hear surrounding noises so I don’t know. Oh, the breakfast was really good.

I liked the proximity to the hospital (reason for stay); but, I also didn't like the road access between hotel and hospital. One was required to get across an extremely busy highway to a turning lane. At the turning lane, the traffic caused excess waiting times. I think there is a possible "back way", but did not have time to check it out. Otherwise, enjoyable stay. Oh - no clock in the bedroom.

Overall the hotel was clean and seemed well kept, but with a few updates could be exceptional. The water pressure in our 3rd floor room was low and there was only 1 hook. With 4 people we had wash cloths and towels all over the place. There was only a night stand between the beds, so for people who wear glasses it was not convenient. We ended up moving the desk chair next to the bed at night. Finally there was no safe in the room. If you travel with devices, you typically like to lock those up when you are out and you know people may come in to clean up the room. Overall this is a good hotel and in most ways is better than average. We stayed 4 nights, which is why lack of hooks and safe came to mind. The USB power ports were nice as we did not need adapters to charge our devices with the exception of USB-C charging cables.

Room was very clean and well maintained and stocked with towels. It was quiet and safe. There are plenty of restaurants of all kinds. The Wi-Fi went out on our first night. But it got fixed the next day. Overall we will stay there again. The staff was great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but our neighbor's alarm went off at 4:30 am - 6:30 am despite calling him and knocking on the door and calling the desk 4x. In the morning the manager told us there was nothing she could do for us because we chose to book our room with a third party so they were not responsible for another guest's actions.UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Even though the room was prepaid through Expedia, the staff took a $50 security deposit on our credit card. We left the room in pristine condition, but one week later they still have not cancelled and refunded the security deposit hold. I cannot reach them by phone, and when I text to the help line, I only get an automated response saying someone will come back to me soon. This is terrible customer service. I suspect in many cases they just take the $50 and if the customer doesn't notice, they keep it. Awful and untrustworthy.

Lovely amenities and excellent staff. The location is just off exit 14 on 400 and convenient to multiple places in the metro Atlanta area. The hotel is well maintained and the cleaning services are excellent. The staff are really friendly, helpful and wholesome. I'll definitely stay again.

Highly recommend staying here as it’s a wonderful hotel! Clean, upscale look with plenty of parking and right off the main road. The outside patio with firepit are stunning and breakfast options were plenty. Loved the size of the suite and will definitely stay here again when I am in town! The staff even gifted my child a small toy and cookie when we checked in,

Unfortunately our family trip to Atlanta got cancelled due to the fact the entire family got Covid. I contacted the hotel to at the very least try and postpone our trip due to it was a non-refundable prepaid reservation. This was beyond our control. Their response was sorry can't help you. I can only hope the manager at this hotel does not ever get into a situation beyond his control and sees that things happen sometimes. I was not asking for a refund, just a postponement. I would think they would be a little more accommodating. It will be the last time we visit this hotel.

Worst stay at a hotel. There was supposed to be a quiet time from 10pm till 7am. I had to call the desk 3 time between 10pm till 12am. The people above us were so loud. Stomping, jumping and moving furniture. Each time I was told that the staff would or had asked them to quiet down. Finally at midnight I was able to go to sleep but at 6am it started all over again. Went to the front desk and still no help. Was told they were checking out that day. Never got a sorry for the inconvenience or anything

Upon arriving to check in I called the front dexk to let him know I would be checking in a little late, and the guy who answered did not seem to be to friendly. I was asked how long before arriving and I told him a out 25 minutes after 1am. Once I arrived I told him Im the young lady who called about late arrival due to moving out of my place in the area and having last minute things to do in the area. The guy did not greet me with a welcome me and did not seem happy to be working. I had a long stressful day from moving and coming back to clean the home I moved out so I wad tired and exhausted. Being the person I am and when I spend my money and notice these things I immediately address them to the person but was not up to it. That mor4when I went down for breakfast it was very badic compared to some hotels a small rolled over omelet with chesse, susage, dry cereal, pastries. I was hoping for fruit, but it was just bite to eat and could have bern better. Overall the room was clean and a comfortable bed. Would I stay here again? NO....

We had an excellent stay! We arrived for our daughter's graduation and had booked two rooms. Customer service was A+; the staff made sure our rooms were adjacent, provided water upon check-in, and went above and beyond to assist us with small needs. The rooms were immaculately clean. The hotel itself looked new and fresh. Easy to access. Felt very safe. We slept through breakfast (ended at 9:30; we had been traveling for a full week). The black-out curtains were truly black-out! :) But, there was a large breakfast offering, and coffee/tea available in the lobby (last pot made at 5pm for the evening). Would certainly book again the next time we are driving through!

The purpose of our trip to Cumming Ga was for a hip replacement. This hotel is a prefect location to Northside Hospital - Forsyth (3 minutes away) which is where my procedure was done. Walmart, several groceries stores and restaurants are very close. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived before check in due to an early flight in and they rushed to get a room ready/cleaned. The room itself was super clean and comfortable as was the property. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Staff here are Always Friendly and helpful! We normally stay here when we pass through! Super clean. Great hot breakfast. Only wish they would keep breakfast open until 10:30 so we could sleep in!
