Too many dogs on premise.Smell bad ,share elevator.Big whole in arm of sofa, a cochroach in bathroom.I killed it, no more showed in 2 more days.Noisy heating unit.Staff at front desk and cleaning crew were great.Very nice location for walking Ronald Reagon Blvd . mini gym was very nice, well equipped.

The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, especially the double queen room was very spacious. The gym had great equipment and the pool was large for an indoor hotel pool. The morning breakfast starts at 6 am and had quite a few options to choose from.

What an enjoyable hotel! We stayed for several nights for a baseball tournament. Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of options for local restaurants that you can walk to. Didn’t realize there is guest laundry available until I read about it on the elevator. It’s in the back of the exercise room. Didn’t use it, but I think it was something like $2.50 a load?? Water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Full-sized fridge and a large trash can hiding under the sink (lol didn’t notice that until we were checking out!) The AC was a little bipolar. We would wake up sweating because the heat had turned on, which is weird. And there was clearly a family of elephants staying above us. (Lesson learned to ask for the top floor at check in!) Good options for breakfast and lots of seating with tons of electric outlets. Looks to be a nice indoor pool. Plus there are two outdoor grills to use. The staff is very friendly and are ALWAYS cleaning and disinfecting something!! Definitely would stay here again if travels took us back.

Very nice hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was good - waffles, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt - the usual. The rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel smells lovely. Good workout room too. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good.

I love Home 2 Suites because the rooms are so big for families who stay there. Rooms were comfortable and clean! Only downside is the loud party above us (sounded like teenagers) who kept us up way too late. The surrounding area of this hotel is under construction. The views are of a razed lot, but it was still within walking distance of some good restaurants and shopping! The pool was excellent for my two kids.

My wife said it was one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed at, including 5 star hotels. I was pleasantly surprised that the king bed suite had two desks, as my wife and I both work remotely. The area seemed very safe, the pet potty yard was well lit and equipped with bags, and the staff was very nice. I even had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, who was wonderful. We will stay here again.

I had a room that had a terrible cooking smell in it. I complained the first day and was told, oh that room has been like that for a month….I asked for it to be deodorized. The second night the toilet would not stop running so I had to put a rubber band on it so it would stop but then was unable to flush it. After that, I was offered to change rooms but I still had to come back to the hotel in the middle of my work day to move my belongings, as they were needing the original room that night because property was sold out. Luckily I was not far away but still a bit inconvenient. I had stayed there previously a couple times with no issues. It is very convenient to many shops, restaurants, highway, etc. I had another week booked in March but have cancelled. Maybe I will come back there next time I’m in town for work.

I am now a fan of home 2 suites. This place was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a cleaner room and hotel, nicer and more helpful people, and overall great experience. I have bragged about this type of hotel and this hotel in particular to so many people. It will be the first type of hotel, I will look for when I am booking a room.

My wife said it was one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed at, including 5 star hotels. I was pleasantly surprised that the king bed suite had two desks, as my wife and I both work remotely. Property was extremely clean. Loved the kitchenette in the room that was well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc. Full sized refrigerator, microwave and deep sink was great. Bed was comfortable and there was a sofa in the room and a pull out table for eating or working. Will definitely stay at Home 2 Suites again!

Hotel was in great location, easy to get in & out. The Staff were all very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The only thing that wasn't great is that something in our room made us all have alleric reactions... don't know if pet had recently been there or something.

I love Home 2 Suites because the rooms are so big for families who stay there. Rooms were comfortable and clean! Modern, clean, great rooms for a family. The little touches for children, like an eyehole in the door at their level, were special. I loved the convenience of shopping and food. Breakfast yummy!

I always love staying at this hotel when I'm in ATL for work. It's clean, near a variety of restaurants and shops, and tucked away at the end of the street so the traffic noise is minimal. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We arrived at 10:30 and had to wait a good 5 - 10 minutes for 2 employees to stop playing with their phones to come out and help us. We were given no information except what room number we were in, no times on check out or breakfast or anything. I had a 2 lb ESA and was told they did not recognize that and it would cost $70 for her to stay. My card was charged 3 different times. $75, $50 (which should be refunded) and another $15, I don't know why. Pet Friendly.....More like money hungry.
