This Best Western is located very convenient tpo I-85. Very fast check in and friendly. My only negative was the elevator was not dependable as it was not working properly during my visit.

Clean rooms/buildingand nice showers but highly disappointed with the breakfast options and the fact the pool was not operable. Next time would save $30 and stay next door and spend the 30 on breakfast out.

I recommend this location if you are no-fuss and need a convenient and comfortable stay. Nice gym and pool. Clean, modern design. Bed was comfortable. The only thing is there is not always someone at the front desk.

Good clean rooms and nice staff. Quiet and safe area. A lot diverse restaurants nearby. The only negatives were the pool was closed and not many options for breakfast. Overall good value/quality for what you pay.

Messy repairs going on outside that hindered parking and exits. Noisy clientele in halls. Breakfast nicely done.

Clean and comfortable night stopover. Would stay here again. Very safe area which was a concern not knowing Georgia with good proximity to Atlanta. The pool was not open but they allow you to use the pool at Staybridge Hotel right next door.

Very convenient off I85. Clean and staff very nice. Breakfast available. Fitness center available. Room was comfortable, clean, and updated. The only thing I wish the shower was a little bigger with better shower head, but it was fine for 1 night stay.

Check in was great! The hotel smelled really good as soon as you walk in and the room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable! Definitely would stay again!

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Our room, the hallways, lobby, breakfast area. We would definitely stay here again and would tell friends about it too!!

The bathroom seemed to be a bit off in the cleanliness. There were still bits of mens facial hair trimmings around the bathroom sink … so yea … that was pretty gross . Toilet didn’t seem to flush well … thats all im going to say on that .and the microwave was so high up … that was weird. My child was showing signs of low grade fever after we checked out , so theres that .

Quick stay for a gymnastics meet. Hotel was super clean, quiet, and the staff was great. Hotel also appears to be recently updated with nice upgrades.

This hotel was very clean,no dirty smell.I didn't find anything wrong.,and usually there is something wrong when i stay other places.Nice rooms,i was surprised how nice and clean they were. I actually had to compliment the lady at the desk at check out on the hotels cleanliness .

Hair was on one of the comforters. Lots of hair was in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The room appeared to be straightened but not cleaned.

The tub was not clean. Needs to be properly cleaned and glazed over the bottom. Breakfast wasn’t the best either, not many options

This is my 4th time staying here. Its always very clean everyone is very polite the beds super comfy and the pillows are extra fluffy. I will continue to stay here in the future

The hotel is great. It was very clean and everything was good quality. My only complaint is that there was an old cigarette smoke smell in the room.

The soundproofing was not so good. Overall, It seems like this hotel is a pretty decent hotel for the price.

Just way to noisy in our room, Icemaker, elivator, & maids work area right next o our room & no one seems to have teh courtesy in at least attemping to be a little quite, especially late into the day.

Room was comfy, but the internet service was horrible (worst I have ever experienced). This is something everyone relies on to function, and to have the be a complete failure is not acceptable.

The pool was green! Very unhappy about this. The location was great, and the property was nice otherwise. The bed was comfy, and the large shower with glass doors was nice. However, the bathroom door wouldn't latch, much less lock, and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom! I liked the blackout window shades but didn't like that the TV wasn't a smart TV; the aspect ratio on most channels was off. With other options in the same parking lot as this hotel, I wouldn't choose it again.

The bed was awful. No USB plugs in the room. The A/c made horrible loud noises. The walls were thin, hear everything. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Made complaint on A/c repairman came but did not fix problem😩

Absolutely the WORST customer service, and possibly the dumbest employee I’ve ever met in my life. The reservation was made in my daughter’s name, she’s 20, but you have to be 21 to book (I didn’t know this and I booked the room). Upon arrival she found a police officer trying to help a homeless lady get a room for the night and the agent at the front literally refused to help. The officer was demanding manager as we would also do before the end of the night. Once I found my error I was told all I needed to do was call hotels .com and have the reservation changed into Son in laws name. I used points for partial payment. Hotels .com corrected my error. I was sent confirmation. Daughter tried to check in again….and the guy said it wasn’t changed. I got ahold of hotels. Com again and the rep literally called Hampton INN to find out how he could get the changed name to him any other way.bc it was DEFINITELY changed. The agent at the desk said I need her to cancel and re-book. This after a 2 hour ordeal. I don’t care how nice the rooms might have been, how Great the location may have been, or how cheap it was. The poor customer service that we experienced was UNACCEPTABLE!! We ultimately left and went accross the street to Tru! It was SUCH a vast difference and a lot nicer.

The stay itself was good. However, I initially booked and paid for my stay through hotels.com. The hotel then charged me again when we stayed. They say that they can't find the charge as we happened to stay the day it was changing from Besr Western to Marriott. I have called multiple times without resolution and am still waiting...

Beautiful hotel that is under remodeling BUT the 3 nights, 4 days that I stayed in they did house keeping service in our room. I told one of the staff members and she just told me to go down if I wanted clean towels, after I got to the counter I asked her about the trash and other things that house keeping do and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to put the trash in the hallway.

The hotel was cleaned and the staff was great. I left my car keys in the room and they was more than happy to help me get them back before I travels back home. What an amazing staff

I appreciated the staff quickly giving a different room once we realized we were on the “party floor” We drove an hour and a half to stay here to prepare for a very crucial exam that my daughter has to take to earn a college credit tomorrow morning.

I chose this hotel for the price and location but i wont be staying again unfortunately. The staff didnt seem very knowledgeable of the ongoings of the hotel, I got 3 different times for breakfast hours, or were too lazy to help with simple necessities like laundry bags. The man on second shift just seemed like he didnt want to be there and would take at least 5 minutes to come to the front desk.

There was a child above us that ran around stomping and jumping the whole time me and my wife was there. Finally at 2 am I called to the front desk and they called the room but three hours later the child was up doing it again. We was so frustrated that we got dressed and drove home sleepy because we couldn't get any rest. I told the front desk and the manager is supposed to contact me but I haven't heard anything yet! It is unfair because I wasted my money

Close to arena for concert and convenient location. Highly recommend and will return for other venues.

Great hotel for the price and in a convenient location close to I85. Great front desk staff when we checked in -- friendly and helpful and the breakfast available before we left was fantastic. Very close to the majors roads and restaurants in the area

I've stayed here on several occasions, friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of parking and dining options within walking distance. Overall a great stay!

This is certainly my new fav hotel. It’s very close to the convention center , food and its a really quiet area. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast and coffee were great . We checked in kind of late at 10pm and the evening staff was just as wonderful as the morning staff .;)

The hotel was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our trip.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Everything was updated and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Great hotel at a great price. Convenient location. It was close to the interstate, eating places, nice area. We will be back as we come in town to watch our friend play professional volleyball at Gas South Arena.

I liked the room in general, it was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great. I didn't like the breakfast, the egg was a little raw and the sausages were hard, everything else was very good.

The property was very clean but the breakfast was not good. There was no toast/bagels, waffle or pancake maker. It was scrambled eggs, some type of meat, yogurt, cereal, or muffins only.

My stay was good. Breakfast was AMAzing! I will use this hotel again.

Excellent property. The breakfast is pretty bland but everything else is terrific.

I was very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I even enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.I would definitely stay here again!
