Indoor pool is very cold and not heated according to the staff, had to walk to the residency of Marriott for their outdoor pool bc it’s warm. Never again!!

The hotel is great. We would stay here again. It is very clean and the staff is great. It is in a convenient location. If I had to say one thing that could be better is that the indoor pool is very cold. We brought the grand babies to go swimming and couldn’t swim for very long. Brrr.

We stayed two nights for my Birthday. The staff was very nice and welcoming and even gave me a birthday drink at the bar.I love the area. Very quiet. Not to busy. Would definitely stay again

Grabbed a quick bite to eat in the Bistro and the fries were hot, fresh and crispy! The shuttle service to the Gas South Arena for a concert was great!

Front desk staff outstanding very friendly. Breakfast staff lady was not friendly and while taking order and making it was on her cell phone. When guess walked up she did not say I will be right with you. The guy worked at a restaurant second shift was very good professional meal was outstanding very friendly. I don't understand why you had to pay $10 to park in a parking lot.

Love the lounge and restaurant scene inside the hotel. Nice way to unwind without getting out in traffic. Great Tavern to eat at in walking distance.

Staff ignored customers and phone for almost 10 minutes while they talked. Didnt advise that parking was extra, there was a sign and I had to ask about it. Room was clean. Plug ins were all loose and/didnt work. Sink drain was slow.

Closet door can not be closed fully, no cups in the bathroom. The bathtub overflow cap is barely attached. Room wasn't cleaned for 2nd night and no sign was posted regarding not cleaned unless requested. But ALL the people who works there are really friendly. Same reliable Marriot beds, very comfortable.

The location was convenient for an event I was going to in the area. There was a decent amount of food nearby. There was an issue with bugs and we got put in another room which makes staying here again off putting but the staff was helpful in getting us a new room in the middle of the night Overall this stay was just okay I think there are better.

Our stay was plagued with not being informed. We were not informed that house keeping is every other day. We found out 2 days in. We were unable to get towels on an off day house keeping due to another person coming and getting 21 sets of towels/rags.

Heater in room came on about every 30 to 45 minutes and had such loud noise at the time it turned itself off that it was very hard to sleep through the night. Mention it to the front desk the next morning, they simply apologized and said good riddance.

We booked a King room for a night after a nearby concert. When we checked in we were given a Queen room. When we questioned the change, the manager told us that if we wanted a King room we should not have booked through a third party site. He essentially told us, too bad. We also paid for breakfast through hotels.com and the hotel refused to honor that the next morning. The room itself was spacious but nothing special. The bed was hard and lumpy and we both woke up sore from the uncomfortable mattress. The hotel was not terribly far of a walk to the concert area, but you have to cross a very busy multi lane intersection, which was a bit daunting. The staff was incredibly rude. They essentially refused to give us good service because we "booked on expeida." They told us to contact the third party with any issues because they weren't fixing anything. I wish we would have done more homework and stayed in one of the other properties in the area.

Closet door can not be closed fully, no cups in the bathroom. The bathtub overflow cap is barely attached. Rooms are good in size with nice contemporary furniture and convenience around charging plug locations/quantities etc. the Bistro is a good idea, could have a better breakfast selection but the staff was friendly and overall the hotel gave more of an 3.5 star impression compared to other 3 star properties.
