The pool wasn’t open. My room had no ac and the maintenance guy spent an hour fixing it. The air in the lobby wasn’t working. Happy hour was a hassle because it was only one bartender taking orders. Probably wouldn’t stay again. No matter how nice it looks. And I love Embassy Hotels. This was the most inconvenient Embassy stay I’ve ever experienced.

We had a girls weekend in Duluth and the Hotel was in an excellent location. Two of our girls were attending a concert at the Arena and it was safe and convenient to walk the path directly leading to the concert location. Our suite was comfortable and spacious. Neisha provided great service at check in and Sonia assisted with a personal issue. We enjoyed the bar, appetizers and breakfast. The outdoor fire pit and patio was enjoyable as well!

For the majority of our 4-day stay, the keycard reader for the guest rooms was inactive. Each and every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to have security let us in. I was informed on the 3rd night that the reader was active, and it was not. I understand the holiday on 12/25; however, the reader was still not working on 12/28. There was never any mention of refunding any portion of the stay and we were made to feel as if this was a normal occurrence.

I booked this property because my husband and I enjoyed staying there before. It was a surprise staycation for my husband’s birthday and all he wanted to do was swim and enjoy his cigar in the nice courtyard and neither were accessible when we arrived so I was very disappointed. Saturday morning when going down for breakfast I checked and the pool was still out of order. Later the front desk clerk asked if we had gone swimming and stated that the pool re-opened that morning. Our plans were definitely altered.

Very clean facility and well organized. The rooms were nice, clean and stocked well. We appreciated the little snack bag at check-in after a long drive. Breakfast was delicious and always tasted fresh. Staff did an amazing job keeping the dining area clean. Parking was easy to access and the area felt very safe. Definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend Embassy Suites.

Perfection other than no 24hr coffee but I was told this is a thing of the past with most hotels now. Keurigs available in room along with coffee and tea selection but I try to avoid the microplastics.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is well kept, We also love that the hotel provided two free complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 5:00 P.M on a Saturday. We also had hot fresh breakfast to order, also free along with the booking of their rooms for the weekend. This hotel's suites are very modern, sophisticated and an overall five-star experience!

Nice, clean hotel… There a few imperfections in our room. Like the bathtub was chipped and the shampoo dispenser didn’t work. The Keurig needed to be cleaned of scale build-up before it would work. Other than that the hotel staff was great and the dining was better than even some of the better restaurants around.

I was in Room 617. The room was clean, but it needed some pm maintenance done. The shower handle inside was broken off. The wallpaper was peeling in the restroom. The bathroom floor had cracks.

The hotel lobby and the bar/breakfast area is nice and pretty, but that’s all this hotel has in my opinion. The first room we got upon checking in smelled like somebody smoked weed in it. The second room seemed clean, but I found a dirty sheet under the cushion of the sofa in the room. During my 3 nights stay, I was never able to get a single housekeeping service. Don’t understand how this hotel has such good reviews. Will not stay here again.

I’ve never been disappointed staying at an Embassy Suites. This one is no exception. From checking in until we left, it was a huge relief to be somewhere so clean and comfortable. We were in the middle of moving and the new home had no gas turned on. A hot shower was our priority along with food. Room service brought us something hot and tasty even though it was their closing time. They really helped us recover so that we could continue setting up our new home.

It’s good overall. Just the air conditioner sound is loud. And there were guests beside my room talking and laughing loudly at 11:30 pm ,can hear too clearly. Also if there’s hand-in shower will be better .

The hotel is clean, quiet and nice with a waterfall wall fountain. However...room 225 has a doorknob that does not lock leading to the bedroom and the bedroom door leading to the sitting area, does not close. Its also a terrible policy that food is not allowed in the rooms. It's an inconvenience to guests to have to go downstairs to eat breakfast when there are limited seats, you're traveling with children and some guests are trying to limit their walking. Please update this or let guests know before staying.

This was a last minute hotel choice for me and my partner. Very pleased with my decision, The rooms (suite) were very sexy, clean, spacious and filled with lots of snack options(additional cost of course). The lobby included a bar & food, and a lounging area with great vibes. conveniently located to restaurants, Infinite Arena, a grocery store, gas stations, etc. We will be back again for sure! Diane

The room/suite was nice, beds very comfortable and I have a bad back, the breakfast as my child said was "the bomb". The only thing I did not appreciate was the gentleman that checked us in was rude..not sure uf he was having a bad day or what but everything else was good...

I booked here two times previously, in December 2022 and November 2023. The room wasn't ready until 5:00 pm on both reservations. Some staff were friendly, and some were not. I won't make a reservation. This hotel again recommends either arriving late or staying away.

Their front desk staff is terrible! We had to call multiple times for the broken toilet and we finally went down. Felt as if we were bothering them. And they moved us 4 times before they got us the right room. I even left a message to their assistant general manager and never got a callback. That's how much they care.

Embassy Suites of Duluth was amazing. The staff was amazing and very patient with my guest. The sales manager Melvin Dunston hands down deserves a high five. The bartender Allison and her assistant were awesome working with my guest.

The Embassy Suites Sugarloaf is my go-to accommodation when traveling to that area. Every aspect of the facility is usually excellent. Unfortunately, on my last visit, the room iron ruined my white shirt when the steam vents in the bottom deposited brown matter that I could not remove. Another disappointment was the change in menu at the hotel’s restaurant.
