This property is not included in any of the shuttle info at airport. Expedia did not mention hotel in the middle of a rehab. I picked this hotel because it was supposed to have a restaurant. If I stayed up to after 11 pm the night guy might “make me wings”. I was given a hand full of fast food adds for delivery. The TV was in a hall. Not in bedroom or den but a hall. The sink was in bedroom. I had traveled all day. Not comfortable. Clean yes, bed comfortable. Shuttle on time in am. Pass.

We were driving from Southwest Missouri to Miami Florida and decided to stay a few days in Atlanta for some family fun. We decided to stay here and here were our thoughts. Pros: - The staff are super accommodating and so incredibly nice - The rooms are clean - A decent hot breakfast is available - Safe parking (gated and monitored) - A nice hotel for the price Cons: - We kept having to get new door keys because they kept screwing up - The ice machines on EVERY FLOOR didn’t work - One of the elevators had major issues and they had to shut it down (we were on the 6th floor) and the other elevator felt super untrustworthy - You have to run the hot water forever to get any hot water

The parking lot was overflowing with cars no where to park most cars double parked just to be on property. It was very sketchy at first and seemed very inconvenient but the room was clean lacked towels and washcloth. The plumbing was also bad I reached out to maintenance and was told to get the plugger from downstairs.

There were no vending machines throughout the hotel and the snack area downstairs did not have many options. Overall, it was OK no major complaints. Very close to the airport and they do offer shuttle service.

Going through a renovation but pretty clean for what is going on. Close to airport but didn’t hear any airplanes which is very nice. Elevator moved while getting on and did some small jerks in it which was disconcerting

Property is under construction- there is no lobby, just a couple of iPads to check in. We tested the ATL Hyatt Place South vs Hyatt Place North, and the South definitely wins.

It smells like a sewer in there. They claimed i was checking into a remodeled room but that wasn't the case. My couch had stains all over it. I covered it up with a sheet because all the hotels in the area were booked and my quilt on top of my bed had blood on it. Ughggg!!! The staff was really nice. I can't take that from them but that hotel is disgusting!!!!

The building is very old and rooms NOT updated. Mold in the shower, only one towel, washcloth and nothing else in the room. Had to go downstairs to get soap, shampoo, etc. When I came out of our room to go downstairs the hall reeked of POT! Someone was smoking pot in their room. If I was traveling alone I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL. There were men hanging around the front desk just socializing with the female staff who laughed when I walked away after telling them someone was upstairs smoking weed. Not safe place. I was afraid to sleep in the bed as it looked dirty. The toliet seat was NOT attached. 😳 I mean come on people! You have a brand name and it has really gone down hill!!

It all started with a request to change the light bulb in the bathroom. It was very dim and flickering. When the maintenance guy arrived to the room, he looked at us like we had 4 heads, as if to imply that there is nothing wrong with the dimness of the bathroom light. I guess all the bathrooms in this hotel have extremely dim lighting. I found this to be true when he replaced the light bulb and it was not much brighter. To continue, the room was supposed to have a bathtub. The tool to make the bath spigot work could be pulled right out of the wall. The same maintenance man looked at it and said, “they all do that.” So, we only had running water from the shower head and were unable to take any relaxing baths while on vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower was virtually non-existent, and the shower water temp fluctuated between ice cold and burning hot. The microwave door handle was broken, so they had to put a whole new microwave in the room, which was not that big of a deal. The room itself was very nice, clean, and spacious. Needs a smart TV. But not worth it for cold showers, no working tub when a working tub was promised, and horrible bathroom lighting.

It was good experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ok and can do better to make food more flavorful and savory. Also, the internet had not work at all which is not good especially if there is work to be done.

The front clerk who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. She was doing everything by herself due to the other person calling out due to sickness. She remained friendly to everyone. The room was really clean and had a great layout! I was right across from the elevator but didn’t have any real noise issues. I will stay there again. Highly recommend!

I liked that they have plenty of parking spaces, my room was very spacious and comfortable, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, i was given bottled water when i arrived, they had a great breakfast selection.

While room and breakfast were good, I would not go back to this place again. Sofabed was fragile and risky to sleep on. No way to contact front desk from the room as no phone in the room. We requested an extra blanket/pillow and surprisingly they were out of the pillow and literally favored us by giving a blanket which was so old and worn out that you can't use it. While room had basic TV channels, they took the remote from the room while we were away. We spent 20 mins searching for it thinking that we lost it. When asked at the front desk, they didn't tell us until a cable guy noticed us talking and mentioned that the owners has asked to remove remotes from all the rooms.

When we arrived. They told us hotel was overbooked and that there were no rooms. That they had already turned away 12 more guests. I was travling with children and is was already after 10 pm. They told us to wait to see what they could do. After more than 45 min they gave us a room. While we were ther I saw about 15 more people turned away with no solution other than to contact the third party website that you used to book so they can put you somewhere else. Definetely not a good experience.

My Apple Watch was stolen. Out of my room. I tracked it in the hotel and it was tracking to house keeping’s area. I live over 6 hours away and it’s still pinging at the hotel. We left for a family outing and my watch was on the sink. We came back and house keeping had came in and replaced our towels and such and my watch was gone. I talked to the gm and house keeping both and they said this has never happened but yet another employee had told me it had. This makes me never want to stay in a hotel again if they hire people like this. They have proof that my watch was showing in the house cleaning area and nothing is being done except saying I’m sorry. They were so suppose to call me back and I’ve had to call them. As one lady was asked if she had seen it she pulled an Apple wireless charger out of her pocket the gm told her she was suppose to turn it in and all she said was oh and it was handed back to her. I need my watch for work and had to go buy a new one because they are dishonest and not doing much to help. If you choose this hotel be very cautious and don’t leave anything of value.

I made a reservation weeks in advance for a room with two beds and a couch. When I checked in I was told that they only had a room with 1 king bed available. There were 5 of us and this simply wouldn't work. The clerk said they were filled up and she had no more rooms. But then She did manage to find another room with a king bed so my husband and I split ourselves and the kids between two rooms. I appreciate that they did a accommodate us but don't understand how you can make a reservation and then be told they don't have your room when you arrive.

The front desk team was very unprofessional especially the young lady, she was on the phone while we were talking to her to check in. She was very nonchalant, gave me wrong room and I did not want that. Charge me $75 without explaining why I had to ask what was this charge ? The guy explained. Overall very disappointed and I will never come back.

We arrive at 130a to check in. The hotel is under renovation and parking is very limited. Upon checking into our room. It had 2 sets of towels, when I asked for additional towels, the GSR stated they were out and brought me a dingy Terry towel from the back office. We woke up at 634a to a flooded room on the 6th floor (which was from the AC UNIT). At 730a, we were told they would provide another room as we were headed out to an 845 AAU Tournament. When we return to the property at 130p the room still was not ready. It was until 536p that we were given another room (which wasted our day, just waiting). Not to mention the fire alarm going off during a quick nap about 430p. Both mornings, the breakfast was cold and they ran out of most food items.

Check in process was very inconvenient. The hotels system was down and we were unable to check in until 5:30pm. We needed to be ready for an event by 6 so this was a huge inconvenience. When we contacted the hotel to see if we could possibly go to another location, they were not helpful and told us “these things happen”.

Last minute reservation after missing a connection in Atlanta-- easily made reservation by phone at near midnight. Check in staff okay but daytime staff was wonderful ( I think a new employee and the Manager). They allowed me to stay about an hour later for a late check out. Breakfast staff also Lovely

Checking in, the young lady that was on duty did a excellent job, muti- tasking, checking in customers and working the bar, even with customers in line waiting to check in, she really handle both jobs, she should be commended on her job and handling mutable tasks

Very convenient to airport. Even though it is right off the interstate it was not noisy. Comfortable bed, clean room and a small bar to enjoy a night cap before bed. Will stay here again when flying out of Atlanta.

Pretty good place to stay. 1st Room was dirty they immediately put me in a very clean one. There was a string of car break ins thanksgiving day but i would chalk that up to it being the holidays… (don’t keep anything in your car)

This property is currently going through renovations, so please be patient. The staff are friendly and courteous. Our rooms were newly updated and clean. The breakfast was hot & good. We walked the night before to dinner, just at the end of the street.

It was advertised as having a cafe and bar which were not available. Pictures were not anywhere representative of this property. Absolutely would not recommend. If this is Hyatts standard it’s very questionable. Hyatt needs to check on its properties and advertising. Totally deceiving.

This property advertises fraudulent amenities. There is no restaurant on site and there is no real bar. Just a small area on the side of the check in desk with limited options. You can walk to nearby eateries but the area is not safe to do so.
