The only issue is when checking out, of you turned on your keys card, you have to go back in to get it back. The exit gate won't open without the key. But very noce place.

This property is hard to get too, especially when the marquee is off at night. The pool was locked during the day and when I got in it, it was as cold as the North Sea. The gym has no airflow and smells like a 1970s gym despite being in a 12x12 room. The game room video game console was broken. The mall next door had one place open, a vegetarian restaurant. The Cajun restaurant next door looked interesting but I had no reservations.

The property needed some obvious TLC. The furniture in the lobby/ breakfast area was very worn out and torn. Found it very weird that we were going to use the room key to open our door just to find a housekeeper walking out herself. The pool area could use some TLC. There were some missing slate pieces and obvious issues along the pool. It was nice though that it was inside and heated so it was perfect temperature. I liked that there were towels available.

Great location right outside of Atlanta. The hotel was clean and the service was decent. The breakfast was really nice! The indoor pool is a good size and clean. They also have a game room and fitness center. I recommend this hotel location for any family that is wanting to stay right outside of Atlanta.

The staff was very nice. The location was very convenient. Even thought the property was right off Interstate 85, it was quiet and comfortable. Check in and checkout was easy. The property needs some TLC. The main elevator was out of service all three days we stayed and our room looked like it has suffered some recent water damage by the window. Wall paper in that area was loose and the drywall and paint were damaged. The hot and cold water in the shower were also reversed.

Understaffed and poor facilities. In 6 day stay fridge did not work for 3 days, pipes burst and brown water came out of shower, keys stopped working and guests stuck in halls often, elevatory and laundry down at times, took 3 days to get broken fridge addressed. Check in system down for days so guests had to wait longer for check in and do on paper if not prebooked. Did not allow early check in depsite calling aheas and being told they could accomodate. Main positive is location within walking distance of global mall next door. However driving entrance very hard to accessas have to cross2 to 3 laneaof traffic immediately at busy intersection.

It’s an average hotel. There were couple of things which I was not happy about. My room card was deactivated every days even thought I stayed for 3 days there. Had to park in the back of the hotel and walk to the front desk and activate the room card every single day. We asked the front desk person to make it active for our entire stay but that didn’t work. Some staff at the front desk were great and some didn’t even want to look at you when you talk. You can hear loud noises when the faucets in restroom are opened, especially disturbing at night times. Didn’t have space to move around in the room as chairs, ottoman was all placed in the tiny space. No housekeeping was done for 3 days of our entire stay. They mentioned house keeping will be done every other day but until we left there was no house keeping done. Good things about the stay was the location, nice breakfast options and near to interstate.

Everything about this Hotel was great. Smell of the lobby was amazing. Breakfast was decent too. Room was extra clean and quiet in the hallways. Will stay again at this location.

The room was clean upon arrival. The front desk was not welcoming and did not seem friendly at any point of time. Housekeeping never once came to our room during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was the same everyday. They ran out of certain fruits. Also there was no rolling carts for luggage. So make sure to pack light.

Overall okay experience. Hotel is right next to lot of places to eat. We did see a cockroach in the lobby and black hair in the shower and on bedding. Our room did not get cleaned while there.

it take 25 min for the lady to check us in correctly. Our room so hot, the lobby n the hall way too, my room stay at 81 regardless what we do to the thermostat. We ask for a fan, but they dont have one, we about to look for different place for the night because the lady keep saying nobody complain. I told her to go up to my room to check out, finally we got a new room on second floor. Now we have to deal with noise, so many kids running around, having hard time to sleep, both nights. we will never use this location again!! ruin our labor day vacation

Hotel is average. Clean enough, beds are hard and uncomfortable. TV is terrible old technology slow to change channels and volume control difficult. Throw some smart TVs in the rooms! Water pressure is extremely low for shower, sink and toilet (hold the handle down to flush). Staff is friendly and helpful. I will not stay again will look for another option in the area.

The staff was very nice & helpful. The rooms are a little dated, but overall clean! This hotel is in a very convenient location. Also, it was SO FUN to see this hotel had decorated for Halloween! Loved that so much!

Property is old and there are few things which can be improved, for an example bathrooms. No fan in bathrooms. :( Room has old mattress, it has deep soft spot due to excessive use, if you sleep on it, next morning your body will have pain. Owner should buy new mattresses without any delay. I wont stay at this property next time. Bad ROI......

Front desk required me to pay two $50 fees before they would give me keys to my two prepaid rooms. Said it was an incidental fee. It would be refunded to me 5 to seven days after check out. We had to do a fast food supper since a nice sit down would have cost more than i had left in my checking account

The Hotel itself was wonderful, very clean and tidy and up to date. Definitely would have given 5 stars if wasn't for the front desk service. She was not very welcoming and almost made me feel like getting a room elsewhere.

The front desk employees were rude, unprofessional. when I approached the front desk, it was unmanned. I looked for them when an employee came out from behind room and very rudely told me “we cannot have you come in here.” when I was not anywhere close to the room behind. The worst temperament I ever saw. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend this place at all.

Had typical Hampton standards. Location was difficult to access and almost got into accident as main entrance is feet from complex 4way intersection for freeways especially coming in at night. Also morning breakfast ran out of food and coffee during peak hour

Overall, satisfied with the facility. It's Hilton! The only complaint was that the breakfast area was a bit cramped. And on Sunday morning, it was quite busy. This didn't affect my stay, though. Best part, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
