All staff were very helpful & very nice. We enjoyed chatting with them all! No complaints with the staff but…. They were remodeling when we checked in that we didn’t know about booking through Expedia. There were sugar ants in our room. The sink was clogged. No toilet paper when we got in room. Areas in the room and bathroom were dirty. Sheets had hairs on them. Headboard was nasty. Had to go downstairs for ice machine.

While the entire staff was wonderful, the hotel itself was not at all what I expected. There was rust everywhere, and the rusted sprinkler in our room looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. When I tried to adjust the shower pressure I almost pulled the shower head out of the wall, and the toilet paper roll just broke in our hands. The pool’s water looked absolutely disgusting, and there were no pool towels to be seen. Something was always broken in the lobby. It was either the women’s bathroom, or the pancake maker at breakfast, or the juice maker at breakfast. I found it absurd that there was only one icemaker. There was no air conditioning in our hallway, but luckily there was in our room, but the air conditioner was making some horrible noises, and sounded like it was on its last legs. That was not very fun to hear at night. I tried to get out of our second night because of all of this mess, but I was told that a refund would not be possible. Do better.

Hotel is great, good location, nice staff and always clean. Price is good too. Arrived a day after hurricane as power was off at hotel for a couple of days the computer was down and could'nt check in for a couple of hours but they were very accomodating when ready to reopen.

Pretty good Hotel , what I like most is the breakfast, they have too many options and the food tastes so good. The only issue that a don’t like about is no microwave in the room. But overall is a pretty good Hotel.

Various choices for breakfeast, hot coffee with creamer all day. The pool was open all day and wasnt too cold. The room had a sofa bed for my toddler. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Shower was big , enough room for me and my husband and our toddler. The only thing i would say was i wished they had bigger cups and when i pulled out the sofa bed the left side hit the ac unit

One side of curtain on window would not close because mechanism broken. After being out of the room for about 4 hours, came back to a stopped up toilet that had apparently been used by the cleaning crew.

The hotel was very, very nice, unfortunately our room had a very noisy refrigerator in it. So it took a while to get to sleep. Their food for the free breakfast was delicious and the woman in charge was so kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this hotel when we come back to Saint Simons.

I don't think I'll be staying here in the future. I got in early and was put as far from the front desk and elevator as they could put me. Luggage carts are the style uses at foreign airports with no place for hanging clothes. Front desk help was never present, always distracted, and not especially helpful. Air conditioner drain kept the carpet wet in that corner of the room!

Had an experience with check in where the keys did not work. After two trips to the desk the clerk came up and checked and had to switch rooms since the lock was defective. The room we were given, the toilet paper was so low not enough for one use and no extra roll.

Do not stay here We we checked in, did not have the proper room. We rented, then moved to another room, went out for the day and came back when there was a privacy hanger on our door, and our stuff had been taken out of our room and our room cleaned and our stuff was nowhere to be found until we went to the front desk and things magically appeared manager, hung up on me when trying to rectify the situation and would not speak to me or compensate me for violating my privacy. The only person who would help was a minimum wage employee that went above and beyond besides that very horrible management.

The staff was not very friendly. Nobody cleaned the room, took out the trash, replaced the towels, or washed the sheets after our first night there. We were a little late for breakfast but there was still people eating as well as food on the table. We started fixing our plates and the staff came through and took everything away before us adults could get anything. No staff said a word. Just grabbed everything as quickly as they could.

Rheanna who checked me in at the front desk was very professional and polite and got me checked in quickly, she is also very beautiful.. Room smelled really musty and bathroom floor was wet when we arrived.

Price influenced us. Didn’t like location although I knew it before booking. There was a roach in the room. Tv remote wouldn’t work tv. Had to get three before one worked. Breakfast food was gone by 9 on first morning and not replaced by 9:30. Food gone by 9 on second morning but replaced before 9:30. Food tasty on second morning once available
