Convenient to shopping and dining. Staff was nice. Room was larger than expected. We loved the pool and the grounds. Lovely place to stay! We will be back!

I king bed, room #25. On second floor, the steps are very steep! There is no landing to step onto, you have to open to door from the steps, very dangerous. The room was clean, but smelled of chlorine so badly that we had headaches and ended up leaving early. The location was good relative to restaurants etc. but traffic is very loud. The room did not have a table or any chairs.

The parking spaces are limited and getting out into the road is almost impossible when trying to leave. There's no visibility and no other decent place to park as a guest. Otherwise, there is no more convenient place to stay location-wise. Very vintage and historical to the greatest little island in the world.

Walking distance to village n restaurants. Pool with fire pit and outdoor lights. Very nice

Our only problem was parking. The rest of the stay was great. The young man who checked us in was very helpful. He helped unload our car and took our belongings to our room. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The unit was much smaller than expected but it was very clean. The bathroom was extremely small. Parking is not convenient and if it rains the property grounds, including all walkways, FLOOD. The location is it's greatest feature. It's located within a very short walking distance to everything downtown.

The place is very small and nice and in good location. The stuff was amazing. We have an issue with the size of the room and they offer us another room without any payment. Also the pool was great. Very recommended.

Small but very cute rooms. Super clean property and nice staff. We wish the pool had been heated, but may have to return when the weather warms up. Great place to stay if you’re looking to walk around Mallory Street into the pier, restaurants, etc..

This hotel has great potential to amazing! Outside grounds could be improved with some painting & improvement of landscape. If you have a little one with you. Be prepared to Barricade the door to keep them safe! The door knobs are at toddler level & the chain for the door is long enough for them to slip through. The interior needs to be repainted. Beds are NOT comfortable. The biggest problem was with the housekeeping dept. We found a variety of stains & HAIRS in our bed between the sheets at check in. The mgr on duty provided us with clean sheets. But after the initial shock of the condition of the bed. We couldn’t help but to feel dirty about the rest. We unfortunately couldn’t stay anywhere else that night. So we left promptly in the morning.

We brought supplies with us, yes there were supplies at the hotel already. The location and history of the building was interesting. You asked about cleanliness of the room. Overall it was acceptable, minus the floors. They were subpar. We had a 14 month old child who crawled. His feet, legs and hand were black each time he crawled. The two ladies at the front desk, Donna and Barbara were very cordial.

Checked into the motel around 6 pm. Got into the room and one of the first things I do at any hotel is check the bed and linens. The sheets were dirty, there was dirt in the bed, pillow cases were dirty. There was dirt all over the floor. There were stains on the pillows. It was obvious the bed sheets had not been changed and the floor had not been swept/mopped after the past several tenants. I reported it to the front desk who was very apologetic. He gave us clean sheets, pillow cases, and a new duvet. We proceeded to change our bed sheets ourselves! We also had to sweep the floor ourselves as housekeeping was gone. The beds do not have mattress protectors, they only use mattress covers which are useless. None of the pillows had protective cases on them which is disgusting. They must not know how bed bugs can take over!? Not to mention how nasty mattresses/pillows can get just from human skin shedding. Had the room actually been clean with clean bed sheets and clean floors we would not have had any complaints. Most likely will not stay again. We did take pictures but regretfully I did not think to get pics of the bed sheets prior to taking them off the bed.

QC is just a “go-to” spot for me during the RSM Classic golf tournament each year. It is close to everything, including the shuttle departure for the golf course. Room was spacious and clean.

Nice place for a weekend get away. Found hair on the sheets and the sheets are worn ( little balls ) from being washed do much. Found cockroach under chair upon arrival.

So many things. We spent 3 nights. Not usually fussy but....Rug under the bed probably 8x10 was absolutely filthy and worn. No one in their right mind would step barefoot on it. So easily replaced but there it is. No blackout curtains, only slatted blinds so the sun will wake you up at dawn unless the leaf blower at 8 am on a Saturday morning (and every other day we were there)right outside your window does. King size bed was nice but no mattress pad so you can feel every bump in the mattress. Postage stamp size room with one plastic chair and no full size mirror. Tiny shower you can barely turn around in. Had to ask for TP and coffee and tissues even after the maid came. Positive was other than the rug it was clean even though it's a very old and tired place. Spring for the extra money at a different place if you can afford it. I wish I had.

Immaculately clean, staffed by friendly and helpful people and ideally located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach, this motel offers a unique experience that isn’t the typical fare. Highly recommended!

The hotel looks like a dump. The room smelt good but had black hair all over my bed and bathroom sink. Would never stay there again. Although it’s in the middle of St simons so very convenient to walk everywhere which was nice. Very good restaurants near by. Pros and cons to everything lol.

Queens court inn is such a cute vintage hotel that is in the heart of St. Simon island. You can’t ask for a better location to all the restaurants, shops, pier etc. you can talk to everything. Rooms were cozy and clean, decorated so cute. Pool was clean and relaxing. 100% will be back!

This property had a wonderful location just a block or two from shopping and restaurants, a couple of blocks from the lighthouse and pier. We had a room with a private staircase and an almost private parking place, which we loved because most people in the hotel had to park on a very busy main street of the island. While they describe the rooms as retro, that felt like an oversell for a place that had not been upgraded with more than a new coat of white paint in a very long time. It was ok for a night or two but the room was neither attractive nor comfortable, and if this had been my vacation place I would have left very disappointed. The air conditioner did work but was quite noisy. The little fridge worked fine. The bed was getting old and lumpy. The throw pillows smelled musty and in need of cleaning. The price was appealing, but next time I’d rather spend a little more and not feel like I was staying in a run down motel.

My cable box did not work rathe rthan move me to a room that had a working cable box they offered to let me go watch t.v. in the other room but still stqy in my current room kinda weird why not just move me to that room i declined the offer because the whole idea was to lay down and watch t.v. which is how i usually fall asleep but master bedroom was inbthe kitchen which was seperate from living room and the second room also had no t.v. so just the t.v. not in either room...just a weird set up and strange solution to the problem in my opinion

Queens court is a super cute place and way more than I expected. I was on the bottom floor and the people above me had kids so it was a little noisy but, that is not on the hotel.

Not fancy but cute. I liked they had left some of the original charm. Had to park in public parking across the street because there wasn't an empty space when we arrived back about 9:00 pm. Not a big deal. It was initially very noisey. Pool was right outside of room. Upstairs guest were extremely noisey but thankfully that all settled down before it got too late.

The room was spacious enough for us to fit, the beds were so uncomfortable that we cut our trip a day short because my wife couldn’t not move because of how stiff she was because of the bed. The television offered barely anything for kids to watch because they don’t pay for it. Which I get but had to bring it up because that was one complaint from my kids after a long day of being out on the beach. Going to front desk to ask for towels and then being told to have to wait for house keeping to bring them to us. Overall great location for hotel but it does need to be updated and for the comfort of the clientele coming into it.

I loved how cute the room was inside, and it was kept nice and cool. Tiny bathroom, but still fully functional. Loved the pool and they provide towels so you can save your own personal towels for the beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, park, pier and beach! Perfect location!!! Only downside is parking, not outrightly shown where you can park besides the row right in front of Queens Court Inn, but there’s more behind the buildings.

Did not like the pillows(but it could just be me) and the A/C was capped at 68 and I like it a little cooler at night. Great location and service. Nice big rooms.

Queen's Court is the perfect location for people who want to be able to walk to just about everything. This retro motel was clean with the exception of the rug in our room. It wasn't disgusting or anything just very dingy and should be replaced. The bed was very uncomfortable though. I'm not sure it was a problem with the matress or that it was JUST a mattress on a platform, no box spring. My partner and I woke up achy every morning we were there. The pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure/volume in our shower was so strong we almost felt guilty about it. Yes, the shower was small, it was built in the 40s after all, but the room itself felt like a normal-sized motel room. You might want to bring your own black out curtains to cover the windows at night. The blinds that are there are cute but do NOTHING for keeping the light out at night. This made it hard to sleep. I ended covering my eyes with a T shirt because the room was so bright. Make sure to ask for ADA or a first floor room if you have ANY accessibility challenges. The stairs are steep, narrow, and lots of them. The pool was awesome! Easy access in and out. The pool deck was decorated nicely and lit up cute at night. Its nice to look at from your room cause there is no swimming allowed after dark which is unfortunate because that ambiance should be able to be enjoyed. You can't even sit on the pool deck at night because the gate is locked at dark and the front office people go home. Overall our stay was okay.

Mix up with booking. Paid for extra room then original booking was found. Staff member did not know how to rectify the situation. Hopefully we get our refund.

The first thing we noticed about the room was how clean it was. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was that the mattress was very uncomfortable, other than that everything was great.

Queens Court is convenient to restaurants, the pier, beach access, and the lighthouse. Mellow Mushroom is right across the street. Olivia and the housekeeping staff were welcoming and checked to see if we had necessities needed. This was our fourth return to stay at Queen's Court.

Looks rustic but nice for the price. John was great at check in & out. Walking distance to downtown area. I’d return anytime.

The property was built in 1948. It is in good condition given its age. Rooms are small. I've stayed at the property a couple of times and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is in a terrific location, with an easy walk to restaurants. My check in was a bit slow. I arrived in the evening and it was difficult getting anyone into the office to handle my arrival. The phone numbers posted in the office in the event no one was there for check-in went to voicemail and it took a while to get a response.

Very nice staff! Mr. Brandon was exceptional! He was kind to help me take my luggage to the room.

The retro vibe is fun. The staff is very responsive. When the heat in our room went out, they offered us another larger room. Lots of places to eat in walking distance.

This was in such a great spot ! The pool was a very nice touch and we had a great time overall. The only downside is our tv was broken in our room and they said it was going to be fixed day of and was never fixed. I was then told I was going to be getting a call from the manager when he came in and see about getting a price adjustment from not having a working tv in our room but I never heard from them unfortunately. Overall the location and room itself was a great stay and I would definitely return.

I love the location of Queen’s Court…..just a few steps from the SSI Village area, with its variety of dining options and shops. The front desk attendants were quite pleasant as well. The room itself was small but quaint, reminiscent of rooms from the past.

The property is located in the downtown area and near the beach, which is a great location. The property provided more of a small residential community than a hotel atmosphere which I enjoyed.

The room came with a kitchen was used for daily meals. Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove. Pots and Pans. Nice setup.

This place was great! We loved being close enough to the Village to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchenette was perfect for our family, and we were pleasantly surprised to have more privacy than we expected. The pool was nice, and our kids loved having space to play in the front yard area.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and loved it. The accommodations are great: comfortable bedding, ample space with a separate kitchen/living area. The location is solid—you are in easy walking distance of the pier and shops and the beach is a short drive away. So if you don’t feel like cooking, you can avail yourself of the several excellent local restaurants. The overall decor/design of the hotel is lovely as well. We look forward to returning again.

The Queen's Court is an excellent place to stay at St. Simons. It is well designed, clean, and offers nice amenities for the price point. You can easily take advantage of the multiple excellent restaurants near the pier or you can stay in with one of the suites that have a kitchen. It's a lovely place and we look forward to staying again.

Simple , clean, comfortable room. Served its purpose for my one night stay in St Simons Island as I was traveling alone a just needed a place to sleep for the night. The location was great , in the middle of the village , walking distance to restaurants and shops.

It was a very clean, updated hotel from the (probably 50's). Check in was easy & I was able to check in early. Lady up front was friendly. Great rates for a room with a kitchen. It was located right on the main street, so getting in & out was a little tricky but not impossible. The bed wrapped itself around me & hugged me into a great sleep. It was quiet & pleasant stay. No breakfast though.
