First the tv stand broken, coffee table broken, staff rude, bed made huge noise with every touch. When i went to the counter in the morning for get a map and the guy first said is we don't have breakfast in here and I said i just come for a map I never ask for that.

Room had a lingering trace of cigarette smoke even when the policy clearly prohibits smoking. No refund was given despite the fact I did not stay there because of the smell of smoke.
