The pool was too cold to use and the entire property smelled of marijuana smoke. Part of the ceiling in the exercise room was falling in, which caused water the drip, and the equipment had ripped seats.

The stay was and okay one. I gave the overall score a 3 star because I was expecting the pool to be heated since it was an indoor pool. I took a chance and sacrificed comfort for the pool when I was searching for a place to stay since it was during the cooler part of the season. I

I reserved room at this hotel because of the indoor pool. Got girls ready to swim and then was told they could not because pool was not heated. Management told us it was to cold and they might get sick if they were to swim in such cold water. There was no coffee in the lobby for guests. Breakfast was only served until 9:00 am on weekends instead of later than week day. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

This hotel is very dirty, there is rust and stains everywhere. The hall carpets were torn the ceiling tiles were stained. The room doors we poorly painted. The pool area was poorly lit. Over all I was very disappointed the pictures we on the site are very misleading. I want me money back honestly.

The property is on the side of Interstate 85. Traffic noise all night long. The indoor pool had scum on the water; I requested that my room be made up twice (the 3rd and 4th day); they finally made the room up on the 5th day.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. We booked with this hotel for two reasons. One, the price was great. Two, they had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, for our girls the pool was closed because they were painting inside the pool area. This would have been great to know ahead of time, so we could have chosen another hotel. Our girls were so upset. They offered for us to walk up the hill to their sister property to use their pool, but it was outdoors and it rained most of our trip. Hence why we booked a hotel with an inside pool. The continental breakfast was okay. The facilities definitely needed a deep cleaning. Luckily, our room had just been redone. The outside grounds were clean and well lit. Most of the staff were very friendly. Overall a good experience, just wish we would have been given notification about the pool closure and renovations.

Lovely staff and decent breakfast. The room, however, was not very clean. The pullout sofa sheets were dirty (hair from previous guests visible on them) so we were unable to use it and had to cram five people into two double beds. There were popcorn kernels on the floor from the previous guests. The dresser drawers were stained and the toilet lid was falling off of the seat. Definitely needs some TLC. A decent stay for a one night but definitely would not return.

I arrived to the location and outside you see it obviously renovating with building material cordoned off in the parking lot. I arrived early and requested early check in and paid a extra$25. But the room was unsanitary and dirty. We used several Lysol wipes on several surfaces, phone, microwave, refrigerator etc ..all were filthy. Spoke to the owner who was rude and did not care to even see our issues. He offered another room worse than ours , so we were forced to leave and purchase another room elsewhere. He could care less about the unsanitary conditions because he had my non refundable deposit. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I have pictures of the room and wipes if needed.

This place was horrible. Extremely dirty. The pull out bed is only big enough for a toddler, not even a full size. Other beds are hard and low to the ground. The room had crumbs laying around near the microwave. The bathroom was gross with hairs in the tub. Roaches came out when we turned the lights off for bed. We ended up sleeping with all lights on. We asked the front desk if they had a cleaner room, but after viewing the 2nd room it was just as dirty.

This property was very disappointing. Dingy linens, the hotel was riddled with a thick layer of dust, outside was not kept free of garbage. It wa obviouse after a short time that housekeeping only cleaned what you could see.

First floor creepy. Infested with roaches. Microwave and tv stand near frig. Dirty moldy toilet. Did. It ask for handicap shower. Had to hold the shower wand/head in my hand. Very uncomfortable. Noisy hallway because next too conference room and staff entrance/room. Did not feel safe being on first floor near the highway and bushes.

Had some complaints but didn’t seem worth it to complain to staff as our stay was short. We arrived a bit late at night - around 9pm. Our room was in the backside of the hotel which is directly next to I-85. The highway noise was very loud all night. So would recommend asking for a room facing the front if possible. Also our water pressure was tooooo much. The shower seemed to be stuck in jet stream mode and it was a little painful to stand under. The sink pressure was wild too - turning it on more than a little had water going all over. Beds were fairly comfortable - actually better than more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. Amenities in the room were fine. They Served a hot breakfast which we did not partake in due to an early morning departure. Indoor pool looked ok, but we didn’t go in. Front desk staff was friendly and let us know where to go in the event of a potential tornado (extreme weather was expected that night). Not a ton of parking so if you’re pulling a big trailer this might not be the place for you. However it was near food which was appreciated.

The check in was good and the girl who checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and bed comfortable. The only issue was that the sound proofing is not what it could be because the people in the room next to us could be heard and their television as well. It was annoying to hear it until 2:30 in the morning and the air unit made a loud screeching noise every time it shut off. It sounded like a creeping door being opened. I know these seem like petty issues but while the room was clean and affordable the noise level was, for me, an issue.

Rooms in the freeway side are very load and can hear the cars on the freeway. Place was over all clean. Just couldn’t sleep even with earplugs in. I literally went to the Walmart and bought earplugs. And could still hear the cars. Sleep in the inside rooms.

The check in was good and the girl who checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and bed comfortable. The first room I was in the heat wasn’t working and the guy and the front desk made sure I did it right before moving me to another room, he was super kind and apologized! I definitely recommend staying here this is my 2nd time staying here.

The entire 2nd floor and elevator smelled like marijuana. It is literally impossible that the front desk couldn't smell it. Also, all 6 rooms that i booked had to redo their keys each day we were there becaue the front desk did not put the correct num ers if nights on the cards. We also booked 6 suites and they onky had 2 avaialble so we did not have enough beds for iur group. We

I was very disappointed,the room wasnt all bad,however the servive was terrible. We were trying to get into the pool and couldn't,i went to the desk and the lady was on the phone,she did not acknowledge me. I said i cant get the door opened,she still didn't say anything. She toom a key and went to the door and just opened it while on the phone. There was no room service/cleaning,noone cane to get trash or clean. We then asked for towels and she had an attitude and was like how mamy people are in there.

Front desk personnel very friendly and professional. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were good. Yes, I85 was noisy but we expected that after looking at the map so we used the white noise on the phone and it was fine. The location had a lot of food choices and we could get where we wanted to go quickly without interstate.

Found a tick on pillow Couldn’t find a luggage kart at 10:30 at night for 5 people, 2 ice coolers Pool was so nasty! Had a film on top of it! Breakfast was awful! Old bread, eggs cold, sausage cold.. and the pull out bed had STAINS on the cover and matress! The water spouts in the tub broken! Dripped all night- and gross brown water!

Was a good hotel to stay at. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc…. If you stay when it is crowded do not expect to get a hot shower in the morning. I took a cool shower in the morning and the hotel said they just didn’t have enough hot water for everyone. Other than the cold shower the hotel was good.

One ice machine in the entire facility and it didn’t work, didn’t work last year either. Only one baggage cart and it was damaged, broken wheel. Breakfast was scarce, no fruit except bananas.
