Stayed 4 nights

We were in room 202 Reserved 4 nights 2 rooms with cousins for a family reunion Cousins were in room 203 their toilet overflowed, there was no one to help them at the hotel, even after 24 hours, and they needed to move out to another hotel, which ruined the togetherness that we had planned Window of our room 202 was on the highway and not sealed well (only with a piece of wood) so there was terrible highway noise and air pollution from highway The AC was noisy and doesn't cool the entire room The bed near the window was extremely uncomfortable with slant and dip and we woke up with a terrible backache all of the mornings All the pillows were extremely lumpy and it was unpleasant to use them The sink faucet very noisy and squeaky even when water was off The showerhead is awful, it sprays in all directions including outside of shower area The room was not cleaned properly, there were various scraps of trash from previous guests All in all, the hotel was extremely disappointing and it ruined our impression of Comfort Inn

Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. The property was Okay, not bad. Housekeeping should be more thorough with cleaning the bathroom. Floors and Toilet was not as cleaned as it should be. Cleaning the whole toilet, bowel back and bottom on both side need more attention. Pool was closed and no notice before arrival. Breakfast was mediocre. Sausage and eggs weren’t that good. Best thing were waffles. Overall stay about 7/10

Stayed 4 nights

Stayed there for 4 nights, but housekeeping did not visit a single day even after I requested on 3rd day to provide housekeeping. Breakfast is very basic and the rest of of the amenities are good. For me, no housekeeping is a big deal particularly when I stay more than 2 days

I changed rooms upon arrival. Sheets stained with black and yellow residue and handprints on headboard. It was also hot and stuffy, AC window unit turned off. New room same issue with AC off and both had weird smell. New room wasn’t better. Not clean, hair in shower, all around just really gross, and I don’t usually complain. Ice machine on ground level didn’t work but on 3rd floor it was fine. Breakfast not that good either, bland food. Not worth $130. Front desk lady not helpful either on complaints and wouldn’t address anything other than switching a room.
