Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Suwanee

The rooms were only serviced every other day. Supplies were not refreshed. The pool was not very clean. I did not see anyone use it at all.

Staff was friendly and parking was easy

Pool wasn’t listed as down for maintenance.

It was good and comfotable fast check in and free breakfast with heated indoor pool

Location was convenient to get to from interstate yet quiet. three restaurants were nearby and easy to walk to. I was there for a car show in the town and the manager was kind about allowing us extra parking for our trailer. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I did not like the way the room smelled. It was clean but had a nasty stinch. I bring my own disinfectant however it smelled when after I sprayed it. Bought air wick oil freshener for the the wall and some OdoBan spray to keep it smelling good. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes when it was a non smoking room. Just a stinch of old hotel basement. Other than that the room was fine. The breakfast was good and the amenities didn’t disappoint. Such as the pool and gym. Clean. Oh and the king room that’s accessible Is NOT like any other I’ve been too this one was really small! No sofa bed and thank God we could move the bed over to place another airbed. Other than that I have no complaints. Not bad. That’s why I gave it 3 stars and not 5.

The property was a bit run down and the rooms had an odor to it. I switched to another property in Suwanee and it is a substantial improvement.

The carpets and the room had a moisture like scent. The AC unit in the room was old and the digit LEDs were broken so we couldn’t tell what the temperature was set to.. The toilet was positioned really close to the wall and the ceiling finishes were just not well done. The carpet had some ware and tear near the entryway too. The amenities seemed great at the hotel but the room was really uncomfortable.. I would not want to stay there again.

Our room was very dirty along with the bathroom. Both drains in the sink and the tub were clogged. Very unhappy with the cleanliness.

Bedsheets didn't smell fresh. Other than that, room was clean & comfortable.

They put us in a handicap room that had a dirty bathroom and the wall shampoo containers dripped into tub and I almost fell it was so slippery! Floor smelled like nasty dirty mop not clean at all! Rest of room was ok! Carpet and lighting could use a clean too!

This was for a quick overnight stop. Convenient to the highway, easy on/off. Staff was friendly and quick at check in. Room was clean and well kept. Would use as a pit stop again when in the area.

We stayed here a year ago and had a great experience. This year was a little different. The internet was down for the duration of our stay which caused the staff t have to make copies of all our identification cards. Upkeep has obviously been neglected throughout the property. The entire second floor smelled sour including our room. Breakfast was The beds slept fine but I was ready to leave early the next morning. Breakfast was not ready at 7 either.

We stayed here for a local ball tournament. The pillows need to be regular size and the beds could be more comfortable. Everything else was perfect for the stay we needed. It was close to our tournament facility, shopping, & entertainment.

Internet was down. It had a bad smell. Bathroom floor was cracked and big crack up the shower wall. Other than that slept fine

I wasn't very pleased with my stay. We were in town for a family event a had a few rooms in the property. First off I didn't realize that the rooms didn't have a microwave. Secondly, the rooms weren't made up when we returned. I didn't see anything posted that they wouldn't be. At breakfast, there was no oil or spray for the waffle machine. When I asked, all l got was a "no". I suppose I expected more from the chain and the area from which the property is located. On the positive side, the room was comfortable for sleeping. The towels were clean. Overall, l just expected more.

Everything was great. TV was a little dated and smaller.

Not the front desk fault, but it was a negative interaction since he told me to leave the hotel and that made me uncomfortable.

Walls between the rooms were thin, able to hear the tv from the room next door and the room above us walking around.

The first three days were fine, quiet less hearing doors being slammed; until the fourth day, we heard noise from upstairs of someone stomping and the next bedroom which someone bumped into the same wall with the bed headboard. The sound insulation was not good. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, bacons, waffles…; food changed bi-daily. Hot water, coffee and cold water is available all day.

Rooms are berry nice but on the small side .

Property is somewhat old. It's clean & near, but age is starting to show Breakfast is disappointing. Limited choices & cramped service area. Holiday Inn seems to do it better No USB charging ports in the room. It's 2025 - is expected in any mainline hotel rooms these days

Great service and stay

The lady in the front desk was not helpful.

Very friendly staff at check in. Door key didn’t work the first time but was quickly corrected. Normal breakfast offered but was out of coffee so we didn’t stay.

Mainly the management staff was very rude. This hotel could charge a lot more for the stay. However, the reason they don't is because they are hurting for business. During my 3 days, the parking lot was 20% full, at best. The management staff, Douvy the General Manager (Venezuelan), rudely interupting me trying to clear up a $150.00 security deposit charge on my debit card that I was not made aware of and they could never justify. When the Operations Manager.Corey was trying to explain to me why the such a large security deposit, he slid a metal plate over to me that was supposed to explain to me the security deposit policy but it reference no amount. This is a problem. I told him that they security deposit that I was notified of was a $20.00 hold because i'd already prepaid for the room through expedia.com. They both had bad tones, they were arrogant and could never project empathy. They became very loud and boisterous, they accused me of being. Even after I asked Douvy the General Manager more than three times to allow me to straigten this out with the Operations Manager Corey, since I was already talking with him, she would not leave the area. This only added to my anger because now she's being disrespectfuly. Crazy thing now is Corey has taken on her bad energy and has sided with her. It should have never escalated the point of me tellin them that I am a 22 year military veteran and only want to be heard. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR HARD EARN $

The staff was amazing and the facility is very nice!

We drove 6 hours for my daughter’s graduation. Check in went smoothly the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. However, the TV didn’t work the whole time we were her and we could not adjust the temperature of the ac in the room. When we went down to breakfast the attendant working was very rude.

I enjoyed the ease of checking in. No hassle, stress free!

Property was in a good area, it’s close to restaurants and entertainment but the area isn’t really walker friendly. We’d stay at the hotel again, staff was nice and able to answer questions as needed. Only thing we had issues with is the toilet is really loud when flushed, so tended to wake the room if you had to go in the middle of the night.

Nice location for staying when home shopping in sugar hill, Buford, Swanee and Lawrence areas northeast of atlanta

I asked the front desk for towels to be replaced after the second day when I was leaving for the day. We returned at 10:30pm and I had to go to the front desk to request them a second time. The breakfast did not have any butter for the breads or waffles for the three days we were staying. Also no milk the last day for cereal. Would you agree that this doesn’t meet your standards.
