Our room looked as though it was not cleaned. I had to ask for all new bedding due to ours being dirty when checking in. There were toenails all over the floor and it was dirty. I really don’t think our room was cleaned before check in. Very disappointed due to the price I spent.

One of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed. They updated the floors and there is no padding.... you can hear every stomp and step. I thought the kids above us were going to come through the floor! Pool very cold and hot tub was cooler than a warm bath. Breakfast was horrible, no food out and dirty.

Definitely a 2 star hotel. Noisy on the highway side. Two family members got a rash from the hot tub.

Great stay. I booked a room with a jetted tub and when we checked in, they said they were all sold out and didn’t offer to take any off our bill when tha was the room we paid for. Other than that, it was a very nice and clean hotel.
