RUN. Disgusting, filthy hotel with not only questionable guests but bullying, intimidating, rude staff. In addition to feeling like I should wash my hands every time I touched anything, I was yelled at and lied to by the manager, Becky, who is the rudest most unprofessional “manager” I have ever met. Understand-I am not a Karen. My expectations were basic. A clean, reasonably priced stay at a very basic hotel with minimal amenities. That would be fine. Being told on check in how I could smoke in the non-smoking room by opening the window, finding brown smears on the bathroom wall and toilet, the exercise room with broken equipment and the tv set on the porn channel, no wipes for equipment, broken ice machine, locked bathrooms downstairs, streaks and sticky dirty surfaces everywhere—I feel like I need an antibiotic or a vaccination after staying here. The front desk isn’t even staffed overnight so you will be alone in this hellhole. I calmly raised my concerns upon checkout when asked about my stay and Becky went berserk. She accused me of lying and argued about everything I mentioned (I have pictures). She said she would issue a refund and stormed out of the building, going outside and began screaming at her staff about poop on the walls. She later when contacted by Hotels.com about permission for a refund denied it, and when I called to ask about it later in the day she called me a liar, refused to give me her bosses name or number, and hung up on me. RUN.

This is a great budget hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. Yes, its could use a few updates but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.
