There was WAY too much chlorine in the hot tub and/or pool. You couldn't even be in the pool area and your eyes were burning. The pillows on the bed were super flat and not comfortable. The temperature in the room would not go below 70 and we even tried to get the fan to stay on and it wouldn't, so it was hot sleeping. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. There were also dead bugs in the windowsill and it's February so I'm guessing they have been there awhile.

The outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed.

Multiple night stay at this property to attend a college graduation. Facility is very nice and the service was very good. Only down side was a very confusing guest laundry.

The outside and the lobby are deceiving. Our room and the pool were very disappointing. Our mini fridge didn’t work and they had to replace it. The air conditioning wouldn’t go lower than 73 and the u it kept kicking on and was so loud but barely blew cold air. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable. The pool was small and cloudy/dirty.

Pool broken and closed first night. Hot tub closed first and second night. Couldn’t get anyone able to light fire pit. Air conditioner unit pretty loud. Facilities are nice, just not available.

The room was just OK. I guess the thing that bothered me the most was the elevator sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the front fireplace sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the hot tub was down and they said it had been down for a long time the owners of this hotel do not care about maintenance. The staff seemed great but I would not stay here again.

The restaurant/bar was amazing... shout out to Noah, the cook and Heidi, the bartender. Delicious food! Very dog friendly too. Big Jr Suite was roomy for all our "stuff". We were there for over a week.

Area safe. Quiet, didnt have any noise issues. Our room wasnt cleaned well. There was a wad of hair on top of the shower drain when we arrived. The fitted sheets were too small for the bed and kept riding up. A piece of tile was coming up in the bathroom and it looked like dark mold growing under it. The hot tub was under maintenence. and had apparently been so for a while now.. Carpet was coming up in the elevators. You have to pay for breakfast, which is super lame. Staff was friendly, had no issues there.

Facility was very nice, we loved the patio area and fire pits. But the beds are TERRIBLE. They are very hard, both my husband and I woke up with sore backs both mornings we stayed there. Also, our thermostat would not go lower than 70 degrees, although we tried to set it lower while we were sleeping. It was not hot outside while we stayed, either, so I know that was not a factor.

I stayed during a wedding event. The group made it impossible to get to the elevators without passing through them. I was in CF to do painting/housework, so not looking like I belonged at a wedding. The bride got snarly when I tried to get around the bridesmaids, the "gentlemen" tried to block my passing through.... It was uncomfortable. Had me feeling like I had been invited but chose to show up looking like trash If there's an event that's going to take up your entire lobby, you may want to consider letting your OTHER guests know of alternate ways of navigating it. Instead of standing there behind the counter/wall watching interactions like these & not helping. Along with that, I've slept on air mattresses that were more comfortable than the bed I had & the countertop in the bathroom was sticky. You can find a way better place to stay for the same $ if not less.

The warm food was at best room temp. The bed was hard. I am not sure I will ever understand why handy cap rooms are on anything but the first floor. Ours was on the 3rd floor
