Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff lovely pool though a little bit on the cool side. Didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it though! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had with a wonderful staff and variety of foods.

Elevator wasn't working for 1/2 of our stay. Challenging when we're on the 2nd floor. Guests above us sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor nightly at 11 o'clock.

We had a dance competition Saturday all day so we went up Friday night and left Sunday morning so we were in town and had more time to make sure we had plenty of time to get ready for competition and had plenty of time to rest before and after the competition. Really nice hotel with complimentary breakfast and nice spacious rooms with complete kitchen. We need did wish there was more parking and the hot tub jets didn't work that well but other than those little things. It was an amazing hotel only 7 mins from our competition and we had a great time!! The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. One staff member even helped me carry stuff to my car. We loved the hotel and highly recommend and we will stay again if we are in the area!!

Terrible. Couldn’t even check in. Pulled up and the entire parking lot was blocked off and surrounded by swat. Police everywhere with guns drawn. The hotel was evacuated. Everyone was standing outside. We watched as the swat team went in in full armor with shields and a door buster. No way were we staying there with 2 kids! And icing on the cake, we still haven’t received a refund. DO NOT stay here! Upon further investigation there has been a homicide there before, a guy was arrested there for child enticement just a few weeks ago. They can make any hotel look good online… don’t be duped like us. Stay far far away!

Facility is showing its age. Sidewalks were real slippery after dark and early morning. Room smelled like a coverup of smoking. Repair to a crack in the bathroom sink with caulking isn’t the right fix. Breakfast options were good.

The drapes were all cut to pieces, there were crumbs on the table. And drunk people in the parking lot after midnight yelling like they were still in a club. Then they proceeded to continue the yelling inside. Also very dark lot with minimal available spaces. I didn’t even stay 1 night.

This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. It was so dirty and worn out and gross! We couldn’t stay there :( There was feces on the bedding, floors had holes in it, very dirty you couldn’t sit in furniture, couches were broken and fireplaces didn’t work. We looked at switching rooms to 2 other rooms and all the same :(. Very disappointed!! Would not recommend people staying here as every room was disgusting!!

This was very inconvenient for me and my family. The first room had sewage backup in the sink and that floor was wet from the pipes bursting, so they moved us to another room that smelled like urine and there was mold in the bathroom. So we had to be moved two times before we could get a halfway decent room.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, galway smelt like urine, room smelt like curry. Room was really dirty and brown mark all over mirror. I had asked for the pull out bed to be made up, it wasn’t and no sheets were in the room. When I asked at reception to get sheet and have it made it they where not happy. When I returned to my room an hour later the sheets were paced on the bed but not made up. Electrics in room were not working and fire alarms missing off roof in bedroom.

We picked a room with a sofa bed to accommodate our family. We went to 3 different rooms where all of the sofa mattresses were stained with blood, and dirt. The sofa cushions were ripped and dust was accumulated on top of the back of the sofa in one of the roomsThe room was run down- stains and holes on the carpet. Bathroom looked rough too. We ended up leaving. . The woman at the desk was so nice and seemed shocked herself that the sofa beds were in that condition. She tried to find us a clean room. We ended up leaving after the third room we went to was also run down.

Vents were super dirty, found a few dead bugs on the carpet (or I think they were bugs). I pulled the curtains back to see one of the two dead bugs and found a broken balloon and a hook from the curtain, as though they didnt pull the curtains back and vacuum. The mirror in the living area was splattered with something. Finally found a few hairs in my bathroom. Furniture is super worn in the living area. Staff was friendly and super helpful. But they definitely need some help with improvements on rooms and cleaning.

Good location and room configuration, but there was a pile of empty playdoh containers in corner and dirty toilet which led us to question cleanliness. Room was not cleaned. The room Says 7, but there was only beds for 6. In addition the couch sleeper was gross and terrible!!!

Our room needed to be completely remodeled. The finish was coming off light fixture, desk had a leg attached that looked like a tree trunk, cigarette burns in the bedding, ottoman that looked like a cat shredded it, couch that sank in the middle and looked dirty and non-working fireplace. These are only a few of the problems. The staff on the other hand were incredible! Very friendly and willing to bend over backwards to do what they could for us. Will not be staying at this location again.

Feels like home away from home. We get the 2 bedroom suites every time, so my preteen has her own space and I have my own but also have a shared living space. Definitely worth the cost instead of spending an arm and a leg on two conjoining rooms. The staff I have worked with is welcoming and friendly. Close to everything you need.

I chose the 2 bedroom suite to have extra room for my grandkids to stay with us during our visit, and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make dinner every night instead of needing to go out to eat, which saved a ton of money and made the higher rate well worth it. Breakfast had a great variety, and the kids loved the cocoa station that was available.

Two bedroom suite was perfect for my wife and I to have one room and my Dad to have the other. Cheaper than getting two rooms. Breakfast was warm and had decent choices. Decor was a little dated but the staff was very friendly.

I arrived at 10 PM. The lady working in the front desk was absolutely fabulous and I forgot to get her name but she had blonde hair probably in her 40s super nice and very personal. I like this hotel a lot. The rooms are like mini apartments which is really nice to have cooking facilities in a fridge

Location is convenient. However, we had a handicap accessible room which it definitely was not. Thermostat was at least 6' off the floor, the holder for the shower head was broken so it would not hold the shower head at a level for someone with limited mobility. The bed was absolutely horrible as people would roll into the middle and it was very very difficult to get out of bed due to that. Only one end table next to the bed and not particularly spacious for a wheelchair. It was nice to have the refrig and kitchen but that did not outweigh the drawbacks.

Really nice hotel with complimentary breakfast and nice spacious rooms with complete kitchen. We need did wish there was more parking and the hot tub jets didn't work that well but other than those little things. It was an amazing hotel only 7 mins from our competition and we had a great time!! The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. One staff member even helped me carry stuff to my car. We loved the hotel and highly recommend and we will stay again if we are in the area!!

The front staff didn't greet us just asked my name and then grabbed her phone and walked off. When she came back she said it would be e 5 minutes. When checking in she just made our keys but never told us anything about checkout or the facility. Our room was large which we appreciated but the bathroom was disgusting. You couldn't flush the toilet. The shower leaked all over and it would flood as you took a shower. The chairs were ripped and other items in the room were very worn. They didn't have products in one of the bathrooms. The location was fine. All in all though I would not stay here again.

I arrived at 10 PM. The lady working in the front desk was absolutely fabulous and I forgot to get her name but she had blonde hair probably in her 40s super nice and very personal. I like this hotel a lot. The rooms are like mini apartments which is really nice to have cooking facilities in a fridge

The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, hot water was great, carpet had quite a few stains in the room and hall way, needs a good scrub, lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Overall a good place to stay. I would stay there again!

Feels like home away from home. We get the 2 bedroom suites every time, so my preteen has her own space and I have my own but also have a shared living space. Definitely worth the cost instead of spending an arm and a leg on two conjoining rooms. The staff I have worked with is welcoming and friendly. Close to everything you need.

We had a dance competition Saturday all day so we went up Friday night and left Sunday morning so we were in town and had more time to make sure we had plenty of time to get ready for competition and had plenty of time to rest before and after the competition. Facility is showing its age. Sidewalks were real slippery after dark and early morning. Room smelled like a coverup of smoking. Repair to a crack in the bathroom sink with caulking isn’t the right fix. Breakfast options were good.

Location is convenient. However, we had a handicap accessible room which it definitely was not. Thermostat was at least 6' off the floor, the holder for the shower head was broken so it would not hold the shower head at a level for someone with limited mobility. The bed was absolutely horrible as people would roll into the middle and it was very very difficult to get out of bed due to that. Only one end table next to the bed and not particularly spacious for a wheelchair. It was nice to have the refrig and kitchen but that did not outweigh the drawbacks.

The drapes were all cut to pieces, there were crumbs on the table. And drunk people in the parking lot after midnight yelling like they were still in a club. Then they proceeded to continue the yelling inside. Also very dark lot with minimal available spaces. I didn’t even stay 1 night.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff lovely pool though a little bit on the cool side. Didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it though! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had with a wonderful staff and variety of foods.

Every single person on the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like they really wanted my business. I will stay there again. Absolutely no issues. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee.

I booked my stay at Residence Inn looking at all the positive reviews it had, but unfortunately it does not live up to the mark. The rooms were clean and nice, but the bedding (specially pillows) were too old and not comfortable at all. Besides, the breakfast selection was very limited, I being a vegetarian barely had and option for food. They are a bit understaffed as well. I hope this feedback is positively taken and the service improves.

Fabulous place to stay. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were serving a dinner bar when we arrived and the breakfast was excellent. The Easter decorations were adorable and they had hidden plastic eggs for the kids to find. I will definitely stay here again.

I chose the 2 bedroom suite to have extra room for my grandkids to stay with us during our visit, and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make dinner every night instead of needing to go out to eat, which saved a ton of money and made the higher rate well worth it. Breakfast had a great variety, and the kids loved the cocoa station that was available.

We enjoyed the layout of our 2 bedroom suite, but the room and hotel in general was run down. Breakfast was a mess, waffle mix was left in cups with batter everywhere, and dispite there being a breakfast attendant, items ran low, there was no forks, and food wasnt very appetizing.

The staff! Loved them all. So friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast! It is better than most "hot" continental breakfast buffets (real bacon, sausage patties (not links), cinnamon waffle batter with a mini waffle maker, egg frittatas, egg bites, STRONG flavorful coffee). The social hour! Really appreciated the social hour in the evening, with snacks, home made soup, and drinks. And having coffee and juice available all day, not just during breakfast hours. They do everything to make you feel like you're at home, including an OVEN in the room! Not just a stove top. Yes, it's a little run down but it provided everything we needed to spend Christmas on the road and at an extremely reasonable price for everything offered. This will be the 1st place we look to stay, every time we're in town. Thank you for being our home away from home!! <3
