Someone from the hotel called me at 4:00 thr day of my arrival asking if I was still planning to come, which was very wierd. Then they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned and barely even apologized for it. The pool was not at all inviting- it looked brown and there were no towels. And to top it all off, I couldn't access the wifi and all they said was to restart my device which didn't work.

It was fine for what we needed. However, the hot tub and pool area looked nasty. I was hoping to relax. I didn’t think I should get in the water. Breakfast was okay and they kept it well-stocked. However, when they added the hot foods, the food was only lukewarm.

You get what you pay for. The front desk was very helpful and friendly at check in. The door to the room looked like it has been pried open at one point and then repaired. The bathroom was handicap accessible, but just really odd. The shower head pointed out into the bathroom instead of towards the seat. There was a landline telephone next to the toilet.The fitness room was pathetic. It only had a stationary bike, elliptical, and maybe a treadmill. Breakfast was only 6am - 9:00am. Overall, the building was older and outdated.

Not worth what you’re paying. I had to get new keys 3 times, they just wouldn’t work to get into the side doors or into the pool area. The bed was harder than a rock, probably would have felt better sleeping on the floor. Pool and hot tub were also pretty dirty. Won’t be back

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Rooms are small but mostly everything worked. Our room phone didn't work but we didn't end up needing it. The various hotel staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The pool was basically unusable; there were many kids in it one day and then after that it was cloudy and green. The hot tub was ok but the room both are in was very hot and humid so it was not very pleasant to be in there.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Rooms are small but mostly everything worked. Our room phone didn't work but we didn't end up needing it. The various hotel staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The pool was basically unusable; there were many kids in it one day and then after that it was cloudy and green. The hot tub was ok but the room both are in was very hot and humid so it was not very pleasant to be in there.

The overall stay at the hotel was just fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was just what we needed for the night. I went to check in and Shawn at the desk was great. The only problem was, I had booked this reservation online with Hotels.com and she was not showing my reservation. It had already been paid for and it took over an hour or more to resolve and luckily they still had a room for us. We use Hotels.com at least twice a month or more with baseball travel so I was not impressed with this check in . There was no good explanation and I feel like we should get some kick back from the screwup. Shawn was nice enough to walk through everything, and she had to create a new reservation based on what I had already booked and paid for. Her customer service was wonderful. My only small complaint which was out of our control and hers, was that the elevator was out of order. Nothing you can do about that and overall the hotel was just right.

When I expressed cobcern to front desk, the response was, "yeah they were afraid of that" I asked if she was telling me that the beds had been urinated in and she statated that the staff had spent over 3 hours in the room that day cleaning but were concerned that it still smelled. The smell was so bad you could smell it outside the door before you opened it and then in the room it actually burned your eyes and throat. It is unbelievable that they would actually put customers in that room knowing the condition and without replacing the mattress. I ultimately left and found other lodging. We be requesting a refund. Beyond horrible!

The room was filthy. I can deal with outdated but dirty is inexcusable. The tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and the bathroom floor was sticky. The carpet was dirty and spotty. Overall really disgusting. The common areas were clean but the room itself was gross.

The rooms themselves were nice, but I stayed there 2 weeks back to back and the smell in each room was overwhelming. The first room I stayed in smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the second room I stayed in smelled heavily of urine, for some reason. The second room I stayed in also had cockroaches in it. I overall wouldn't recommend until they get the pest issue taken care of and eliminate the smells in the rooms. I will not be going back. The staff were very friendly, though, and nice

This hotel is infested with BED BUGS! Got in late for an overnight stay on our cross country trip. In the morning we found a bug in the bed and the next day two of us ended up with little bites all over or arms. This is despicable that the hotel should remain open when they are clearly infested with bugs. I only hope we didn’t bring them home with us. I hope hotels.com will issue a refund. I have never been so disappointed

When I checked in there was an altercation at the front desk that resulted in police being called. The room was absolutely disgusting. Someone obviously shaved at the sink before they checked out and it was not cleaned. The room did not appear to have been cleaned at all. I only stayed because I had driven 800 miles, it was late, and I needed sleep. If it had been a normal trip, I would've requested a refund and found another place or slept in my car. Do not stay here.

The carpet in the room had sticky stains in it. Whenever I would walk my socks or shoes would stick if I walked over the stains (which were a lot). The guy at the front desk was rude over the phone. Not updated compared to other Comfort Inns. Not worth the price!

Sausages precooked, oatmeal packets, make your own waffles, and breakfast breads. Coffee is a per cup machine. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Bath/showers floor are black, although may be clean appear dirty. Walls had paint chipping. Bedspread had dirty spot on it. Rooms smelled unpleasant. Could hear people next door all night and early morning, showering, talking, coughing, tv on all night etc.

We stayed 2 nights here. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooms need some updating. I'm not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. For the price, it worked for us. We would probably find a different place to stay next time.

There is a sign in the room stating housekeeping is by request only. However, our room was entered when we were not there. Fresh hand towels were left. Nothing else appeared to be different.I do not like anyone in my room during my stay and was certainly not expecting anyone to enter. There was no do not disturb sign available to leave on the door. It was a decent hotel with an okay breakfast but I would not stay again because of the room entry.

Great customer service. This was a good stop for us with our dog. There is a trail right by the hotel and plenty of grassy areas. We were comfortable and felt like the staff was attentive to us.

We were there on vacation. When we arrived to thecroom we could tell it had not been updated for years 10 + . We were to stay 4 days and on the 2nd day i inquired about leaving the next day and the young lady said it was no problem. The next day the lady at the front desk couldn't even check us out! She said we had to wait till the manager got there. When he did get there he said we couldn't check out early without 24hrs notice and we said we did tell the young lady the day before . He said we had to pay and go through hotels. Com to get our money. He refused to talk to us after that. I will never stay at another comfort inn again!!!

We were to stay 4 days and on the 2nd day i inquired about leaving the next day and the young lady said it was no problem. The next day the lady at the front desk couldn't even check us out! She said we had to wait till the manager got there. When he did get there he said we couldn't check out early without 24hrs notice and we said we did tell the young lady the day before . He said we had to pay and go through hotels. Com to get our money. He refused to talk to us after that. I will never stay at another comfort inn again!!!

The hotel was nice, but the service was pretty low. At check in, the guy at the front desk left me standing there waiting for a couple of minutes while he continued to work on his computer screen. I arrived late, so I was looking forward to sleeping in, but was awaken early by the loud chatter of the hotel staff outside my door. A nice breakfast was included, but the coffee machine in the breakfast room did not work. I searched for an attendant to report this to, but could find no one. I went to the front desk to inquire, but there was no one there either. After waiting for several minutes, I finally ended up abandoning my quest for a cup of coffee, left my key at the front desk and departed.

Checked in went to room and electronic key would not work went back to desk gave us new ones they wouldn’t work either. Housekeeping let us in. Noticed immediately toilet paper was about gone so had to track down housekeeping to get some. Left for afternoon and evening and when we came back still had trouble getting key to work so had to go back to front desk for another one. Spouse went to bathroom to take shower and when she closed door found big globs of hair from previous occupancy. Then there was no was rags so had to go to front desk to get them. Place was filthy and couldn’t get refund because we set it up online.

I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but they were so run down and dirty looking that I didn’t want to enter the water. I was disappointed with our check-in experience. After waiting about 10 minutes because there were two couples in front of us, the employee announced what room we were in. As two females traveling alone with men standing behind us in line, this did not make me feel safe. Then he handed me somebody else’s drivers license. The walls were very thin in our room, and we could hear our neighbors and the people in the hall, but the beds were comfortable, and their room was clean.

Stayed one night. Off main road, bit odd getting to. Area & room was quiet. Pet friendly big plus since we were traveling with a fur nugget. Room was clean, no issues. Breakfast was pretty good too. Husband left watch, which was returned after sending self addressed paid envelope. Initially thought it had not been returned, later found out package was sitting in post office for days, untracked. Do appreciate the honesty & return of item. Would stay there again.

Sausages precooked, oatmeal packets, make your own waffles, and breakfast breads. Coffee is a per cup machine. Will not recommend or stay here again.

The hotel was very easy to get to and parking was plentiful. Check in was fast and staff was very pleasant. The room was large and clean with all the essentials…micro, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Breakfast was the usual with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, pastries, juices, and milk. I would stay again.

It was truly just okay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. But, the room smelled really bad, like it had been a smoking room at some point. There were also 2 inches of water sitting in the tub when we arrived. Our key didn't work for the outside door at one point, for some reason, but worked before and after that moment. It was an inconvenient time for the key not to work, with an upset toddler and our hands full. Last, the coffee in the breakfast area was truly rough. I drink and enjoy black coffee, but I had to put the hazelnut creamer in just to get the douse of caffeine into my system. CR has plenty of coffee shops, and since we were out and about with all the stuff of a family wedding, it was fine to pick some up after we left each morning. Not sure I'd stay here again, but it got the job done.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Inside the hotel was very humid feeling and warm. Room was also hot- Walls are very thin- heard every noise so did not sleep at all. Would have loved to have a clean coffee maker in room but that was not the case. Coffee maker was nasty like it had not been used or cleaned in a long time.
