There is no hot tub, despite it being in pictures and the descriptions. Overall room and breakfast were fine, but we were staying with kids and all they wanted was a hot tub haha (and I chose a hotel based solely on this criteria), so it felt very bait and switch when we got there and there wasn't one.

Super great hotel. Close to everything in CR. Lobby was nice, breakfast was good. They even had a fountain soda machine which was a nice touch. Lots of great spaces to relax and the room was awesome. We didn’t need the kitchenette, but this would be a great place to stay if you were in town for multiple days.

Walked in room and it stunk. Son walked through living room and walked thru big puddle of pee on carpet I’m assuming from previous people with animal, called front desk said they would put a note on my room so I didn’t get charged but didn’t offer to clean it?!?! Went down for pillows and bedding for pull out bed she said she would bring up pillows wrote down room number, never seen the pillows. Won’t be my pick next time we stay in the area for sports. Not to mention walking into hotel and fire alarms were going off. Not impressed!

This was my first time staying at Staybridge. I was very surprised by how well thought out this place was. The room was clean and had everything you could possibly need in it. The only trouble I had at first was the tv service but it eventually fixed itself. The only sounds that bothered me were people in the hallway and traffic outside since it’s right next to the highway. I will definitely stay here again!

Check-in was good. Fire alarm was chirping in the room. Moved to different room. Toilet was wobbly, dishwasher was running, and was chilly(64) in the room. Then noticed a used tissue underneath the vanity. Came back to room after being out for the evening and room keys didn't work. We had to go back downstairs and get new ones. No apology. Just handed us one card. Probably won't be back.

The front desk staff member was not there. I rang the bell for service, this woman walked up from the couch and got.snippy with me she told me i did not need to ring the bell. The woman was wearing all black no name tag and sittimg on the couch. I had no clue she worked here. I was unable to carry my bag to my room. I asked for help getting it there. The woman laughed at me and rolled her eyes. I literally just was in urgent care yesterday and had shots in my hip for my back.pain. she told me there wpuldnt be anyone to help me. Thank god for another hotel guest who helped me to my room. She was a traveling rn and even told me i was in a fragile state. Horrible horrible hospitality.

We stayed for 8 nights and our only continuous problem was our keys kept deactivating. We did have an issue with our toilet, but they moved our rooms without issue. Great breakfast selection, hot, fresh and the area was clean- even with dozens of teenage boys in the hotel! The gentleman working breakfast was friendly and helpful! Front desk staff were helpful and able to address any needs we had, but the young lady who was there in the early evenings, was fantastic and always engaged with us and our boys.
