Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, excellent restaurant, bar, Starbucks also onsite. Located on serene River Walk. At the heart of downtown Coralville. Unique library feature. Stayed there for a family wedding at a separate location at an apple orchard. Everyone so incredibly nice. Very relaxing stay!

The staff was excellent! We had a severe weather alert while we were there, and the staff kept us informed and was well prepared for the storm. The gym and pool as great, and the surrounding area was a delight to walk. Will stay here again if in the area.

Great stay. Very nice bar, May want to have a signature drink. Bartender was great. Pool area looked nice. Didn’t get to see the breakfast buffet, but if is anything like the rest of the hotel, it must have been amazing.

It is a great hotel close to restaurants and the Back Pocket Brewery. We enjoyed having Starbucks and a great buffet breakfast available right in the hotel lobby. We also enjoyed walking along the River Walk in the morning and having coffee in the back of the hotel. Following the Iowa game we had a couple more drinks in the hotel bar where they had multiple televisions.

The hotel is under renovation so it's a little noisy during the day. Construction ends at around 4pm, so afterward the hotel was very quiet. Close to nice restaurants and breweries. Pool was closed during my visit due to the renovation.

The facilities and surrounding areas are clean, open and inviting to a tired traveler. The staff was polite and helpful from the start. I am unfamiliar with the practice of paying for on-site parking. It is ...... annoying. The price was minimal and the convenience was handy but come on, I paid to stay at a hotel. Do you expect walk in business.

Check in staff was very friendly. Only disappointment was carpet in the hallway was torn and taped, our room shower head was falling apart, shower ceiling had paint and drywall missing and mildew between shower tiles. For an upscale hotel this was unexpected.

Had a 3pm check-in but didn't check in until 11:15pm. Got our room key and went up to the room and it was filthy. They had that much time to clean our room, and it still looked like someone was living in it. We got a second room and went upstairs to that one and it was also filthy and nobody had cleaned it. After we shared our frustration with the woman working downstairs, she also shared her frustration with us and walked away, leaving us without a solid answer to our question. Manager was supposed to call me the following morning, but nobody ever called. This hotel was terrible.

Big and nice rooms. Mattress new and rooms as well. Staff is friendly. The only minis is that the cleaning lady didn’t care about the coffee station at all, she left the used pots/containers there. Staff in the restaurant is very friendly.

A very nice and clean hotel. However, the builders skimped on soundproofing and I listened to the elevator going up and down all night and people talking in the hall and adjoining rooms. Beautiful facility but definitely needs soundproofing.

Over the last year, I’ve stayed at all the hotels in this little Coralville complex, and this one is my fave! I’m a hotel snob and hard to please when it comes to hotel rooms, and this one was pleasing in all the ways that are important to me. Nice decor and a space that makes sense, comfy beds with crisp, clean sheets that actually fit the bed, pillow and mattress protectors, tables on both sides of the beds with plugs and USB’s, newish clean shower with a clean brand of toiletries. If you like a free mediocre breakfast, then this isn’t your spot. They do have a Starbucks though and a full restaurant with excellent food.

Nice hotel and rooms. One of the features that seemed like a great idea, were the motion sensor lights at the base of the bed and bathroom. However, these lights easily turned on if the bed sheet/cover fell down. I also recommend a room away from the elevators. Our room was 3 rooms down the hall from the elevators and we heard them run all night.

The actual hotel is beautiful the rooms are comfortable in the area is lovely. Where I had issue is we were there visiting a family member at the University of Iowa hospital. When I inquired about a potential special hospital right I was told yes they have one but could not give it to us since we pre-booked through Expedia. I am a Hyatt rewards member and that was very disappointing as this was a last-minute trip planned due to illness. Secondly when we left the hotel to catch a 5:00 a.m. flight there was no one to be found anywhere to get a copy of our bill or to check out at 3:30 in the morning. I called the Hyatt regencies local number and stay on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get a person to get my receipt. My husband called the 1-800 Hyatt number and did get a customer service person who then connected us to the local hotel person. I explained the situation she assured me she would get the bill email to us right away that was 4 hours ago and I still have no receipt I'm very disappointed not in the hotel itself but in these little Inc

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The shower was great! Bed was a bit soft and would have liked a microwave in the room. They need a better snowblower. Theirs was really too small to handle the walkway and there should have been snow removal for the entrance.

I’ll start Fantastic property, location and staff that tried to help and overall good play to stay. Issue is we booked 2 nights 2 queens for my family. Have had this problem before usually associated with late arrivals. Called property early on day of arrival to alert them on our late arrival the first night. Told not to worry they would have our double queen as booked. Upon arrival At 10p I hear sorry we only have king rooms left. Property overbooked queens and there was nothing they could do and I should direct any problems to the third party site I booked it with or find another hotel. Asked if I could get a full refund if I left and they said no and I would have to complain to my third party booking site. Really no room as promised and booked and no refund since they had a room. We ended up squeezing into the king room due to not wanting to lose out on $300. Again told just ask in the morning of the second day and they likely would have a queen room. Again none available when I asked and no refund was offered. Stayed 2 night like the family from Willy Wonka. Luckily we had lots to do outside the hotel keeping us from being so strained in a room too small. Extremely disappointed in the way they took my money in advance and did not deliver on their end of the booking contract with only an offer of a drink voucher. REALLY!

We always stay here when we come to Coralville for the Iowa Hawkeyes - Everyone is wonderful - Ben, Kayla & Wenjin are my favorites - They know us by name and take fantastic care of us. Rooms are very clean and beds are super comfortable. Great Location and the new Bar/Rest - has amazing food.

We were there to watch the Iowa Volleyball team play Washington and we enjoyed having the hotel be walking distance to several dining options and the VB arena. Everything was right there within a few blocks, great place to stay.

Were there for a work party. They were poorly stocked even at the begging of the evening & ran out of most items at the bar (even ice) before our event was done. Room accommodations were nice. Hotel bar was understaffed, closed early & called the cops in to shut down & kick out the large group of us that went there after our work party was done, nobody was being rude or out of control, it was just busy & they were poorly staffed - left me thinking they didn't want our future business. Morning breakfast at the restaurant was good, we did the buffet, cost $18 per person. However, they could try something different to keep the hot foods above lukewarm.
