Workout room was hot should be more like 67-68 when working out. Room was 72-74 all the times I was in there and as far as our room it was always set to same temp but then was either way hotter or cooler in there then what it was set to

Friendly and helpful staff from top to bottom. Love the breakfast and Kickback meals! The pool was clean, indoor and out (only outdoor pool in town!) The hot tub looked a little grimy so I stayed out of there. I’m always leery of those. The rooms are huge and clean. The bathroom needs a vent fan and a place to hang wet bathing suits but the shower is FANTASTIC! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drury in Coralville to anyone and look forward to being able to stay again.

Greeted with friendly staff. Enjoyed that they had some fruit-infused water and popcorn upon arrival, as I was hungry! The room seemed really clean, so that relaxed me and I slept better than I normally do in a hotel. It was quite full and they had one elevator out of order, so there was a long wait if we needed to go down. Otherwise, it was a fine stay.

We come down for the AnimeIowa Convention in the summer and this was our third year staying at the Drury Inn. They have been consistently welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is always clean and well kept. The staff is accommodating and you can see they genuinely wish your stay to be pleasant one. The beds are incredibly cozy, making it a struggle to leave its comfort in the morning. They offer a fantastic breakfast and dinner that changes nightly. There is a small marketplace that offer drinks, snacks, microwave pizza and ice cream for late night cravings. I love the convenience of the underground parking located on the premises. It eases the worry of protecting my car from the unpredictable Iowa weather. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and the people who work there. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience every time.

Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was great (eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, breads, cereals) and always fresh and well stocked. I love that they have a fountain coke machine available anytime! From 5:30-7pm every night they have happy hour where each adult gets 3 free drinks and apps (nacho bar when we were there). The pool is indoor/outdoor and open year round (we were told it’s heated to 85 degrees year round)

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I needed extra pillows and the young lady brought them right up for me. Our hotel room was very clean and had plenty of room. I was very pleased our room had a walk in shower and it was supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner(I didn’t try them so I can't comment on the quality of them). Our bed was comfortable. I like how Drury offers a light dinner/snack with beverages which is usually enough for a meal. That saves money on food. The breakfast was better than most hotels. They had scrambled eggs that were light and fluffy, sausage patties, country potatoes, biscuits & gravy(Good as some restaurants), bagels, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and toast. It tasted good, it was fresh and they refilled it regularly. Eating area was clean. The rest of the hotel was modern, clean and well kept. The general manager is the king of hospitality, super nice gentleman. We will be staying again during our October visit.

The room had an unpleasant odor upon entry and the bathroom had a non functioning fan. There was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom and bed. Employees tried to enter my room twice despite the “do not disturb” sign on my door. Both times they knocked and tried opening the door. Overpriced hotel in my opinion.

Almost everything was great about the Drury. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Only minor complaint is that the walls were pretty thin and we had a family with kids next-door to us up early in the morning which woke us earlier than we wanted. Would definitely book again.

Myself and the other parents booked this hotel for our sons baseball tournament. My kids and myself loved our stay here, especially the pool. My only complaint is the TVs are out of date, most hotel tv's are smart TV's and you can log into your netflix account or hulu (you get it) but other than that it was great.

We ended up having to leave a property after checking in in a different city and ended up booking here. This was one of the most delightful hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It was not only clean, quiet and well kept, the service was so great! The breakfast in the morning was delicious as hotel breakfasts go and the manager was walking around asking if anyone needed anything, refills, etc! The staff was all very friendly not only to guests, but each other as well! Housekeepers being greeted by the desk and maintenance being chummy with the manager! That’s how you know it’s a great place, the staff is happy and kind to each other!

Several hours after a friendly, nice and efficient check in, we could not enter the room upon return. 1st trip down to the front desk eplained that I possibly didn't use the key correctly. 2nd trip down got me an "explanation" that we were in the "wrong room". A "manager/supervisor" had visited the room and realized that there was a mistake upon assignment of rooms. that "manager or supervisor" never appeared to explain what exactly he or she had done in our room. We, finally, received working keys and were able to enter the room for the night. a bit weird and creepy, if you ask me... Nice location and facility, just not leaving us with the warm fuzzy feeling...

They had no record of your Expedia reservation. So I had to make a new separate reservation through Drury Inn. I want to talk to a person as there is no answer through the virtual agent . I do not want to pay Expedia and Drury for the same one night stay. This is Expedia’s fault.

Every time we drive to Chicago, we stop and spend the night here (even though we could easily drive straight through). We look forward to it! Easy access, evening reception, breakfast, pool & hot tub, comfortable beds. Totally walkable to the River Landing. Quiet. Other guests always nice. Free parking. We enjoy the area and always also stop at Backpocket. We try to make it a few times a year.

Fantastic service start to finish. Free dinner with drinks 5:30-7pm each night, and breakfast 7-10am! Amazing. Food was great, service was excellent. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend staying there!
