This is a hotel desperate in need of renovation. It’s clear no updates have been done since it was built. Rooms are dated, mold in the air conditioner, only two elevators for everyone and no way to walk stairs. We will not stay here again.

This is a TERRIBLE property. The room was extremely humid and stank, sort of like raw shrimp left out too long. The main door and bathroom door were so warped they had to be forced open. There were drilled holes in the main door frame and bathroom left unpatched. Tub faucet dripped. Sink hot faucet leaked when cold faucet was used. Bedside lamp did not work. Only window shade is a complete blackout shade. No secondary translucent privacy shade that allows outside light in. One of the worst hotel rooms I've ever had. I will never stay at Grand Harbor Resort again.

Was very disappointed in the lack of upkeep of the property based on the amount of money per night. However, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and our sink was leaking. Originally I was told that they were sold out but after complaining once again we were transferred to a new room. Once there we then had to deal with the sink being clogged in that room and not draining until hours. I hear that they were bought by a new company so hopefully they are going to put money into the property.

The room had an odor to it, the counter with visible streaking, didn’t have a top sheet on one of the beds. Visitors be made aware of an extra $50 they tack on that “will fall off” if nothing is broken. Don’t assume the pool has normal operating hours, we checked in late as we had a long drive there. Pool closed at 9p. With hopes of hitting it up in the morning before checkout, it wasn’t open. They do accommodate you can use it after check out, but still didn’t even enter the open pool hours. The pool was only open 3p-9p. The staff there were lovely though, they were all super nice. Typical place with a cool pool where they update the pool but not the rooms.
