We weee not informed that the hot tub was out of service. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had known. We were bothered every morning at 8:30 with room service wanting to clean our room. We had people sleeping yet or getting dressed. Had to ask for juice every morning as they had run out. They did not offer any kind of discount because of the hot tub not functioning. Probably won’t stay there again.

Was a definite step up from where i usually stay in Pella. Issue was one of the AC units never got cold, but the one in the bedroom area was good. Tv quality was awful. Like being back in the pre HD era of 2001. Not sure why they can't upgrade this. The room itself was great. Large 2 room suite that was modern and clean. Kitchenette.

Rooms clean, breakfast good. Pool and hot tub were under repair and not avaliable. No email, text or notice on web site posted about this. Disappointing since those amenities were one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

This was a very nice place. One interesting thing, a storm rolled in during the night and awoke us to a loud roar, which we momentarily thought might be a tornado. Come to discover that our second-floor room happened to be where the gutter downspout was attached to the outside wall and the rainwater draining off the roof created the most thunderous noise as it ran through the pipe! One other thing, there is only one washer/dryer located on the ground floor.

Nice pool area, the water temp was fine. The hot tub was goid but you have to get out every 5 min. To restart it. [A longer setting would be a huge improvement]. We had some really nadty little tween girls come in and start trouble leading to an even nastier mother vomebin and really get it stsrted with us. After i got her backed we left. The desk clerk was good about keeping it non violent. The hotel is not to blame for this nasty Karen and her bratty kids. Breakfast is so so. The waffles were real hood the rest was ok.

The hotel was great. Right on the golf course. Not around any businesses it was in a residential area. The bar could only seat 4 people and was in the hallway behind the front desk. There was a nice patio on the course you could sit on and enjoy your drinks outside the pool. The floors in the entire hotel were filthy otherwise the hotel was neat and clean.

Came in late and only stayed 1 night. On arrival, property is in nice area and looks nice. Rooms are dated. There was a hole in the shower wall the size of a quarter and bathroom baseboards were dirty. Beds are very soft. Exercise room is small but functional. We didn't take the time to check out the pool. There is a small 'bar' with limited options but it was a nice amenity to have. Breakfast was adequate, and standard hotel breakfast fare- waffles, the fold over egg/cheese thing, biscuits and canned gravy, yogurt, cereal, etc. We would stay again for a short stay.

First room we were given was still dirty from prior guests… slept in sheets still scattered across beds. Went to the front desk and got another room. This room had beds made up but they had hair all over the sheets. Dog food from previous guests on floor along with crumbs all over. Hair in the bathroom, dirty mirrors. I went to desk to ask for clean sheets and made the beds ourselves. Ask for toilet paper at front because they don’t provide extra in the room. There was workers when we arrived painting the hallways and changing out smoke detectors. They were “working” and drinking till well past midnight. Left their beer bottles in the hallway. Painting our door around 11:45pm laughing about how messed up they were. Smell of paint was heavy. Free WiFi would go in and out. I had high hopes for this hotel but I would not recommend. We won’t stay there again.

Hallways and laundry facilities and stairwells on 2nd Floor show significant lack of attention. I had to find a laundromat in the area. Hallways and stairwells were visibly dirty. Garbage cans in and around facility overflowing. Thankfully the Room was clean and comfortable

At this price point I expect a clean room. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was not clean and had urine stains around the seat. The floor in the main living space had so much dirt and dust, I'm certain it was not swept before my stay. I used baby wipes to clean before I would walk barefoot. The shower curtains were so stained and the shower had left over soap and containers from the previous occupant, I really did not want to shower in the shower.

The toilet was not flushed and had human waste in it when we got there. Room keys wouldn’t let us in pool area. Had to ask for assistance. No pool towels. Room floor dirty. Coffee maker in room broken

Went into my room upon check in and it smelled terrible like wet dirty dog and there were dead and alive bugs all over the floor, I turned around and checked out receptionist was great and gave me a full refund and very apologetic

First thing we noticed was the room had a smell, looked around the room. bathroom was terrible, used bar of soap left from previous guest, someone hair left in tub. the floor underneath the sink was filthy. Looked in the dish washer, the dish washer was full of dishes. Couldn't trust that they were clean. Opened the cupboard and found bags of chips left by previous guest, opened the door below the sink to find a mess and liquid from dish washing pods not cleaned up. found several ants around the room on the kitchen counter and on the floor. the jetted tube was a pain to use, when you could get started and would shut off and on during use. Paid over $360 for the 2 nights, should have stayed at a motel 6 or super 8 would have felt that the room was clean.

I had to work through VPN on my computer and their wifi couldn't accommodate that. I have no phone signal in the area so i was unable to use my hotspot. Browsing internet is fine but upload and download for work may be challenging

Wi-fi was not operational. Equipment managing is not in a climate-controlled room. Fitted sheet was sized for queen. Mattress was king. After third try to get a king fitted sheet, just used one-half of fitted sheet. Newly renovated, but cracked tiles in bathroom floor.

When we checked in and went to our room it was not the correct room. When I went to the front desk I was told that they didn’t have the type of room I had reserved because they gave it to someone else. They refused to offer a discount or return any money to me despite the room we were given was less than the amount we paid for the other room. Bottom line, don’t expect to get the exact type of room you booked and don’t expect them to give you a refund or discount when they give your room to someone else.

We ended up in a room with a view of the roof. You had to drive through the landing to get to the hotel driving past several homes just to find it. Thought Ide have a nice view of the golf course and there was no view. They have a nicely painted swimming pool but don't expect to enjoy the rules are very limited and pool becomes crowded quickly. The room was nice but nothing more than your average over night stay for the price. Staff seemed overwhelmed because of short staff. Breakfast options were ok, but the food was cold. As I am giving this hotel 3 stars we won't be back

Only has a desk chair in room. We have back problems so sitting on bed doesn't work. Family lives in Pella so when they came to visit they didn't have a chair to sit in. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and noone at front desk throughout the stay. Had to get extra towels myself. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Dirty around toilet. Breakfast was very good!!!!

No one at desk most of the time. No instructions given about maid service and we had to go down and try to find someone for fresh towels and cups etc. one gal was very helpful but the rest of the staff was nearly invisible. We had a very nice room and rates were good but service was lacking.

This hotel offers a hot breakfast as well as fruit, yogurt, bagels, and some packaged pastries. Decent coffee and juice selections. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable and we were able to sleep really well without any noise from the hall or neighboring rooms. The hotel is near a golf course and beautiful homes. It’s a short drive to downtown Pella. This is truly a great hotel for the low price! Our rate for a four night stay totaled $311!

The hotel is located in a neighborhood near a gollf course. It is very attractive. Rooms had hard flooring and full kitchen. Breakfast choices were carbohydrate driven, we did manage to get eggs after asking. Quiet and nice place to stay.

Had to make a trip to Knoxville to pick up a car during race weeks. This place was not far from the track (20 minutes), was clean, comfortable and quiet - just what we were looking for. The breakfast bar was great! Anyone in the area should definitely explore the town of Pella, too - a quaint, clean and beautiful city.

Room is clean, spacious. Telephone was disconnected, crib was not set up properly. Pool towels need yo be collected from Front Desk, should be ready in the pool area. Breakfast needs more hot food choices. Coffee was too diluted it’s like coffee flavored water.

Bar/ restaurant was out of stock on almost everything. Ordered 2 burgers and a pork lion sandwich . After 20 minutes they informed us there was no pork lion and no buns, but we could have our burgers on a hot dog bun. They do no seemed to be prepared for more than 8 guests. The staff was great! Management needs a lot of improvement.

The hotel was very busy as there was a baseball tournament in the city and a motorcycle group staying there. The staff handled all the check-ins the best they could. Keys would deactivate and we had to wait for someone to reissue a key. Manager was very helpful when we asked for additional sheets and a blanket. When we went for breakfast most everything was empty except the eggs however they weren’t cooked though so we didn’t eat. Overall the hotel met our needs for our stay.
