Room was great, clean and comfortable. This location does not have a hot tub. Breakfast was a waste. They ran out of hot food both days by 9:00 or the biscuits were burned. Out of waffle mix. No bowls.

Room was great. Good size and clean. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked though did not carry peanut butter or honey. Exercise room was a good size compared to other hotels and had weights not just cardio equipment. Pool was cold and no hot tub would be my complaint.

The hotel was very old. The towel rack was inside the shower stall, which is weird. There was a moldy spot on the ceiling in the bedroom, sharing wall with bathroom. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower grout and edges if shower door were dirty and pink ring around the sink drain. You could hear all the noise from the road outside, even in the 3rd floor. The mattress was very firm, hard to sleep on. There was a pool but no jacuzzi. That seems odd. I didn’t use the pool. The front staff was kind. I didn’t have interaction with room staff because they do not service rooms but every 2 days and only change linen every 4 days. I only stayed 2 days, so I don’t get room service. I think Hyatt Place does a disservice to the Hyatt name. I wished I would have spent more to stay at Hilton or Marriott.

Hotel was advertised with a bistro and a bar. Bistro does not exist bar had beer, limited, limited wine in a can, pre-mixed cocktails in a can. Staff not very friendly hard to get any eye contact made although room was clean and comfortable not much interaction with housekeeping staff the girls at the front desk at the Hyatt Regency could get lessons from the best Western staff in Blackfoot, who were much friendlier and outgoing, having worked in the hospitality business. If I managed the front end of the Hyatt, there would’ve been some unemployed people.

The pool area had parts of the ceiling falling apart. The pool deck area had epoxied pebbles that probably looked awesome when installed but it is starting to break apart and the little pebble hurt your feet when you step on a stray one. The staff was friendly. They seemed a bit short staffed in the mornings. Coffee and food were running out. Seems difficult to have a balanced staff and keep up on the morning breakfast rush.

The pros: It's a clean & quiet property with suites big enough to fit our party of 6. The cons: We were excited to use the pool however the pool does not seem to be heated, as it was freezing. The pool deck is also in need of repair because lots of the pebbles are loose & chipping off.

My family and I stayed for one night and the lobby was very nice. When you go up to your room everything seemed very outdated. The rooms needs to be cleaned better and need some updating. Trash was still left in the room from the previous family the covers didn’t seem changed out. The bathroom was very dark new lighting needs to be put in

We had a good stay overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues — the bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned and had hairs in it, and we also found a couple of dead bugs on the comforter. Addressing these housekeeping concerns would definitely improve the experience.

Hotel staff and the lobby were nice, but it was a bit lacking in cleanliness. They don’t do housekeeping service for multiple night guests unless requested. The bathroom had a bit of mildew on the ceiling, the sheets had stains on them, and the pool wasn’t very clean. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping options.

It was okay. There were dried boogers on one wall in our room, the outlets sparked, not all of the lamps worked, the bathroom was teeeeny tiny and you could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. But it was a place to stay. Could’ve been better, could’ve been worse.

Location worked well for us and it was quiet. Staff was friendly. Downside was that it wasn’t very clean. Room had gross stuff on walls and bathroom had hair on the walls of the shower. Made me wonder how clean everything else was.

Mostly good. The room was spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom was clean except someone's shaver was in the shower. Yuck. Not sure how the cleaning staff missed that. The breakfast was disappointing, at best. It was nicely presented, but options were very limited. A large bowl of yogurt was available, but no individual containers of yogurt and no flavors other than vanilla. The cut fresh fruit looked very sad and limp. Only instant oatmeal. Scrambled eggs and biscuits, but no meat. Overall, the breakfast wasnt very exciting or inviting. Again, good (not excellent) experience overall.

Well first when we arrived our room was dirty ...sheets were not clean had hair and crumbs . One bed looked like it was sat on and then the shower had hair all over it . So we took pictures showed them and they let us change rooms. There were no pool towels and the bin for dirty tools was complete full even on top the entire time qe stayed . Then they charge my card 218 dollars and the room was 168 with tax and fees when i booked. Will never be staying here again nor will anyone i know .

Room 322, will stay again, nice room. Walked to coffee shop across the street and Target was the next block. Only issue was the water closet was exceptionally small and cramped with the toilet and shower so close together, one must nearly enter the shower to close the door. Otherwise, the room was quite large and very comfortable.

We were a bit disappointed to find that this hotel did not have a hot tub in with the pool like the listing said, but the rooms were clean, beds were nice, and breakfast was very good. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and rooms are a bit dark, but the rooms were very spacious. However, take note whether your room has a microwave or not. One of the rooms I booked had a microwave, but the second did not. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were listed as a suite but there wasn't an actual suite. There should have been a television in the "supposed" suite portion of the room, but there wasn't one. It is my belief that they stuck us in that incomplete room because we were only staying a couple of days, but shouldn't have mattered.

Staff were friendly. The pullout bed wasn’t comfortable the teens had to pull it off and put the mattress on the floor. But the springs were still poking them.

The air conditioner in my room always so loud and clanking that I had to turn it off so that I could sleep, but then the room was so hot and stuffy. Paint was peeling and the property is in need of renovations or you need to reduce the price.

I was traveling due to my Mom having major heart surgery. I had been on the road for 7 hours. There was a mix up with original booking at another hotel that didn’t get confirmed. So as I was a hour out from Boise I was driving trying to find another place. As I selected this location and confirmed my wife message me she already paid for a different hotel she found closer to the Hospital my mom would be at. As I selected to pay at hotel I went to hotel to explain situation. There was no one on site at 8pm to make a decision on if an exception could be made. As it was up to the hotel on if I would get charged. The manager next day refused to make an exception due to the circumstances. Customer service was terrible. I asked for a follow up or to have manager call me to so I could explain why I was requesting an exception. And to give me a head up on if would warrant and exception. And if not be expecting a charge on my card. No call from Hotel. I have worked is customer service and you can tell when someone is genuine you want to help where you can. There was no empathy or even follow up with a “guest”. I have stayed and many other location but this was by fare the worst when it comes to customer service.
I was traveling due to my Mom having major heart surgery. I had been on the road for 7 hours. There was a mix up with original booking at another hotel that didn’t get confirmed. So as I was a hour out from Boise I was driving trying to find another place. As I selected this location and confirmed my wife message me she already paid for a different hotel she found closer to the Hospital my mom would be at. As I selected to pay at hotel I went to hotel to explain situation. There was no one on site at 8pm to make a decision on if an exception could be made. As it was up to the hotel on if I would get charged. The manager next day refused to make an exception due to the circumstances. Customer service was terrible. I asked for a follow up or to have manager call me to so I could explain why I was requesting an exception. And to give me a head up on if would warrant and exception. And if not be expecting a charge on my card. No call from Hotel. I have worked is customer service and you can tell when someone is genuine you want to help where you can. There was no empathy or even follow up with a “guest”. I have stayed and many other location but this was by fare the worst when it comes to customer service.

Even though I had pre-paid for my reservation, I was informed that they were full and did not have the room available that I reserved. There was no explanation given as to how this could have happened. Me and my 5 kids were left in a panic at 10pm on a Friday night trying to find a place to stay. The nearest hotel that could accommodate the 6 of us was 53 miles away.

Check in was fantastic and swift. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom floor tile was very cold and the lighting was poor due to the placement of the light fixture. Also, for some reason they had us checked out on the last day we were there and housekeepers kept coming by. The television had cable and also streaming for casting apps from my phone. It was a great location near the Boise Towne Square Mall and many restaurants.

This hotel was in the Boise suburbs near a mall. The location was quiet and safe. When we stayed, it was extremely busy, and breakfast was minimum. It was a comfortable, quiet night’s sleep though, and a walk by the canal behind the hotel was a fun thing to do.

Everything was great, clean and friendlier but the breakfast was not what I had on other Hytte hotels. I dislike oatmeal in packages. There was no fruits, milk and other items. We got there to eat at 9ish and breakfast in the weekends ends at 10.

We’ve stayed at many Hyatt Place locations and this was by far their worst. Really great location with lots of restaurants nearby including a mall and a Target, and the parking lot was very well lit with lots of spaces, however the hotel is old. Our room was very spacious but the bathroom is tiny, can barely close the door. The shower was gross and the towels are tiny. I felt like a diver drying off with a shammy. The bath towels were the size of a hand towel and old. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Not only did they not have all the things they offer at other Hyatt Place locations like hard-boiled eggs, granola toppings, etc, they refused to replenish it when breakfast was still to be open for another 30min, so if you came at 9:30 when breakfast was to be from 7-10am, you were out of luck and the food service gal refused to make more or refill the yogurt and fruit even though there were 17 people standing there looking for food.

This place was really nice. I was bracing myself before we got there because we have been having bad luck with hotels, however I was impressed when we checked in. The only thing my group was disappointed about was the fact there was no meat for breakfast to choose from.

Everything was very well maintained. Parking was great and I had a trailer. Breakfast needs help. They ran out of bread, eggs, cups, flatware, cups and napkins. The eggs tasted phoney and were watery on the plate. They need more help in the kitchen

Mostly good. The room was spacious and seemed clean. The bathroom was clean except someone's shaver was in the shower. Yuck. Not sure how the cleaning staff missed that. The breakfast was disappointing, at best. It was nicely presented, but options were very limited. A large bowl of yogurt was available, but no individual containers of yogurt and no flavors other than vanilla. The cut fresh fruit looked very sad and limp. Only instant oatmeal. Scrambled eggs and biscuits, but no meat. Overall, the breakfast wasnt very exciting or inviting. Again, good (not excellent) experience overall.
