Breakfast was just ok. Plant based sausage was the only “meat” option and the eggs were blah and the potatoes dry. Other than this the stay was perfectly acceptable. I really loved that the pool, hot tub and gym were available 24 hrs. Often we check in late and are not able to use those amenities. So I guess the midnight swim made up for the lackluster breakfast. I would stay again.

The staff was really nice. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The pool area needs a remodel. The hot tub wasn't working. I booked thinking it was working. Needs to be listed on their website that its not working. Other than the pool area it was a nice stay.

Check in was good. Room and bedding was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom floor and carpet around it was extremely dirty. Looked like maybe some work had been done with dried caulk and drywall powder on the carpet. The bathroom floor itself had food spilled which was really weird. More disappointingly, the breakfast was open until 9am. By 8:45am things had run out and several families with children asked for the waffle batter to be refilled. Staff said “ok” and said we’ll let the person in charge know. That individual came out took the batter and disappeared and started cleaning up. No explanation. Literally ignored the folks waiting around. Would not have been hard to simply explain “hey we ran out, can we get you something else” but she just acted oblivious and cleaned up and vanished. When you book the room, you expect the breakfast. Best Western didn’t provide it and and it reflected poorly on the staff and property.

Room was dirty. The floor was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in sometime. Mattress pad was dirty and full of hair, Sheets did not fit the bed well and kept pulling off. The bed was lopsided and uneven had to be placed back on the bed frame in the correct position. Not a good experience. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Bathroom smelled funny. Grout hasn’t been cleaned in years. Towels can double as sand paper. Fitted sheets do not fit. No tissue paper. Best Western just feels dated. The staff are great though!

The bathroom floor was filthy with dirt, hair, and crumbs. We kept our shoes on. Gray smudges on one of the comforters. Check-in staff was one person who took phone calls and managed the line so it was slow. Breakfast was low quality compared to other chains, frozen food heated up cafeteria-style. It was bad enough that my family asked me to book someplace else during the return piece of our road trip, preferring to risk an unknown over this place again.

Everything was clean and well maintained. They provided water on request without additional charges. The shower and bathroom was clean and spacious. The bedroom was also very clean. The pool area smells like chlorine, so if that bothers you, I'd stay away from there.

The location for this hotel was fabulous. However, the mattresses were very, very, poor. I would recommend that the mattresses be changed. They were very soft and my wife and I, both average size people slept about to 2 to 3 hours per night just because if one of us moved at all, it forced the other one move involuntarily.

Overall good . Check in was quick as they couldn’t go over everything due to long line of people waiting. Cookies were burnt and hard. Bed was the worst we had ever slept in. Was a long night of little sleep…

The hotel and staff itself were amazing. Our only issue was that our room was on the first floor close to the lobby. The doors are not insulated well and we could hear every person talking in the hallway, checking in, checking out, and dragging suitcases in the lobby. It was very loud and woke us up constantly. I would only stay here again if they had a second floor room available.

This was an adequate hotel at a great price, safe and quiet. But… refrigerator was warm, shower didn’t drain, and at check-in staff seemed overworked and unhappy. Not deal-breakers, for sure, at the price, but just not quite up to great standards.

The Best Western was one of the nicest rooms we had on our vacation. The motel has the cabin look with lots of wood,(log) trim. There was one restaurant across the road but we had to drive to more restaurants. Not a big deal.

The Hotel site is next to the freeway and you hear it. If you’re a lite sleeper it’ll keep you awake. Breakfast would have been great if they didn’t run out of eggs, potatoes and coffee creamer. There was waffles,bacon, bread and cereal (no milk).

The check-in didn’t go very smoothly. The person at the counter could not get the payment verified from hotels.com. I don’t know if it was hotel.com problem or the hotel’s problem but when I went into hotels.com and sent a text stating the problem it went through almost immediately The bed I slept in, was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was good.

The Motel was clean, quiet and convenient! However, the Staff was amazing!! From the folks at the front desk, the Cleaning Crew, the Maintenance Team everyone was friendly, considerate and helpful. Definitely my "go to" stay wherever I am in Boise.

We booked and paid through Expedia and when we arrived at 2am after 14hr drive we where told that Expedia did not sent them virtual credit card payment for our reservation and he made us call Expedia and after we got on the line with rep clerk from hotel told that “he figured it out” and he checked us in. He might had fixed an issue before we arrived if there even was an issue. We think he wanted us to book through them directly and that is what he encouraged us to do cancel with Expedia and book with him. If the end we wasted 30 min which we found use for rest after long day

We had a prepaid reservation over Hotels.com, arrived at 2 AM after a long road trip with our children. The guy at the counter looked sheepish and didn’t make sense with a lot of his explanations and thoughts…. Despite having my drivers license, Hotels.com confirmation email and confirmation number and confirmation that my bank account had been charged for the reservation he said there was no reservation he could find in his system. What he wanted me to do was ask Hotels.com for a refund so he could charge me through the hotel directly and it ended up being almost the same price. Hotels.com wasn’t the most professional over the phone either (they hesitated to call the hotel for some reason and did not offer much help, but to find another hotel for us, which I can do on my own and still takes time. ) Needless to say, I was charged, had all of my confirmation emails from Hotels.com and the hotel itself, but was denied my room at the front desk, I wasted a lot of time and the family got to sleep over an hour later when I gave in and placed another reservation through the hotel directly.The hotel had pretty great reviews, but we were not impressed with the hard muffins, super dry, oranges, cold coffee, bitter coffee the next morning, and a creamer who had turned into straight corn syrup. The place is not nice. This was unlike our usual quality Best Western experiences. The amenities were good and the beds comfortable, so that saved the stay.

Facility is dated but we could overlook that. It looked like it could be due for a spring cleaning and shine. I would not go out of my way to return. The check-in staffer was not trained well. He struggled to check us in; looked like he was training. All well and good but he did not have the attentive disposition to work this job. The manager-staffer lady was excellent. Appreciated the hot meal in the morning; so that evened everything out. Thank you, Mrs. K

Where to begin!! We arrive at 3 am the front desk wasn’t very friendly, but I do understand, time wasn’t very appropriate. The facility it’s amazing, the room was smelly, the neighbors were very loud, we couldn’t sleep. Call the front desk and they couldn’t do anything. I won’t stay here anymore.

I have stayed twice here. Good, clean and comfortable. Easy access to freeway at east end of town. Freeway noise was not noticeable in my room. I was traveling with a U Haul trailer both times and there was plenty of parking for bigger rigs. Grocery store and a few restaurants are close by.

We liked the fact that it was so close to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival theater. The property was clean and the staff was nice. It was close to the freeway. It is a bit far from downtown Boise. We will definitely stay here again.

our room was clean, the front desk gentleman was friendly, and the pool was clean. The TV in room 227 was a little laggy and the screen kept going fuzzy. our one poor review would be the breakfast, which by 8:50 was pretty much gone and what was left was cold. It said it was served until 9:30, however it is free so we can't really complain.
