Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

Great stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Great food at on-site restaurants. Nice room. Only complaint is that it was a confusing maze of hallways to find our room.

Great place to take your family. Two pools and a fantastic breakfast and friendly and helpful staff make for a fun time.

The staff is friendly, rooms are clean! There’s soo much to see and do by the river and surrounding areas! Always a good time!

Staff is great. Unbeatable breakfast. Pools are nice but hot tub leaves a lot to be desired in size and cleanliness. Multiple issues with sinks/bath/electrical (sink didn’t drain, constant overhead light flickering) we had to call maintenance about. They were very responsive but I didn’t get the sense that they were checking things proactively or reporting issues internally as they came up. Great location along the river greenway.
