Very clean and spacious for 5 of us. 2 bathrooms were bonus! We enjoyed good breakfast everyday. Only my boys stated was no weight/muscle tone training in exercise room.

While the convenience of having two rooms and a kitchen is huge there is some work to do. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are tired and worn at best, and the attention to details was missing. For example our room reeked of petrulli oil, it smelled like a Grateful Dead Den and I asked to move rooms but there was none available. They did give us some deodorizer but the smell lingered the entire time we were there. There was a used coffee grind in the coffee pot, the body wash was near empty in one of the bathrooms, there was hair in the other bathroom, a broken mirrored closet door, no luggage stands, and we decided to run all the dishes through the dishwasher to be sure it was clean. The cabinets are worn and could use some TLC. I expect more from Marriott...........the pandemic is over and the "Covid Crutch" doesn't fly anymore. Step up and be better Marriott. We will likely do Airbnb next time.

This places bathroom was disgusting and I didn't realize the dirty shower curtain liner until 9 or 10 pm at night. Pee on side of toilet if something goes idk it was gross!!!

Old motel needing updates and repairs. Our bathroom smelled heavily of mold. Mold is toxic and will make you sick. I wish we would have not staid here.

This residence inn did not seem up to par with the others I’ve stayed in. Seemed like it was showing its age. That said, it was still clean(other than a stain on the sofa) and mostly usable. The pull out bed in the sofa was so worn out the springs were the only thing holding it together. No one would be able to reasonably sleep on it. The front desk was empty 3 different times we approach: once for check in, once when my key cards stopped working and once with a checkout question.

We were on a mini vacation, we were here for 2 days. The tv is only old-school cable (there IS a Netflix option) and that’s a drag. I wish I could’ve logged into more of my streaming services. Having a kitchen was sweet! The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast, nothing fabulous, but nice to have 😁 We’d stay stay here again.

Stay was excellent. Room was clean and in excellent repair. Everything worked and no sign of damage anywhere. Internet was easy to hook up to and had great download and upload speed. As someone there on business and needed good upload speed it was nice.

This was my second stay this month at the residence inn. At both locations I explained that I was a lite sleeper and requested a room in a quiet location. At both locations I was given a terribly noisy room. The first room was adjacent to a huge AC unit and the second room faced the freeway. I currently have no interest in staying at your hotel ever again.

This place is beginning to show its age. Maintenance is lacking (the shower curtain rod was about ready to come off the wall, toilet was loose on the flange, microwave door was cracked) and after staying here off and on over the past 12 years, we may be looking for a new place to stay while visiting Boise. The free, hot breakfast is one of the best around and the staff is very friendly. The place just needs a little TLC...

Credit card reader failed and the staff had problems troubleshooting the issues. After several tries they said I had a credit card on file from previous visits and let us go to our room. I checked the charges at checkout and they were correct and I didn’t get billed twice due to the machine failure. We also wanted a room with a table instead of a bar and the staff was able to relocate us to one of those. No other issues other than these.

Everything great except the breakfast. FYI, if you run out of oatmeal 30 min before the end of breakfast - at least offer instant oatmeal packets. This might sound like whining - but for the gluten intolerant - it's one of the few things we can eat.

I notified front desk about stuck open outer window, maintenance arrived but it was never closed. Two desk persons did not know how to operate the Internet TV, a third one did. The breakfast coffee did not taste good. I wonder if the source was the brand or the pot needed cleaning. Otherwise the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed having two tables, one for each of us.
