Dirty wash rag left on top of shower rod. Sheets are extremely itchy and bathroom is cramped. Can barely close the door without hitting the toilet. Air conditioner cycled on and off all night making a nasty racket.

I booked this room based on the pictures of the suite having an open door balcony, which ours did not. Additionally, we travelled with one, extremely well behaved dog and upon arriving, were charged with a $50 pet fee, in addition to the $140 for staying in this mediocre suite. On top of that, we were charged $10 to park in their parking lot, and then taxed on top of those charges, which resulted in an additional $63 on top of the price of staying in the hotel. The pictures show this as an immaculate hotel, which it was not. The carpets were filthy and the room was not clean to my standards of a Marriott hotel. The ice bin had gunk on the lid and there was hair left behind from cleaning, on the sink surface. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. On top of that, the air unit wasn’t working correctly so it got hot and muggy in the room. I rarely feel compelled to leave a review but save yourself the time and pick another hotel on your trip to Boise. We were there for less than 12 hours (quick overnighter on our way home) and should have just booked an airbnb for the price we paid to stay in this mediocre hotel. We stayed at a Motel 6 in Pendleton that was less than half the price and more comfortable and clean than this place.

Had a nice stay! The room was large and fairly clean. There was long hair behind the bathroom door. But other than that everything was clean. The bed I slept in was worn with impressions and my back got sore. Great price and great location!

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and in a very convenient area. There is a walking trail right behind it, which was nice in the evenings. Went across the street for pizza one night, was very good. Breakfast was very good. It’s not the newest hotel, but well kept.

The bed was hard didnt sleep well not what im use to from Marriott. Toliet was very low didnt like the location of the tv or bathroom being right in from of the bed. Usually the bathroom is by the room entrance away from the main living area. When i first entered the room i put my things on the bed and went to turn on the light, i triped over the chase lounge which was right in front in my opinion that area was to dark the curtains should have been left completly open.

The HVAC in the room wouldn’t stay at set temp. I had to set it very low to get it on then it drifted up slowly to very warm so I had to keep either pulling up the comforter or throwing it off to use only a sheet. And having no blanket as an intermediate cover made the staying asleep very difficult.

Overall a great stay. The only downfall is that the rooms are SO far from the elevators and amenities. Wish they’d add an elevator on the other end. Otherwise 10/10. Breakfast included. Outdoor pool was nice. Very quiet. Room was clean. We had a king with a pull out sofa which my daughter said was uncomfortable. Bathroom is pretty small.

This hotel was a fine place to stay, near both downtown and family for us. The rooms are well sized, and breakfast options are good. My largest issue was with internet. We appeared to be in a fairly dead spot for data coverage, one bar at most with T-Mobile service, and the Wi-Fi available at the hotel was not secured and weak. I was never able to enter so much as a website from my phone. Unless you are traveling with a hotspot if you need internet this could be a tough choice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was dark due to no overhead lighting. The only lighting came from the lamps. The kitchen area only had 1 light under a shelf above the sink.

Communication needs to happen. I didnt find out til next morning the is a hold of incidental charges on my bank account. Need to be upfront not find out last minute. Now i have til all clears out of my bank accout before i can get that money back. Be upfront and i hate properties that do that i rather oay on cash any holds that way o can get my money back. Because of the no Communication I will not be staying at that location again..

Our keys were not working & we were locked out of our room for almost 2 hours sleeping in the hall way because we were so tired. My cousin needed to take his meds & they were locked in the room. We would like a refund.

Checked in late and staff was welcoming. Room was clean but noticed toilet was flushing slow. Woke up and noticed toilet was clogged. Called front desk and informed them what happened. They said they would call me back and see if anyone can fix the toilet. Had errands to run and stopped by the front desk and was told maintenance will be in at 10 am and mind you this was at 8am. Requested a different room and was staff was hesitant to get us a new one until my husband chimed in and said what if he had to use the toilet. She then found us a new room, transferred our stuff to a new room and noticed the sink was draining slow as well but luckily the toilet was working. I would think in a situation like ours, staff would be on it calling maintenance and not have to literally beg for a new room. I tried to be positive but it dampened the 2 days we were there.

Everything was easy, shuttle to check in. The nice guy checking me in was super helpful and kind. He deserves a raise! The shuttle woman was also so incredibly informative and fun. I really enjoyed them both.

Some clothing that was left behind in the room closet ‘mysteriously’ was never found. The housekeeping manager said he’d check and call back, but he didn’t. When he was contacted again, the reply was well nothing was found, bye.

We were impressed. Everything was clean, and there was no noise, even from the road. We did not have a maid come, and we asked for one. So the two wastebaskets and a desk held a lot of trash. We would have liked a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. We are diabetic and carry insulin, so we need our ice packs when we go out. The breakfast was great.
