Close and convenient to the river and our family.

The location on the greenbelt was great, and the Lime bikes are such a fun feature for travelers staying in the area. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, the employee just looked at me blankly instead of offering any explanation or assistance. I also asked about the Lime bikes since they are such a popular attraction along the greenbelt, and he said he didn’t know anything about them. To top it off, I grabbed a Gatorade from the shop and was shocked when it cost $17. Between the lack of customer service and the extremely overpriced snacks and drinks, the stay did not feel worth the cost. A little more friendliness, local knowledge, and reasonable pricing would have made a big difference.

It’s run down and the room cleaning was not good.
