Roaches in the bathtub and sink. The AC does not work. Maintenance came and straight wired it and left the cover off but said it would be till in the morning. There is no deadbolt. I have a chair and refrigerator slid up against the door for the sleep tonight. The bed has stains on the sheets and pillowcases So I’m using towels from the bathroom to lay on!

I was put in the hottest room possible on the second floor. The antiquated AC was doing all it could but never really cooled off the room. The desk cleared charged me a $50 deposit, which I haven't gotten back yet after 2 days! The driveway around the entire building looks like bombed out northern Germany circa 1945.

The room conditions were absolutely terrible, reeks of mold and mildew, and the carpet was visibly dirty. There were several holes in the wall, areas where paint was needed, and so much more. The staff was kind, but the property needs a lot of work done.

The parking lot hasd pot holes and the door was not really secure as the should be.

The room had a hole where the smoke detector should have been, the glass in all of the picture frames was broken, the wall had spackle on it and was not sand down, the rug was in terrible shape and that was just some of the things wrong.

Run, dont walk, from this filthy, "roach coach" hotel!!! This non smoking room had cigarette burns on the tub and sheets. In this summer heat, the AC didn't hardly blow, and it took till morning to cool off. Shower curtain was filthy, and the walls wwre covered with writing, hand and foot prints. The door had been kicked open, and not repaired properly. This was as bad as it gets. How can it have a 6.0/10 rating?????

The carpet was dirty the bed sheets were dirty the bed was dirty there was holes in the walls we didn't get to use any of that anemones like the breakfast the pool was closed you couldn't even get a cup of coffee.

This hotel was AWFUL and need to be condemned. Part of it had been burned down. BM or blood was spreader on the side of the building next to the room. The furniture looked like rats had chewed on it! This hotel is AWFUL. Need to be inspected by the city and state.

Restart what's supernoise? I can and make that. Seem like wonderful people. But the property condition, the parking lot. It's not the best it definitely needed some holes patch in. The rooms says the open the door. Straight of smoke literally had to go down to the store and get for breeze and a glade plug in to try to knock to smoke. Smell out, was it the worst I've ever smelled? But I smell the couple rooms that were the same. The room's definitely needed a face lift. It's new furniture, the batting was great. Was comfortable. Sheets were soft but the furniture was terrible. And the TV was fairy old was one of the first flat screens ever made. I literally had to put a cup underneath it to hold it up straight. Because it was broken until did to the right. Look like someone had to try to steal it before. Other than that, it just needs a face lift and something to knock to smoke out and keep people from smoking in the rooms. So I give this 12 stars. But for the money that I paid. I wasn't expecting. Pretty much you get what you pay for I mean to get a room for $55 for 1 night cheapest have ever paid for a hotel.

The worst hotel Ive ever lived in. There were roaches, the room was barely cleaned and linen was stained. Never in my life will i stay here again or recommend anyone

There were roaches and we had to leave an go to a different hotel. The manager didn’t give us our money back. We had just got in the room, maybe 30 minutes and as soon as we cut the lights on roaches were everywhere

Rooms were nasty , stains on sheets , throwup on mini fridge , used qtips under the sheets . Cigarette butts under beds in a non smoking room . Holes in the walls . Not what is pictured on line .

Booked a non-smoking room, room given to me had obviously been smoked in due to the smell & numerous burn holes in the bed sheets. AC was cool at best, room stayed muggy entire night & held the stench of mildew & old, wet dust, room couldn't have been dusted in yrs!

The floor wasn’t vacuumed there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom there was no towels took me 3x going to the office for someone to answer to get towels. The office said it was opened till 10 but was closed you had to go the window. The sheets on one side had drips of blood. No phone in the room to even call room service to get towels. The hotels needs to be demolished and start from scratch. The room had fleas on top of everything. The worst hotel in my life that I ever stayed in. Never never again.

I would never stay there again because the room was dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean and the towels where also dirty. The sheets had stains and the toilet was dirty too. It took a while for the room to cool cause it was very hot when we got there. The nice thing about it was the receptionist was very nice. She switch me rooms but the other room was in the same condition.

I have pictures of this place. Unhealthy to stay at this place. This location should be shut down. The search online is deceiving. Room 116 should be boarded up. I opened the door and couldn't believe that Expedia would have this place on there list. Please contact me ASAP regarding this place. It was dirty, smelly, electrical plugs on the floor, bed linen was nasty with spots, towels already used etc.

Room 119 Stunk terribly of would etc., knobs were off of the Air conditioner, the room floor was not clean, the bed sheets had nasty black spots and a burn place. There was molds in the wall. It was the worst place we have ever stayed!

First off the place is a dump. The office is nothing like the picture. The room was disgusting, filthy , and it smelled like urine The beds had no spread and the sheets looked dirty I didn’t even stay, I couldn’t I took some pictures , but I spent the night with a friend. The air conditioning was so nasty I would be scared to Breathe that I can’t believe they can charge for these rooms. So I lost 40$

The entire experience was a nightmare. I used this company to book our room, mistake #1. CLEARLY, anyone can list anything, that they deem sleep-able, as a room. Our first room key opened the door to a room that was piled with clothes and was about 95 degrees. The second key opened the door to a room that was about 90 degrees and smelled so bad we couldn’t even walk across the room. After reporting this one to management they offered us another room. My husband told them that they could just give us a refund but of course they can’t because we booked through this company. Management said that if we would look at room #3, should we decline, they would not contest it when they were contacted. We were escorted to the room, which was about 80 degrees with the a/c running. It didn’t smell as bad as the other and appeared to be slightly cleaner, so in an extremely exhausted state, we accepted the room. We discovered that ALL of the knobs were removed from the a/c unit so that wasn’t getting any better. The woman who escorted us returned, unprompted, with a candle and air freshener. That should tell you the condition of the air. We decided that we could stay long enough to get a good nap then get back on the road. I checked the shower and it wasn’t filthy so I decided to jump in. When I removed my shoes, I realized where the odor was coming from. The carpet was beyond funky. We literally kept our shoes on the entire time, only removed for the shower and the bed. Not done….

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It REEKED of pot. I am rather allergic, so I spent the entire time nauseous. When I mentioned it to the manager, his response was that he "would tell housekeeping to leave the door open to let it air out." The bedding was at least clean but VERY stained. The room itself was in disrepair and in need of attention. I have no idea how the shower was, I wasn't willing to brave it. I will absolutely skip this place next time.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking. The rooms were stained all over the walls and sheets with God knows what. Door doesn’t close properly and I now have head lice from staying in rm 201. Completely disgusting.

We booked the room due to a motorcycle tire blowout on the highway. It was at the time closest to the HD dealer. The mattress was the best part of the room. We killed 2 cockroach, there was no remote for the tv, went to the front desk to get one, she hands me a universal remote and directions to program the tv to remote. Was not the right remote for the directions, it was a dish remote. Tried to control the tv manually, but only thing that would show up was a guide, couldn’t pull anything up. The bed sheets had old stains on them and some that looked new and were not washed out yet. Furniture was broken and very old. Bathroom walls were flaking off. Carpets were stained. This was not just isolated to our room. I booked 3 for the 5 people traveling. We all had most of the same issues. Two rooms had hand towels to dry off after a shower. There’s just too much wrong to list here, but the constant, we all had the roach issue. I asked the person at the front desk about the hotel, she said it used to be part of a franchise, but they left and sold it. If you want a cheap place to stay (got 3 rooms for 5 people for $162.50 total) and have zero expectations, and don’t care where you sleep, then this place is good. It has a ton of potential to be a decent hotel again, but is going to take a lot of work and money.

AC was badly in need of repair. No dials were functional or present, as long as we are on the subject. I woke in a pool of my own sweat. The property was old and very run down. Very friendly and helpful staff though.

The room was disgusting. No comforter, sheets dirty, refrigerator rusted, microwave nasty and Manager was very rude.

I’ve never ever have so disappointed in a hotel like why would you even put someone in a room like this I felt like I was being set up I had to check out the next day and apparently can’t get refunded since I stayed past 10 mins which in my defense I was actually too scared to walk out since it was nearly 11:00 at night and was scared they weren’t gonna give me a new room and just kick me out and I wouldn’t have had any other place to stay this was the smokers room I understand that but I only picked it because of the price but it MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS IN THE PICTURES I paid nearly 300 dollars for this and can’t even get my refund I did stay my full 4 nights the door wouldn’t even lock all the way I felt like I was breathing in mold this place needs to be shut down it was truly disappointing and disgusting I didn’t even feel safe to sleep on the bed nor sleep at all I was all night until the sun came up and checked out do not stay here

Stayed at last minute while traveling and hotels in Laurel were full due to crawfish festival. Welcome relief after a long day. Was able to save money and hotel was comfortable. Check in was quick and slept well. It was a good option for my son and I traveling.

Room was clean. Checking in staff, she was nice

Slow service, slow refunds, jus everything was terrible. Don’t buy a room online. It’s cheap and all but there’s a lot of cons to the room. I bought there a room and the lady said the rooms tv didn’t work and tried moving us to a “suite”. It came without the second queen bed and instead came with a pullout sofa bed.

I like everything very convenient and great service.

Stayed 2 weeks had my Dog and very quite

Don’t believe the photos in the ad!! The manager is super nice and a cousin of Elvis and the room is big but unfortunately, that’s not enough to raise the star rating. The first thing I noticed was there was no blanket or comforter on the bed. Next, no toilet paper. Then, no bath towels. Then, there was a coffee maker but no coffee. And then, no waste can. Talked to the attendant, and he said they don’t do coffee and there was no maker in the room …? When we got the one roll of paper and bath towels, things did not get better. The towels were more like mesh and were covered in stains and stuck together in spots. The bed sheets also had stains in addition to multiple burn holes. Stuff appeared to have been torn off the walls. But the kicker was, there were no batteries in the smoke detector and the alarm was covered with red tape. Pretty sure the place doesn’t have a vacuum, either. It was late when we checked in after a very long drive so we decided to stay and get out as early as possible the following morning. Not a place we will return to or recommend.

There was a lot of things wrong with this place. It had a Motel feel to it. Spots on linen, room smelled bad( the service desk gave me a little better room), yhe walls were covered with spots. We had a coffee machine without tge correct cups. Parking lot spots are extremely small. No breakfast is at this place so plan accordingly.
