Although the hot tub was closed due to a smell of pee the stay was amazing love the bed and pillows nice good sized modern TV and great water pressure for the shower. Will stay again in Laq hotels .

This property is away from all of the hustling traffic , but close enough to get to the restaurants and shopping area. The indoor pool was a great place for the family to get a travel break.

Was there 2 days with daughter and grandaughter. Room clean, spacious. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Only con, indoor pool was closed for maintenance.

Very clean room. Stayed in a king suite. Spacious, excellent house keeping, kept the bed made, trash taken and towels refreshed each day. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. The pool is ok. It is covered (indoor), but not heated. It is suitable on a hot summer day, but not luxury. There is a breakfast provided, but 3 stars at most. Edible, but it's minimal. The property itself is very clean and it's in a good location compared to interstate and main retail areas in the city.

We were in room 102. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting. The room was nice and clean upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the ac was nice and cold. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool area is not indoors per se, but it is in an atrium which is quite hot during the day. The water for both the pool and the hot tub were a little cloudy but other than that, it was very relaxing. The breakfast was small but nice and the lady running things did a great job of keeping everything stocked. They had scrambled eggs, sausages, and boiled eggs. They also had fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, toast, and packaged pastries as well as a waffle maker. The breakfast area is nice and big. They had a nice fitness room also. The only negative thing i can say is that there were a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot around 10pm which was a little uncomfortable for my family. Overall though, it was a very nice stay.

When you first walk in, you are greeted by staff members that have a positive and happy attitude...with a smile! Check in is fast. They make sure that you feel like you are in capable and caring hands. They take care of everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! They have coffee, water and hot chocolate at all times. The pool and hot tub were perfect! My boys loved working out in the gym. The staff had our towels for the pool ready and waiting on us because they knew that we would be swimming. They were just so friendly and helpful. They really connect with you as a family. We live 2 hours away and we are definitely staying again.

First, let me say that the staff were great. Secondly, the bathroom really needs upgrades, especially the tub. But what I couldn't overlook was the roaches behind the fridge and in both corners beside the vanity. Pull the microwave and fridge out, clean behind them. I will never stay there again.

Every room smells like the worst musty mold!!! It’s the worst hotel room I’ve ever experienced and it was so rundown. The whole room was so worn down and our tub had mold in it. It was seriously gross. I was afraid I was going to get sick after breathing in the OVERWHELMING mildew smell all night. We had no other choice but to stay here for one night and every room had the same smell (we checked!). It was really awful. For the price…this place was so bad. The front desk lady was nice (and overworked!), but that’s the only nice thing I have to say about the place. Never again.

We arrived late evening.Trash was overflowing at front entrance , did not look appealing. Hall Floors could have been vacuumed more and the dining area did not look clean. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Check in was smooth and friendly staff.

The front desk receptionists were all incredibly nice. The description says it was completely renovated but it is not. The outside and lobby are but once you get past the lobby it is NOT renovated. The shower/bathtub had mold and rust stains. The shower curtain had mold. The mini fridge was off so we had to wait hours for it to cool. The sink didn’t drain. The toilet was wobbly and very low to the ground. We were excited about the indoor pool but when we got there the pool area was nasty. The elevator buttons were very slow to work. Some of the outlets in the room don’t work. I asked to use the business room for 30-45 min one day and they would not allow me to although it was completely empty for the 4 days we were there. We honestly wanted to go to another hotel but we didn't want to forfeit the money we paid to stay there.

The room was very clean and had a really nice scent. The bathroom was clean as well. The refrigerator didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal a the shower curtain was essentially useless from preventing water from getting on the floor. Other than those two issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and I pre-checked in so check-in was very smooth. This will be my new spot in Meridian.

Excellent, friendly and accommodating staff. The people are just great. The hotel is older and needs some updating but it is very, very clean and well kept. To me, the bed is too firm, but that is different for every person. Breakfast is good. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Poorly greeted, no smile, no eye contact. Was told if the reservation was made through a third party, we might not get what we asked for. Room was a 4, however, found a bath towel with feces stain. Breakfast was good but not hot by 7:15. Very busy weekend and the staff was unable to stay up with demand. Overall the rest of the staff was helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff was rude on check in. Three at the counter and none of them greeted me or even gave a smile during any part of the interaction. Overnight clerk is very nice and considerate. Professional and kind. But the daytime staff held a very snobby and unfriendly impression of the hotel overall.

The room was very clean and had a really nice scent. The bathroom was clean as well. The refrigerator didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal a the shower curtain was essentially useless from preventing water from getting on the floor. Other than those two issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and I pre-checked in so check-in was very smooth. This will be my new spot in Meridian.

Not a great part of town when you pull off the highway. If I didn’t have nonrefundable room I would’ve kept driving. Then I walked in and the entire lobby is under construction. The counter manager and employee were very nice and very helpful. The room was OK in cleanliness - not amazing. There was literally was no soap and one bath towel, one hand towel, one washcloth. No bath mat. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was good, but I would not stay here again.
