I loved the beautiful surroundings of the pool area, and the garden gazebo out back. I was disappointed the hot tub was luke warm and that the jets did not work. I was disappointed that they did not serve breakfast Sunday Morning without notice the day before.

The complimentary breakfast doesn’t seem as good as it has been in the past. The toilet leaked from the handle every time we flushed. We almost always stay here because it’s the only hotel with a safe yard for kids and pets to run. They advertise a fire pit but it has never been working in the past two years.

It's dirty 4 ice machine and not one of them wrking smells the carpet old dirty and torn we had no shower curtain was looking forward to nice quiet evening after driving maybe nice dinner and drink nope restaurant Close so thought we try the pool oh hell no at least 30 plus kids in the pool the pool was a mess the kid left towels shoes toys everywhere gave up got up to go home the pool was the same dirty mess Please don't go by the pics on theirs web site STAY AWAY

I would not consider myself high maintenance in the least but this hotel was next level filthy and disgusting! Upon arriving in our room we found dried puke all over the side of the chair cushion in our room and dried chunks stuck to the box spring of the bed! We pulled the sheets back in one bed (double queen room) and there were dark orange/red stains on the bed spread. The other bed was COVERED in black dog hair and grime- looked like a dog had just barely slept in it! The floor had definitely not been swept in a long time. We immediately asked for a new room and were put in a room that smelled like someone took a dump in right on the floor and the smell got progressively worse throughout the night! The bathroom floor was covered in peanut shells and hair and there was literally black mold growing in the corner of the wall of the shower/tub! If you are some kind of rodent, garbage puppy, or fly this is the hotel for you!! If you have any self respect you will RUN as far away from this hotel as possible!! If you have

My room was not clean. The bathroom very dirty - moldy shower curtain, dirty tub, water spots and grime on the shower walls, previous occupants fake eye lashes on the floor. The breakfast options were poor - not even cream cheese for the bagels. They left out a bowl of butter that looked lumpy.

The staff was very nice but our room was quite dirty. The freezer was fully packed with ice so we weren’t able to use it. It looked like coffee had spilled all down the wall behind the desk that was missed. There were still soap marks from the bar used in the shower. When we spoke with the front desk they did have the housekeeper address the issues immediately and gave us a different room.

The pictures online are old old pictures. They do not represent the current condition of this facility. The carpets are stained and filthy. It smells when you come in the door. The beds are old. The pillows have been washed and the fibers inside of them have clump together there were holes in the pillowcases. Used soap in the shower. There was a hair in one of the beds. We moved rooms three times each room had similar conditions. We were unable to get our money back. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was hard and couldn’t get comfortable all night. The room didn’t cool down until 4am. It was hot all night. It’s the end of July. If someone is checking in the cleaning people should start the air conditioner before the guests arrive. Just an idea.

There was a banquet the night we stayed and we were unfortunately in the room closest to the banquet hall. The music blared until midnight and the there was the half hour of people that had over indulged making thier way back to thier rooms. The hotel was fairly empty as far as people spending the night so the staff could have easily put us in a room further from the event. We spoke to them in the morning and politely told them that they could have at least told us ahead of time so we could have made an informed decision. I honestly would have thought the music would have stopped by 10 a. The person at the desk was pilite and said that they had many complaints and apologized. Ibdont mind them having a banquet, they need to make money, just need to improve the communication.

The only issue I had with my stay was the air conditioning unit was a little loud, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping so it wasn’t that bad. It was just something I noticed. Everything else is great.

Approximate arrival and check in time was 17:45 was checked in to room#245 only to walk in to unclean and unmade bed. Called the front desk immediately with my concern, the duty who checked me in said I’ll get someone to clean and I had asked estimated time. He replied in an hour, so the hour went by got back to the same room only to the same filthy, unclean and unmade bed. Manager was supposed to called in this situation as to what I was told there is no available rooms. 20 minutes I called back and a guy showed up with a different key to another room.

Because I used Expedia they tried to upcharge me $15 in order to switch to a less expensive room. I would have had to pay MORE money to switch to a cheaper room and I would still have to pay the rate in the Expedia booking I made. WHAT? I just asked for a different view on the side of the facility that I had stayed in 2 months ago which is apparently a cheaper than the room they had assigned. Felt like a scam. They blamed my use of Expedia. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. I booked this hotel even though it was pricier than comparable hotels because of a recent positive experience here. The hotel is older & outdated & a bit rundown & now I feel scamed by a very negative experience at check-in. Won't stay here again.

On the morning we checked out the staff came to my room and accused us of smoking. My wife and i don't smoke. Just very rude, staff just turned around and walked away. Right after check out time the maid did not knock even though we had a do not disturb sign on or door, just walked in on my wife getting dressed. Breakfast is from 6am to 9am we went down at 830 and there was no food left over and staff said they will not cook anymore. I will never stay at a red lion again!!!!

Checked in, keys didnt work but it was the battery that was dead on the door. Then when the guy was changing the door battery someone inside opened the door and was wondering what we were doing. Went to front desk, the manager was rude and didnt have good customer service. Got new room. Shower was broken. Breakfast was horrible!

I think the hotel is Fair and in decent shape however it is dated. Our stay was for 2 nights and we did not rent a car so the convenience of the Red Lion is it's close to alot of things. I mean literally walking distance. We would stay there again.

There were kids running around the halls screaming late at night. There was a man with a confederate flag towel at the pool. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it took almost 2 hours to get the food. When it did come it wasn’t good.
