Booked this room for the pool and hot tub among other things. When we arrived the pool was closed and so was the hot tub. The hall carpets were stained and kids were running up and down the hallway till 9 or 10

Checking in four guests, got to the room strong pet odor. Three towels in the bathroom, required one trip to the front desk. No toilet paper another trip to the front desk. We were in town for a soccer tournament with our kids, the pool and hot tub were not functioning. The overall atmosphere of the hotel screamed “The Shining” long dark hallways. Breakfast area was run down and dirty. We walked next door to the convenience store for breakfast every morning. The whole place needs a remodel or complete demolition.
