Check in was easy. Typical hotel room. Beds were comfortable. Room had water stained carpet and mold in the bathroom. The pool was small but fun for kids. The hot tub jets didn’t work. The elevator was scary—the floor was littered and dirty and it paused for a long time before the door opened. We decided to take the stairs. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

Has two building, not connected. Pool, gym, kithen and front desk in one building and rooms in the other one. To walk across you had pass either parking lot or side door and cross thru where people smoke. Speaking of smoke, stairs by our room smelled loke people been smoking there. Grounds are kept clean except grass by grill area has lots of dog poops peopld didnt pick. Breakfast is meh.

Only gave three stars for the property conditions due to heating element was out in the pool and hot tub. We had booked here for the pool and hot tub so we were bummed to find out it was broken when we got there.

Room keys didn’t work properly, on both the external door to the building and the room itself. The keys were programmed twice and still repeatedly failed to work. Aside from that, there were non-guests hanging around outside between the two buildings that made one feel unsafe.

The hotel needs a significant update, and the carpets in our room must be cleaned. The staff was excellent, breakfast was what you expect, and parking is horrible. You can get there earlier, or you may have to park on the other side of the hotel.

When we complained that there was blood on our bedding (not ours) they said “okay don’t put your sign on the door and I’ll have someone change them” flash forward to when we got back later…the bed was made but the bedding was not changed…still blood and other black specs on our bed. When we brought it up to the front desk they said “well I told them to change it but we were slammed yesterday”. An absolutely disgusting experience and we will not be returning to this quality inn (possibly not any other quality inn). Extremely disappointed. 0/5 stars

The pillows are completely horrible and stained. They are disgusting. the hallway reeks of cigarette.the toilet seat is loose in room 279 the room was clean but cigarette burns on the bedding which I will never stay here again.

Building (A) 304 The carpets in the hallway's, elevator, and dining room were filthy dirty; and badly stained! Our room was disgusting! The mirrored closet door was smeared and missing the knob. Inside the closet was a dirty towel lying on the filthy floor. The bathroom had black mold growing around the edges of the popcorn ceiling, and the fire sprinkler was covered in rust. The ceiling exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The carpet was filthy dirty, badly stained, and reeked a putrid odor! The furniture looked as lf it was pulled from a 2nd hand store dumpster. There was mouse droppings in the drawers. The desk had scrapes, scratches, and gouges. There was 2 lamps.1 floor and 1 desk both shades were stained. The black-out curtains had dried blood spots. The air conditioner only had 1 working speed. I would have opened the window but, the screen was ripped and torn open. I went to the store and bought a spray bottle of lysol, paper towels and cleaned all touchable surfaces. I never would of thought I'd have to clean a hotel room as a guest! What a dump!

Lobby area smell of smoke, elevator was covred in handprints and who knows what? As well as the carpet was so dirty throughout the hotel. The blankets, curtains & carpets in our room were covered in idk? Looked like a crime scene. I think this hotel needs a whole new cleaning staff. Like youshould be able to recognize that the "white" blankets have a questionable stain on them as well as the carpet and curtains. I felt dirty even after taking a shower. My kids didnt even take a bath or go to the pool, because it was so gross. I think the ladies who are running it need to think about cleaning it better.

Well it started with the elevator......the lobby looks fine and the staff were friendly but the moment you walk into the elevator you get a real look at how this hotel is. It's filthy.....the elevator floor is covered in dirt, mud, spills, grass etc. The buttons are covered in a weird grease and you are seriously scared to touch the walls. Hop out of the elevator onto your floor and you will find unvaccumed floors and stained walls. Lord help you when you hit your room ...showers not clean, again grease all over the fridge and tables, no sheets/blankets for the pull out couch, beds that lean heavily toward the walls so much that you feel like you are sleeping while doing a handstand....and to add insult to probably what is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in we got the privilege of being charged over $200 for a suite. Perhaps skip this hotel over and stay elsewhere

From the exterior, the property looked well maintained. However, the dumpster near both Building A & B was disgusting and the smell wafted near the entrances. The carpets inside the room and throughout the building was old, ragged, and stained. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable, the sheets were scratchy, and the bathroom floor and tub had red mold. The entire building needs a renovation. For $167 a night, the "Quality" Inn was a complete dump. Will never stay at another Quality Inn again.

The beds were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I would have slept better on the ground. Not only were they hard as a rock, there was a huge dip in the bed right about where your back is and your head was at a decline. We had to sleep at the opposite end of the bed, but the dip was still very noticeable. We pretty much paid over $150 to take a shower, as none of us got any sleep.

We came in close after 4:45 and even though we were clearly there after the check in time our room was not ready. After 15-20 minute the room was ready. The bed was hard as a rock, good thing the pillows were soft. There was a lot of noise in the room above ours. I did like that there was Direct TV.

The property and room were clean and overall good condition. Unfortunately the walls are very thin. I thought someone was right outside my door talking, turned out to be the people next door. Normal voice but could clearly hear every word. Toilet flapper in my room leaked so it would refill every minute or so. Plumbing in the next door bathroom vibrated horribly every time they ran the sink or shower. It is convenient and walking distance to several restaurants so points for that. Person at the front desk was great at check in, pretty nice breakfast service too.

Although the room was very comfortable and clean, there was a motor on the other side of the wall that started up every few minutes that was very loud and kept my friend awake for quite a while.it needs to be looked into.

Everything about the room was fine except the ac didn’t work. By the time we figured it wasn’t gonna cool down , we already had the kids tucked in. I wasn’t gonna go through trying to get them settled in again.

We weren't happy with the carpets .( stained bad) Didnt like we had to walk to other building for Breakfast coffee tasted waterd down had ti go to Starbucks to get a goid cup. Breakfast lady (RUDE ) Employees didnt get to clock in until it was time to check in at 3 . Also no one is at front desk in the evening.

After 2 days on the road, we found ourselves in Twin Falls, ID late and needed a room for 4, 2 adults, 2 children. We chose the Quality Inn because they were close and they offered breakfast in the morning. Their website claims until 10am. Got down at about 9am the next morning, and they were cleaning everything up...I asked if breakfast was over, and recieved an annoyed and rude response from the staff telling me it ended at 9. I explained to them that their website says 10am, and they didnt really have an exact answer to why they were ending it early. No one told me breakfast ended at 9 when we checked in. In fact, I had to wait to be helped when I checked in because the woman working the front desk was MIA. I rung the bell after about 5 mins of waiting, she yelled from the back office that she'll be with me in a minute. The whole transaction, I felt as though I was annoying her. I then called to ask for an extra blanket after setteling in to our stinky and old "suite", she told me I had to go get it myself, which wasn't a problem necessarily, but if you're looking for a hotel with staff that actually care and present themselves professionally, I would not recommend this hotel. When we checked out of our room, a group of employees were hanging out outside the front doors smoking cigarettes. Zero class. This hotel might work for some, but I'll bever stay in a Quality Inn again based off this experience.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel often for work. I usually love quality Inn and suites. They’re usually very friendly and accommodating. This one in Twin Falls has the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with they act like they are being bothered if you even walk up to the counter, they have no Friendliness to them at all. There was blood stains on the linens. It was disgusting and the AC never worked and they did nothing about it at all. I would never stay here again. Especially a gal that she said her name was Betty. She even rolled her eyes at me. I have never had this kind of service at the quality and before I came to Twin Falls.

I loved that is was within walking distance of Perrine Bridge and the path you CAN walk all the way to Shoshone Falls. We could walk to everything. LOTS of restaurants to choose from. Staff was so easy to deal with. Gave us a nice room and LOTS of info on what we could do nearby. It was just a wonderful trip!

We love that they had a pool and a hot tub. We stayed here for 7 days. We love the breakfast in the morning and the newspapers. The room was so clean and cozy. The beds were wonderful to sleep on. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel when I booked, probably because it has a pool, but wow is it the worst 3 star hotel I have ever been in. The carpets and bedding was so stained and the entire hotel felt grimy. There is no parking so we had to park next door in a doctor's office parking lot. The lobby smelled terrible like cigarettes or something similar, and the breakfast was worse than any Continental breakfast I have ever had. The orange juice was so bitter I couldn't drink it, the hot water was warm at best so my tea was cool. The toilet in our room ran intermittently until we turned it off. The bathroom fan was so loud I thought something was breaking. All in all I would not stay here again.
