A hot tub is listed as one of this motels amenities, and I would venture to guess that advertising their hot tub would be a reason to set the room prices a little higher than a motel without a hot-tub. The problem is that their hot tub is out of order and according to other comments, the hot tub has not been working for a long time. I was looking forward to relaxing in the tub after a long day on the road and it was disappointing that is was not in working order, nor does it appear that is will ever be in working order. I think their list of amenities should be updated to reflect this.

Overall very nice hotel with lots of parking. Comfortable bed, very spacious room, good gym with free weights, decent breakfast options. The air conditioner was the only thing that wasn’t great, it wouldn’t stay on constant fan and cycled on and off every few minutes.

The hotel was nicely decorated and conveniently located to shopping, dining and recreation areas. I was a little disappointed that our room smelled like pet urine. We were traveling with our pet and needed to be on the first floor, but something needs to be done about eliminating the pet smells.

Bathroom had hair all over the shower wall and water stains all over the shower doors. I highly doubt the shower was cleaned at all. Apparently my room was cleaned by lupe. She didn't do a great job.

I had reserved a pet friendly room, but the carpet was covered in old dog pee stains. We were traveling 14 hours, so arrived late and the hotel was full. Staff and management were friendly and apologized, but occupancy was full so they could not transfer me. They did give me a full refund for he room which was helped offset the cost anyway. It was just one of those things. Fortunately we were only staying one night and were scheduled to be in the road again early, otherwise this room would not have worked.

HAVAC systems in the rooms are not controlled by guest. The temperature does what it wants. One of the nicest La Quintas I’ve stayed at. The lady at the front desk was super nice. Very busy but stayed guest focused. No internet available.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and the place was spotless and white glove clean like it was good. I did have 1 issue and it may not seem like a big deal but to me it was. I unfortunately in my life have broken my back in 3 places and then Also my neck when I was a teenager so i need a good pillow at night. For some reason the pillows in that room were incredibly flat and there was like hardly anything to them. So i didn't sleep well at all because I kept waking up because I couldn't get comfortable because there was hardly anything of a pillow under my head. Other than that the experience was great. Get better pillows thanks

Good location with several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The rooms are clean and relatively comfortable but worn. Person who checked me in didn't give me any information on the wifi or breakfast buffet which would have been helpful. Room was on the street side with traffic noise.

We were on a long road trip and unfortunately my wife injured her knee the prior day and was walking with a cane in significant pain. When I checked in I asked if the hotel had a wheelchair. I didn't expect so but it was worth asking, and they didn't. My wife came into the hotel with a serious limp and we walked right by the checkin desk. When we got to our floor and looked for our room we found it was as the end of the hall, over 100 feet from the elevator. I offered to get a different room as the hotel was almost empty, but she decided to tough it out. She was in tears by the time we got to the door. I was absolutely livid by the sheer thoughtlessness of the desk clerk. She could have put us close to the elevator and saved a lot of discomfort. People in the hospitality industry need to think about what their guests need. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location but is getting tired. The alarm clock had not been cleared by the maid so we got an unwelcome wake up at 5:30 am. I thought I had turned it off but had hit the snooze button so it went off again at 5:40. Breakfast was ok. Overall, I left the hotel tired, angry and very disappointed.

This stay was a mixed bag. I like the property and most of the staff were great. Breakfast was great and the room was nice. Dog friendly. Unfortunately, people haven't picked up after their dogs around the property, even though bags are supplied. The worst problem was when I got home and checked my card online; I had over $1200 worth of charges for two nights! When I called, the assistant manager was helpful, but the charges were a mess and actually still haven't been totally corrected at this point. Other hotels only charge me the pet fee and Expedia takes care of the rest. That clearly didn't happen here. But at least they are working with me. I like the LaQuinta brand in general and will likely stay again but will do my due diligence when it comes to charges on my card.

Solid choice for Twin Falls. All the standard business travel type fare. Pet friendly too. The hotel clientele is the expected mix of vacationers and vagabonds. Overall room vibe. Knocking the rating as the hotel has appeared to run on a skeleton crew. The help is very good, just horribly understaffed. Front desk doubled as maintenance so was left hanging around the check-in for about 10 minutes while they put out a fire (issue, not a real fire). Also breakfast was late starting and coffee kept running out as I thing there was only one person running the whole dining area and they could not keep up with the busy weekend. Note to management: hire more people! Questionable to return.

Gentlemen at the front desk accommodated us when we asked for a quiet room on the top floor. Our room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast ended at 9, which seemed a little early, would have been nice to be able to have breakfast until 10. All in all a great stay!
