SpringHill Suites Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

The property lived up to its description with no complaints from my end. However, we were unexpectedly charged for parking, which wasn't communicated during check-in or outlined in the property's policy. We only became aware of this charge during checkout. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Night 1. 4 am fire alarm had to vacate building Night 2 phone kept ringing middle of night Night 3 had to walk up to 4th floor elevator not working. Night 4 too tired to care anymore.

The hotel was clean and in a decent part of town. The staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed in the parking fee. $20 for self-parking seems a little excessive for a Springhill Suites in the suburbs.

The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. There was a lot of close dining and shopping options. You were close enough to all the major highways making travel an ease. Our room was small compared to most Springhill Suites. It is definitely and older hotel with some funky odors in the hallways, but not in the rooms. The pool and pool area are pretty small, so don't book the room for the pool. There were several treadmills and ellipticals; however, only 3 were in working order. The workout area was kept clean. Our TV remote didn't work even after replacing the batteries. Overall the stay was okay, but the staff is the real winners of this hotel. They were so amazing that I didn't complain about the inadequacies of the hotel. Jayna, Janai (I can't remember exactly how to spell her name) at the front desk (from New York) is a keeper, so sweet and positive!!

Everything good, the property is old, new rugs. Ice machine was broken. Limited breakfast

The only ice machine that was working was the one on the first floor. I went to all four of the other floors looking for ice before I found that one working. The light on the smoke detector is very bright and bothersome at night for sleeping. Otherwise, it was fine.

It was ok. Room was kinda small. Pool was not in great shape. When we were packing up we found an old used condom under the bed. So that was pretty awful.

Clean, friendly staff, great breaks options. Only complaint would be how slow the elevators are.

They charge parking $10 per night . First time ever they I pay for parking in a hot eh l where I am staying.

Site says Parking available, no mention of a fee. So imagine my surprise when I was told that there was a $10.00 parking fee per day.

The staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also great!!!

It’s pathetic and smelly, I left the hotel in 20 mins after checkin.

My room had NO hot water (or even warm) whatsoever. Also, the room wasn’t clean. Dirt all over the sofa and trash on the floor when I checked in.

location is fine, feel safe and the lobby and breakfast area are fine. Really the only two things are the carpet & couch in the room. They are very dirty. Other than that, everything seems to be pretty good. Oh, one suggestion on the breakfast: use real eggs for scrambled eggs and make it available every other day. and use real eggs in the breakfast sausage sandwich, no need to make too much, quality is important.

Front desk was super friendly, hotel wasn’t very clean, room was very outdated and could have been cleaner, bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Our room was not clean. Went to the front desk, they put us in another room and it was not clean. Very disappointing. Will not be staying there again.

Great Service Super Clean Rooms

Short stay. Accomodating staff. Very chill hotel. Big room and exceptionally clean.

Room was dated, bathroom felt like a public bathroom. AC was inconveniently placed right next to bed so it was blowing in my face all night. Couldn’t turn it off because my son sleeping in the pull out couch would get warm. Room listed was a one bedroom but wasn’t, living area was partially blocked but not separate. Would not have booked if I had known. Breakfast was decent, $10 charge for parking. Would not return or recommend.

I liked how the AC was controlled by a thermostat, the breakfast was wonderful also. I did not like how the beds were so small and the tv remote made it very difficult to use the tv, and the pool looked a lot bigger than what it really was.

they call these rooms suites,never seen one so small,t.v. was on a cabinet so low it was hard to see laying on the bed,room was too crowded for 3 people and a so called sleeping couch...........

The hotel is nothing special, it's just fine. The property, while generally clean, was outdated and looked tired. It could use updating to give it a fresh look. The elevator was very slow and the doors took a good 20 seconds to fully close and open. The rooms only have lamps placed here and there and this results in dark areas - the closet for example. It was a dark nook where your hanging clothes would go to disappear. Most frustrating of all was that the in-room internet service was not reliable. I tried to connect several times before the sign-up screen finally showed up and I could enter my room number and name. I purchased 3 days of high speed internet service with the intent and need to work during times I was in the room. On day two, the service was out altogether. I told the front desk clerk and she said she was also having problems connecting to their reservation system. This apparently did not result in her making the connection that it could also affect the internet service for guests. I had to leave the hotel and go find a coffee shop where I could connect and work. When I checked out, I noticed that I had been charged for 3 days of internet service and the front desk clerk could not figure out how to credit me for the day the service was unavailable. There are better alternatives nearby and I'll likely be choosing one of those in the future.

Room had an odor, oddly arranged with the tv on a bedside table to move between the 2 rooms, older looking furniture.

To soft mattresses. Cheap toilet paper. Room looked much bigger online than in person

The suite was perfect for our little girls night out (4 of us). My only complaint was that the beds should be replaced. They were not comfortable and noisy with just the slightest movement.

Receptionist was amazing Only thing I didn’t care for no tv where the king bed was The suite had a tv with swivel but if your laying in bed you can’t watch tv comfortably you have to lay across or at the foot of the bed to see the tv

Rooms need better lighting

Front desk went above and beyond to make is feel welcome. Great restaurant recommendation.

I asked repeatedly to have the exit door adjusted since it only closed when u pulled it tight which took effort. Never addressed

Cristelle had such a welcoming smile every time we walked in to the lobby. What a precious young lady, who truly cares about customer service as well as those she works with. Thank you for a great stay.

Customer service was horrible here, specifically the employee, Bliss. He was condescending and extremely rude. Then when I said something to him about his attitude and asked for the manager’s information, he all the sudden became a good employee asking me about my trip. You need to improve your customer service GREATLY.

Sebastian at the front desk found a room dor me even though they were filly booked due to a nearby conference when I called in a panic because the other hotel I had booked was unsafe and infested with roaches! I was traveling alone and didn't know where to go. The staff made sure I got checked in with them and that I had everything I needed. The hotel was perfect and clean and safe. Springhill is the only place I'll stay anytime I travel to Dallas from now on!

Friendly, great customer service

They had to put us in another room as the room given was not cleaned. Hairs in the bed, tub & toilet seat. There was leftover food in the fridge from previous guest. Wifi internet was not working at the moment....had to go to lobby and be on the phone for 30mims to give there IT dept info on my daughters Ipad so they could connect it manually so she could finish her homework. Got 2 keycards but only one worked.

The soundproofing was poor. I had already paid when I booked online, but I needed to pay a deposit with a credit card when I checked in. However, they actually used my card to deduct the room fee again, which was equivalent to me paying twice. At first I thought I had made a mistake and that the fee would be refunded to me, but in the end I didn’t get a single point back.

The hotel itself is nice and the amenities are well kept. The front desk and the staff were helpful. We did opt to get our room cleaned. The front desk let us know that the cleaning service will be done every other day. My wife and I were fine with that. We stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. The room never got serviced for a turn down.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Can't wait to book again

Clean, close to restaurants and shopping

Affordable and in a convenient location to the Water Tower Theatre. I love all the dining options available as well as shopping. The staff is very pleasant & accommodating. I would ad that they promote the rewards program upfront & listen to the customer as I had to repeat myself because it was getting busy with one clerk available to assist but two standing there.

Stayed here several times. Always a nice staff, clean, comfortable rooms and great location. Only complaint is they charge for parking and it is a very quiet area, no security in parking area so not sure what the charge is for?

Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about property and very accommodating. Room was clean, quiet, cool and well organized. Bed was comfortable.

Nice clean rooms. Pizza boxes were on floor with other trash sacks by ice machine- house keeping was working and never picked up trash. Breakfast pancake not hot The only microwave was by front desk by snacks. Overall it worked out as chose other breakfast items

Everything was clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We loved the complimentary breakfast.

Stay was good but went down at 8:15 am to eat breakfast and hot fresh food was out. I am diabetic so I needed good food and it was out. I was waiting for new food to come out and they said it was out for the morning. Very frustrated about that as I had to go spend $65 on breakfast for the family and that is one of the reasons I stayed at this hotel.

No running hot water in the vanity. Cleaning scheduled but not done. Breakfast was mediocre.

Good hotel building in a good area. But a few things that were all great. The beds seem comfortable at first but im not sure if it the material but became uncomfortable. Theyre also only full sized beds, really small for two adults. The TV could be positioned better than just on a small table. The AC blew cold but didnt really reach the whole room. The breakfast was very mediocre. Very few choices. Could be improved, but over all a good propety in a nice area.

Breakfast options were a disaster - We went to have breakfast 3 days, on 2 days we were told they had run out of scrambled eggs and Raisan Barn cereal (we had gone for breakfast around the mid of the breakfast schedule on both days). The family did not have any reasonable alternatives The room layout was odd with the closet at the other end of the room
