The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was fine and the hotel was convenient to get to the airport. The only thing we did not like was having to pay to park the rental car there per day.

The fire alarm went off at 1 am for the second night in a row. Guests evacuated, staff told us we could go back to our room, but then we were told by other staff not to bc the fire department need to test for CO2. Guests stood outside for almost 2 hours with no communication or feedback. Staff were aggressive, exclaiming they would not be giving any refunds. Fire Department determined the smoke alarm was set off by someone smoking in the lobby restroom. The elevators did not function, even after the alarm was cleared. The next morning all guests were carrying their luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. -Breakfast is cold cereal, not typical HIE breakfasts. -No toiletries in the restroom. Typically HIE has shampoo, conditioner, face & hand soap. -Trash cans were overflowing in the halls.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is nice. Been trying to get hot water for literally 4 hours. Not a drop. Stay here because it's near the airport and has a shuttle service. My flight's at 6am, need to be at the airport NLT 4am. The shuttle service stops at 2-4am... Doesn't state that on the web site...

This hotel is convenient. The free airport shuttle runs on schedule. There are plenty of eating options, both walkable and on property. I would make this my go to hotel for an overnight in Atlanta.

It was ok but our room was on the 6th floor and the elevators didnt always work. Had to climb 6 flights to get to our room then climb down 6 flights with luggage.

The hotel is new and the facilities are excellent. The only thing is that you have to park inside their gated parking with a $20 fee. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel.

When we arrived our room was dirty with hair on the bed and a dirty shower. Front desk didn’t get our towels to us and we asked for connecting rooms but we were two rooms away from each other. My room had no air and I had to ask to be moved. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Costumer service was great everyone was very friendly. However the place itself was disgusting. There were giant bugs in the bed and crawling on the floor, when we walked in the towels were not clean and on the floor, the first floor smelled like sewage and the second floor smelled like propane gas.

The staff was very friendly, but the floor in the room was so sticky my shoes stuck to it, there was a terrible smell. The first room I was given, the deadbolt did not work and the second was iffy. There was some strange stain on the sheet and I used a towel to cover it. I did not get much sleep as I did not trust the lock or the condidion of the room. However, when your flight cancels, you take what you can get.

Well for being a holiday express it was very dirty. After getting into our room people who worked there walked in on my wife. The room was not prepared for us. Missing stuff like toilet paper and kleenex. Not up to the standard I'm use to for holiday inn express

We were pleased with the amount of space and glad for the suite option. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very good about bringing bedding and pillows for the pullout bed. We had a very pleasant experience.

My only complaint with the hotel was the level of noise. The rooms were not well soundproof. We could hear people out in the hallway talking, but it was like they were in the room standing next to us. It was same for people above us. This continued throughout the night. I’ve stay at my fair share of hotels and this is by fair the worse due to noise.

I would have given a 5, but my room had no hot water. I was told to let the water run. After I let the water run for about 20 minutes and the water still cold, I called back to the front desk. I was told that there was nothing mechanics could do. The lady at the front desk said that she could switch my room but there were no more king rooms available.

During my stay at the property an incident occurred and I felt as though the staff did not handle the situation the proper way. A deadly threat was posed to my friends and myself, and instead of the threat being taken seriously we were treated as if we were the antagonizers. They went as far as calling the cops on us, as we were repeatedly letting them know that the other party started and escalated this incident, to the point deathly threats were communicated. The staff handled this situation horribly and I will never stay here again. Being victimized and blamed when we were put in a position to absolutely have to defend ourselves was absurd. On top of the staff blatantly ignoring us and also lying on us as well was truly a traumatizing experience.

Busy at the front desk for check in. Staff not the friendliest. First impression not great. Went to room, picked up ice bucket to get ice and upon removing the lid there was the last person's trash in there. Gross! So we had to go back to the desk to get another bucket and he didn't give us a bag to put into it. So, we had to ask for that. One of the bath towels had a hole the size of a quarter in the middle of it That being said, the breakfast was awesome and so was the breakfast staff and person's at the front desk for the day shift. We had read that there was a charge of $20 for parking in the Hotel lot, but we haven't seen that charge on our bill...yet. All in all, a good experience, just a rough start.

Your front reception Staff IS TERRIBLE. I ask.. after been given my Key that was closed up in envelope What is my room number ? She replied somewhat nasty look in you envelope. Okay I don't know where elevator is I don't if there is and internet password. I was just floored as senior citizen being treated like that. She made sure she told me about parking my vehicle and how much it was to cost and if I didn't park in the hotel parking I could get tow away. I very unhappy about how I was treated as Single Senior Citizen with Military Privileges

Our stay was fine. Once we got home we realized we were overcharged, which is fine because things happen. I called the hotel to ask about the charge that appeared 4 days after we checked out plus an additional charge that was random. The front desk attendant put me on hold and then asked me to call back at 11:30 a.m. She then called me back with a very rude and unprofessional tone. I was taken back as I was the one that was overcharged with mystery charges days after check out. When I explained to her that she in fact didn’t “previously explain” anything and only asked me to call back after 11:30 a.m she HUNG UP on me. Now we wait to see if the charges are reversed. Very poor customer service, and she ruined our experience at this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK at this hotel. Pathetic hotel and hotel management. Do not book at this hotel. My car rental agency at Atlanta airport mentioned that almost 10 cars are getting broken by thieves at this hitel every week.I stayed at this hotel on 1/10/2024. I parked the car in a very visible area right in the middle of hotel's parking lot area. That day a total 11 cars were broken in and one of them was mine. I had few valuables worth 500$ in the car and the window was broken. It was a rental car with limited insurance and i had to go to Atlanta airport to exchange the car runing my travel plans. The hotel does not take responsibilty of what happened of what happened. The hotel management was rude to say that its not theor responsibility. They do not take any any ownership of whay happened and instead they gave me the IHG corporate office # and i spent 3 hours talking to them about the situation and they say they will talk to the hotel management. It was goong in cicrcles. I had to go through all this effort, time and money and these guys not even bother to ask if at least they can refund my stay. Pathetic hotel and pathetic service.

Kinda janky honestly. The hotel is kinda dated and not super clean. The parking lot is sketch and the surrounding area is creepy. The only reason we stayed was because we had an early flight. Wouldn’t stay again honestly.

This hotel is located in a dangerous area. The property is fenced in to keep homeless people out. They have security who bang on doors all hours of the night yelling security and demanding that you open your door at 3:40 in the morning to prove the wandering homeless people don’t belong in your room. The breakfast they advertise was awful. The front desk people are clueless and uninterested in customer service. Worst stay ever. Please avoid this hotel if you are traveling alone- no one could tell me why I had to open the door for security- I answered thru the door what do you want? He continued to bang - but as soon as my husband opened the door just a little bit - they said wrong room and walked away no telling what may have happened if I was alone and had to open that door. I mean how could he tell from a crack in the door that the person didn’t belong or wasn’t in my room that quickly after banging to get in for so long? Ladies please be careful

It was frustrating that there was a $20 parking fee that we weren’t aware of. There were homeless people loitering in the lobby first floor area and causing disturbance outside the building. One of the shower doors were missing. The breakfast had some issues as well. The sausage was undercooked and there was gravy with no biscuits. No cream for coffee only sweetened “creamer.” This hotel does not meet the normal standards of Holiday Inn Express.

Crowded, only one elevator was working, the dryer was broken, never got clean linens. The smell of weed came through the vents for children. Breakfast was crowded.
