We have stayed at this property many times. However, we have been disappointed almost every time because it has been a full house between the construction, and now the finished product. With the full capacity comes zero parking if you arrive after eight or 9 PM. On this particular trip, there were four semi’s parked in the parking lot and work trucks that were almost semi truck sized. No rhyme or reason to their parking- taking up multiple spaces. The gal at the desk mentioned we park at mattress firm because they own part of that parking lot, however, there’s no lighting over there. It was completely dark.

We booked this hotel because Hotels com advertised it as having a hot tub. That was important to our trip. The hot was under renovation and we could not use it which was a huge disappointment. Neither the hotel nor hotels.com were helpful

It really takes alot for me to leave a negative review. I Was really disappointed. I booked this property along our route back from Florida. It was our last property to stop before getting back to "reality" . I looked for locations that had hot tub/whirlpool. When we arrived there was a tiny hole on floor covered, and small pool full of children. Asked housekeeper about hot tub she said its never worked. It seems misleading to list this as amenity for those willing to pay over $200 a night to lay their head on a pillow for just that one thing they are looking for. We drove 12 hours and was looking forward to soaking our hot bones, not trying to squeeze into a small pool with a birthday party. The area for food and beverages in evening was way to small to accommodate the number of guests. Positives: the rooms are very clean like you expect of this chain, the employees are pleasant and seemed to work hard. I just would have booked somewhere else if I knew no hot tub unfortunately. Everyone has a selling point, and I used it as a filter on Expedia, and looked at details.

Friendly staff, not too far from the UIUC campus by car, the fitness and pool facilities were clean and the breakfast was filling. My kids also like that there was a Culver's right across the street. We will stay there again.

Conveniently located, and gotta love the kick back hour - the snacks were actually enough for a full meal, even with couple healthy options, free pop, and up to 3 free adult beverages. I didn't use the pool, but it is one of those cool indoor-outdoor pools.

The staff was excellent- all friendly especially Matthew. He checked us in when we got to the hotel late at night and was wonderful. The indoor/outdoor pool is unique and hope to try it next time. The only down side was limited parking due to some construction.

Hotel is under construction, which was not a problem for me. However, the entire place smelled horrible like sewage and I couldn’t figure out if it could have been from the construction. Overall the room was comfortable. Staff service I found was neutral. The property is dated for the price they are charging, hopefully the remodel is to fix that.

This is where website reviews can be deceptive. Although highly reviewed for the area, it really was a step down from a Hampton Inn. They entice young families with free dinner / breakfast. I'm sure they love it as it really becomes a baby sitting / play area for young parents while the parents can get a drink. We were on a college visit so this didn't work for us. Also, the pillows were WAY to high and extremely uncomfortable when combined with beds that are extremely soft (possibly from kids jumping on them too much). I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't have young children.

Very clean with comfortable, large rooms. Area surrounding hotel is somewhat noisy as it is right on the highway. Surrounding area is a bit sad, but it was not unsafe at all.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful to both us and our children- the facility was under renovation and we asked if we could play games in the lobby/food area and they would not let us hang out past 10 pm- they kept saying we were being too loud and talked to us as if we were children. The food was not high quality like the other Drury that we have stayed in, it should be called the dreary inn instead due to the terrible guest services we had!

Most things were good, except that I hadn't been given the cards for drinks. I waited in line to get drinks, got to the front and had no drink cards. I then had to go back to the front desk and get the cards and get back in line. The line was very long, there was only one girl bartender. She was very overwhelmed. I got about 3 people from the bar with about 11 people behind me, and she says 7pm. Bar is closed and stops serving. If this is how things are run, it's not good. There should have been 2 bartenders and everyone would have gotten their drinks. Ridiculous. This whole process was exasperating and inefficient.

Check in went smoothly. The evening meal was average. Hot dogs were barely warm and buns were dry. They ran out of cheese for the nacho chips before the end of the meal. Beds were soft and rooms were clean. No issues with room whatsoever. At breakfast it was slow to get food refilled when it ran out. Waffle machine made horrible waffles. Eggs were bland and lukewarm. Sausage was okay. Average for a Drury. We stay at this hotel exclusively because of the free evening meal and usually good breakfast and this was the worst one by far.

Very nice remodeled room. Comfortable, nice amenities, very friendly staff. I was so surprised they serve dinner and drinks! My only change would be please serve good coffee—I depend on a good cup of coffee in the morning and I couldn’t drink the stuff that was served it was so bad. I would love to stay here again but am guessing I won’t because of the bad coffee (yes, it’s that big of a deal to me).

The girl at the front desk when checking in was very friendly and helpful. She asked about being a rewards member and explained all of the amenities. Our room was recently renovated and was very comfortable! The happy hour and dinner snack was delicious… Olive Garden food is always great.We will stay again.

The room was great! But they had no operating kitchen, so it was catered food that was terrible and cold or just nothing to eat at all!! The hot tub was not working and the pool was dirty - found a feather floating in the water! This experience was HORRIBLE, will not stay at a Drury Inn and Suites in Champaign!
