Building in disrepair/Pool area out of order from electrical issue with lighting system/ice machine on our floor out of order/complimentary coffee out of order in lobby. Hot breakfast eggs and sausage dry and overcooked/held too long 45minutes before serve time was over

We had a nice and quiet room. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. I used the fitness room — it’s small but had everything I needed. I didn’t have breakfast, but it seemed to be the usual selection that hotels offer these days. I would definitely come back.

The towel is not clean. I can see the black dirt mark on the towel. Probably some guest used the towel to clean very dirt stuff. And the towel was not cleaned properly by the hotel. Others look good.

Hallways were dark with missing light bulbs, varied color light bulbs. Toilet seat had cracks on it. Not even a bottle of complimentary water for an $800 / night stay at this hotel.

This property was typical of what one might expect of Best Western Plus. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower with lots of pressure. This is one of the very few rooms I have ever stayed in that had no carpet of any kind in the room. No problem, but seemed odd. The carpet in the hall way, at least on the first floor, was pretty disgusting, which was really out of character with the rest of the hotel, which was very nice. The breakfast area had plenty of tables and the breakfast was your typical buffet.

It was a quiet place to stay. First impressions were lower due to the filthy hallways. Signs said they were in early stages of remodeling. I would stay here again when passing thru.

Easy check-in and parking, good breakfast, newer or updated property. It was a bit noisy as neighbors seemed to be celebrating so sleep was interrupted throughout our one night’s stay.

This hotel is newly remodeled and beautiful. The room was large and I liked the no rugs on the floor. The rooms are very clean. The bed was perfect and the room temperature was very controllable. My one complaint are the curtains in the room. The hotel is in an area with many businesses and the outside is very well lighted. The curtains did not keep the light out and the room was too bright so my husband and I did not sleep well.

Pretty clean hotel... carpet on our floor was stained and coming up, right by the elevators. And our room with a king bed had a huge open space where clearly a couch WAS. There was just a chair there .... really odd. I wanted my daughter to stay with us and she couldn't because there wasn't a couch.

Hotel was very clean, but if you are part of a team beware. Owner was extremely rude forbidding anyone from congregating in the lobby after 10pm. I understand for courtesy of other guests quiet times, however when you sign up to as a host for tournaments and teams are required to stay at your establishment, you have to understand everyone will congregate in the lobby. The owner would not permit anyone to stay in the sitting areas with tvs past 10pm and extremely rude about it.

They lost my reservation. I was unable to cancel or modify it in the app. They could not help me. They charged me for a different room (2 queen beds) even though I had already paid to stay there thru Expedia. No one could understand. They issued me several sets of keys that didn’t work. The upper floors need replacement carpeting. Did not receive maid service.

No one to tidy up the room. Talk to the front desk, he showed me the paper says due to the DO NOT DISTURB sign placed at the handle, so the staff would not tidy up the room, fine. We go out at 10 and the sign removed, but the front desk staff says the staff would not come to clean it as well. Once you missed the cleaning time frame from 0900-1100, this is your problem but the hotel.

The cleaning of the room was not great, the night stand had rings and sticky spots from drinks of the previous guest and there was dirty areas in the bathroom. The front desk was vacant most of the time and I had to wait to get any help. Usually I was not alone and there formed a line of 2-3 guests waiting for the front desk to eventually show up.

Arrived at hotel and the place was overflowing with kids—running throughout the halls, into the parking lot. Apparently there was a sports tournament in the area and all the hotels were full. We were put in a room right next to the lobby where kids were playing late into the evening and parents were drinking heavily. I asked to be moved and then for a refund and was refused both. Rude service and no concern as to our satisfaction.

Hotel itself was pretty decent, nice location. Wasn’t very happy with the staff. We met up with family for a couple nights, desk staff was rude to my daughter, then accused them of stealing a pillow after checkout, which they didn’t. We had to change our room the second night due to a clogged tub drain. Many strange rules posted all over as well. I would stay somewhere else mostly based on the staff.

We stayed here for the State Science competition. It was about 10 minutes away from the State Farm Center on campus, so it was perfect. It was perfect and the front desk was very nice. I would deffinitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was disappointing: only oatmeal options were fruit/cream flavors, hot water tasted like old coffee, only french roast caffeinated coffee- no decaf.
