Would not recommend this property Check in was 3:00 I arrived at 4;45 and they told me my room was unavailable I would have to wait There was supposed to be discounted parking $54/day they told me they were sold out I would have pay full rate of $60 When I asked to speak with the manager they immediately found a room and a parking spot There was supposed to be a bar / restaurant available however it closed at 5:00 on weekends Would definitely NOT GO BACK!!!!

Comfortable bed, Very clean. Great view from balcony south towards freeway, staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit outdated. Convenient onsite parking, a tad expensive but not bad. Close to some restaurants, a wallgreens, a walk in medical clinic as well. Attaches restaurant for a breakfast buffet with good food!

4 stars: Would’ve been 5 if they made the $54/night parking fee more apparent and if the elevators were more efficient. Otherwise this was an all around great stay! Walking distance to some amazing Chicago experiences but also quiet enough to feel away from the noise of the city. The parking fee also comes out of the $75 deposit which is convenient. Amazing staff from front desk to house keeping. Not to forget the spacious room and “ridiculously comfortable bed” (that’s coming from someone 6’5” sharing a king).

This was a good property for convenience. They charge about $55 per night to park, I recommend using spot hero to park next to Walgreens. It’s a small 2min walk and about $20 a night. The first night the bathroom door got stuck and was a struggle to open, next morning we told front desk and get fixed it. It’s a clean property, and they have a breakfast bar attached to it for convenience.

The staff was always very welcoming and friendly. Anything that I asked for, they accommodated. The parking garage is right across the front entrance making it convenient. There is a flat rate daily charge if you opt for it. It was just deducted from the daily deposit of the room so it worked out. A little steep at around $54/day, but I guess it beats finding street parking downtown every night. Make sure you park in the designated spots/floors so you don’t get towed by the parking garage. One night, there was no parking available on those floors. One of the hotel workers said they were off shift in 20 minutes so we could take their spot so we waited around for that to free up to avoid conflict. The hotel is conveniently located across a Mariano’s grocery store as well as neighboring businesses and shops.

Actually enjoyed my stay but 3 days after returning home. My arm began to itch very bad. I have 9 bite marks on my arm after one night of sleeping in your hotel. I hope you get room 921 treated. There is bed bugs in your hotel.

the room had red hairs all over it the sink in the bathrrom was clogged the light fixtures were in poor condition and found a few hairs in the bed parking was not provided over all their platforms so had to figure that out the the "discount" was five dolllars and didnt even have enough parking for all their guests. all in all i will not be staying there in the future

The room was clean and nice but, I could hear all going on outside. They need soundproof glass on the balcony door. Only window in the whole room. Even 14 floors up the noise was bad. Very nice staff.

The hotel is very nice -- clean & attractive. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the elevators, hallways, and occasionally the lobby were stuffy and warm. The water pressure on the 17th floor could have been better, but the view!

Staff excellent. Rooms are super small especially the suites. It says it can accommodate 4 people and that’s not true. The bathroom doesn’t have a rack to hang the towels. They have these windows on the restroom doors so when someone uses the restroom at 2am it lights up the whole room and wakes everyone up. Parking is overpriced and not good for trucks. No microwaves in the room, they have 1 shared microwave by the elevators that is a real inconvenience when your room is far down the hall. The ironing board was horrible. The balcony is unsafe, but the view is really nice. I love the location. If you are alone you may enjoy the stay. The bed needs updating, there is a dip in the middle. The restaurant is good i enjoyed the breakfast. Some good qualities but i think I'll stick with airbnbs.

The hotel is very dated and close to the highway so it is noisy at night, even when using earplugs. They were able ti switch me from one room to a slightly quieter one, then the bathtub leaked in the second room. The third room was just as noisy as the first. I saw a leak coming from another room that spread in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of renovation.

The door handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken on the inside and non existent on the outside. The exhaust fan didnt work in the bathroom. The headboard was sticky from people putting their greasy heads on it.

Highway noise was overwhelming. When I travel for business it’s exhausting, so nothing worse than waking up to loud Chicago traffic and realizing they put you in a room that literally sits on top of the interstate!

We stayed here for ARC festival in union square. It’s situated nicely by all forms of public transportation and plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself needs a major update. Furniture and fixtures are just old, but everything is clean. My biggest complaint is that they never serviced our room for a 5 night stay, but they entered our room one day and just took the trash and nothing else, so why even enter? When we asked for clean towels or an extra blanket we were met with attitude, it was as if asking for anything was too much. End of the day the hotel did the job and offered a clean place to sleep.

The staff was really rude You can ask them a question they act like they didn’t care or gave a one word answer the elevator took 5-10 min and then the sheets in the room were dirty you turn the over head light on and just see yellow all over the sheets and the toilet has to be flushed every 5 min because its barley works then they charge 54$ a day to park a parking lot they don’t even own

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Told me best local stores to buy food/drinks, as well as a bunch of great local restaurants. Even lent me a bottle opener when I needed one. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was clean and had everything I could want, right near the fun part of town.

Check in was quick and easy and the hotel is in a great walkable location to restaurants and shopping. The train is also very close. Friendly staff and the parking is just across from the hotel entrance.

Nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Bean…and bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Ave… lots of fun outdoor eateries!! Only recommendation- don’t take a room next to elevator because you’ll hear it go up and down ALL night long.

Having lived in Chicago for 20 years and still going there frequently, I know that it's not just about where the hotel costs, it's equally important to know what location works best based on what you want to do. Staying at this hotel in Greektown for the first time was surprisingly delightful. Was easy to get to both the Art Institute and Steppenwolf Theater by car. Pleasure eating at Athena Restaurant and being across from Mariano's & Stans for donuts. All being said, the one downside is it is really noisey at night due to being next to the Kennedy. However, would still definitely go back!

The outside of this hotel looks old but the inside is really nice. I liked all the food I got at the connected restaurant. The rooms were really nice. We received excellent service. The lobby was bustling at all hours but the floors were quiet.

This was the perfect spot for us, as a couple, to stay upon seeing the Lady Gaga concert in Chicago. Fabulous location, incredible staff, and convenient in all aspects. Loved the all you can eat breakfast 😋🍳 buffet. We are definitely coming back.

All the staff I encountered were very nice and super helpful with local events and places to see/eat during our stay. The restaurant within the hotel, Rye Deli+Drink was also very nice and had great food/beverage options, plus the servers were really down to earth and made you feel welcome. Really really enjoyed our stay and plan to make another trip the next vacation we have (so much to see and experience!)

Location in the West Loop, easy walk to restaurants, river and if you enjoy getting steps in, like we do, walk to Magnificent Mile, The Bean and Pier! Breakfast Buffet was decent, food was cold that should’ve been war/hot.
