I had asked for a handicap accessible room after having recent knee surgery. When we arrived, our room was still not available at the 3 o’clock time. It finally was available around 445. The weight wasn’t so much the inconvenience, however, when we got to the room, the view was beautiful, but the bathroom toilet was not standard ADA height. And the shower was a tub and I was not able to step into it. Otherwise, this day was lovely

They didn’t clean our room and when we call down the front desk said was I sure. When I assured them that I knew a made bed vs not they said oh all of the cleaning staff was gone. Then a half hour later when we were leaving to go to dinner walked by a house made working, cleaning a room. The next morning checking out I told the front desk this and they said. “Oh we will mention it to the manager” and never heard anything more. As an aside booked two room other one for my daughter and family. Rooms were small and much less than special. as my kids say “OVERRATED “
