I really liked the hotel, though the room was humid and the bathroom was very small.

This is my first time in Chicago. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Midland Hotel. Customer service was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The food is so amazing and great size portions. I'm so glad my husband chose this hotel, we will definitely be back and make memorable memories in years to come

I was there for two nights, July 3 in a regular room and then a suite on July 5th. My check in was a disaster, but not on their fault, but rather with my bank. Q, the ambassador who checked me in, was professional and very patient. We had to call the evening manager, who assisted me. I thank everyone for their help! The first room was a bit worn out with a few issues. I pointed it out to the manager who checked me out. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgraded suite! I will be taking a good look at the Tribute collection at the Marriott Bonvoy group!
