It was just OK. Hotel needs updating. 2 elevators -- only one worked. Lots of waiting time at elevator. Very disappointing that they didn't keep the complimentary coffee and tea out all day like almost every single other hotel. Kitchen staff not the nicest. The breakfast was ok, except the fake eggs and the gross sausage patties.

We had a great stay at the Hoffman Estates, The rooms were spacious, had a refrigerator and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had only a few issues the bathroom door to Toilet & shower was awkward, would have been nice with nightlight or dimming options and elevators not working well. Overall great experience for all.

Very good breakfast! The whole place was so clean and well maintained! Staff was awesome! Definitely be back!
