This property is located right off the expressway. The attendant had no problem letting us check in 30 minutes early. The room, bathroom, fridge, microwave, etc was very clean. The shower was new and lots of room! Our bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and a nice fluffy comforter (we did not have to ask for extra blankets). We visit Chicago often and the value of this hotel beats all the others! The breakfast wasn't fabulous--eggs, sausage, etc, and make-your-own waffles (delicious & hot). The coffee hot & fresh with a button to make it "bold" if you want! The work-out room had a treadmill, bike, and elliptical. No free weights. One pull down weight that worked. Good enough!

It was a special trip for me and my wife. Hotel is average not special and room service on demand basis but not mentioned at the time of check-in. Bathroom shower door does not close properly. Lift also not working properly sometime.

The room that was given to us 119 was across the front desk. And we can hear the ringing if the calls and the people commig in ad out and then the only elevator was next to the room and could hear the elevator constantly moving up and down and people getting in and out. It was so noisy. We asked to be moved, But only if we paid 95 dollars on top of the 130 we paid. We left 20 min after we checked in. Make sure you opt for refunded option at this place.

During our second night stay, the power went out due to an issue with a transformer. Of course, this was no fault of the hotel management, but their lack of communication with hotel guests was disappointing. No effort was made to keep guest informed of what was happening. At the very least, the manager could have explained the situation and been more proactive with guests about when they could return to their rooms.

Overall, the stay was really good. It's a small thing but there was only one trash can in the room instead of the usual two or three. There was no container for recycling on site that we could see. Whatever mattress pad they use makes a loud crinkling sound and does take a little bit of the mattress and sleep comfort away. The property is very close to I-90 which made getting to the places we wanted to go very convenient. If there are rooms available when we are in the area the next visit, we would consider staying again.

Our stay was great. Clean room and bathroom, great location for our needs. Check in was easy and guy at the counter was very enjoyable. Breakfast was ok, but we got there late so not much left. Only issue was our shower door. Bathroom looked new but our sliding shower door would not stay closed while we were showering.

Some of the staff are friendly and accommodating some are so so. Breakfast is nice to have in the morning tho it’s the same thing every day. The air conditioning is my big problem here it’s not that strong and doesn’t circulate around the whole room but only where it’s place.

I was on my way home from a trip visiting family with my son in Kentucky. This was just to be a nice place to stop at for a rest. Upon checking I asked to use the bathroom after being on the road. I was told the public bathroom was out of order. then to be told shortly later that they now usable. Once I entered the bathroom it was dirty. it was clear that the out of order sign was just to keep people out of it. Sai. I believe was his name, he checked me in well.. actually he was training a nice young women whom was a dear. BUT SAI!! he was rude. very rude. made me feel uncomfortable. only and hour later I went to the desk to request ONE extra towel. my room only had two and was in need of and extra one. AFTER getting the third degree about how many people were in my room. I explain twice why that I needed two towels for myself... being one for my hair one for my body. and one for my son. I was given an extra towel. This was SAI whom was being to rude about one towel ONE TOWEL!!! In the room there is a motion sensor it goes off with any movement. I WAS WOKEN UP THREE!! from just my son moving the bed. the third time it work me up was 2:45am. so I just packed up my stuff and left. Never even got to get to use one of my amenities I paid for, meaning breakfast. I ASLO feel bad for whom ever gets stuck with room 138. For it is next to an entrance. When this door closes it slams with the LOUDEST SOUND. which i am sure would wake up anyone in the middle of the night.

NOT RECOMMENDED. One of my worst experiences with this chain. Checked in and even though fully purchased through Expedia, they charged me more money. The child's age was clearly identified when I booked the room in the first place, but they still charged extra. This was not right and have taken it up with the corporation. Had I known that there would be additional charges, I would never have chosen this property. Manager and staff were very rude. Manager told me directly I could not take breakfast to my room. Why have fridge/microwaves in the room if it is "not allowed"? Manager's favorite quotes were "..take it up with corporate" or "take it up with Expedia". We found out, after the first day, that they say they only cleaned rooms once every three days. We needed clean towels after the first, because there were only two to begin with. However, the room never got cleaned, even though we reminded them on our way out that morning going to meet family. Time to cancel my Choice card.

He was in the car with the kids. Finally convinced them I made the reservation and paid with my card. Breakfast was disgusting, with undercooked eggs and sausage. Very inconvenient set up with flow of people. And nothing was wiped up or replaced in a timely matter.

Pedro at the front desk was lovely! Very pleasant and friendly. The two women who worked the day shift were not. This hotel is listed as pet friendly, but when I brought my dog inside I was not made to feel welcome by them. I was very firmly told I was required to have room service because of the dog, which was specified nowhere when I booked. I was fine with that, but the tones of the conversation were negative and accusatory. I willingly complied, because as a person and dog owner I’m very clean, however I understand not all guests pick up after themselves. So I see their point, but the manner in which this information was told to me was rude. From that point forward anytime I walked in or out of the hotel they gave me unwelcome energy. And honestly, the room didn’t look like it was vacuumed or maintained in a way that involved the dog. So to me the required room service felt more like an inspection. The beds and linens weren’t touched aside from how I’d made them, and only the trash was removed from the trash bin. Overall I got the impression the owners of the hotel were NOT dog friendly, and only accommodated because of the corporate requirement. I will not be staying here again, as my husband, dog, and I didn’t feel welcome by anyone other than Pedro. Who once again was lovely.

I willingly complied, because as a person and dog owner I’m very clean, however I understand not all guests pick up after themselves. So I see their point, but the manner in which this information was told to me was rude. From that point forward anytime I walked in or out of the hotel they gave me unwelcome energy. And honestly, the room didn’t look like it was vacuumed or maintained in a way that involved the dog. So to me the required room service felt more like an inspection. The beds and linens weren’t touched aside from how I’d made them, and only the trash was removed from the trash bin. Overall I got the impression the owners of the hotel were NOT dog friendly, and only accommodated because of the corporate requirement. I will not be staying here again, as my husband, dog, and I didn’t feel welcome by anyone other than Pedro. Who once again was lovely.

The hotel has a unique policy of 12 & under is free and any children over 12 is $25/person/night. My booking was through hotels.com and I disclosed the age of my son at the time of booking. Hotels.com tried their best and told me that they will reimburse this additional charge. On the second day of my stay (checkout day) I came down and picked up breakfast for my wife at 9:40am as the breakfast closes at 10am. They told me that breakfast must me eaten at the breakfast area and can’t be taken to the room. Such an awful experience in terms of their service and policies they are calling it. The hotel management are just transactional and have no business & customer service sense. I’m a very practical & very accommodative personality. Please don’t take your family to this place.

During our second night stay, the power went out due to an issue with a transformer. Of course, this was no fault of the hotel management, but their lack of communication with hotel guests was disappointing. No effort was made to keep guest informed of what was happening. At the very least, the manager could have explained the situation and been more proactive with guests about when they could return to their rooms.

This property is located right off the expressway. The attendant had no problem letting us check in 30 minutes early. The room, bathroom, fridge, microwave, etc was very clean. The shower was new and lots of room! Our bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and a nice fluffy comforter (we did not have to ask for extra blankets). We visit Chicago often and the value of this hotel beats all the others! The breakfast wasn't fabulous--eggs, sausage, etc, and make-your-own waffles (delicious & hot). The coffee hot & fresh with a button to make it "bold" if you want! The work-out room had a treadmill, bike, and elliptical. No free weights. One pull down weight that worked. Good enough!

Great hotel. Clean. Quiet. And the price can't be beat. Not too terribly far from O'hare, but a little bit of a distance from downtown, so if you're looking to be rather close to the city this might not be the place for you (Chicago traffic is awful and can take an hour during rush hour.) But if you're looking for something outside of the city, this is it. This worked great for me as I had appointments in downtown Chicago as well as southern Wisconsin and flew in and out of O'hare. I would totally stay here again.

Overall, the stay was really good. It's a small thing but there was only one trash can in the room instead of the usual two or three. There was no container for recycling on site that we could see. Whatever mattress pad they use makes a loud crinkling sound and does take a little bit of the mattress and sleep comfort away. The property is very close to I-90 which made getting to the places we wanted to go very convenient. If there are rooms available when we are in the area the next visit, we would consider staying again.

Property was clean, staff was great, there is a $100 deposit that I didn't see on the website, even if you paid in full prior to stay. We were able to leave $100 in cash at the front desk and they returned it to us at check out. Huge breakfast area and lots of food to choose from. Very pleasant stay.

Check in was awful. Took thirty minutes. Three people working and were very rude and difficult to understand. At one point I was told I needed my husband to come check in. He was in the car with the kids. Finally convinced them I made the reservation and paid with my card. Breakfast was disgusting, with undercooked eggs and sausage. Very inconvenient set up with flow of people. And nothing was wiped up or replaced in a timely matter.

Great location, a dated facility with limited services. Ice machine was broken, no service to change out sheets or take out trash. Parking is limited in the front and desiel trucks tend take the backside of the lot, can hear occupants when walking by their doors but not when you’re in their room, but location just off the freeway with a lot of great restaurants located nearby
