Great staff and love that they had a happy hour. Patricia was so nice and took great care of everyone. Even set up an area for our family to eat pizza. Pool was less than great. Water was so cloudy, you couldn’t see one foot below the surface. Tons of kids with lots of inflatables. One group had no parents with them. Very loud. Kids were running around and one fell on the slippery deck. Staff was very good and came after being made aware of what was going on. Would definitely come back for the staff and the rooms. The pool definitely needs more attention. Can’t rate breakfast. It was very crowded and we couldn’t get near the food.

Had a great visit. We asked for a crib and was given a pack and play that we made due with. Nice location and area. Friendly staff. A bit busy and loud and only one evator was working but we used stairs since we were only on 2nd floor. Alcohol bottles left in parking lot was the only negative for outside. Breakfast was yummy and hot but busy.. pool was clean and kids had a blast.

AVOID THIS PLACE if cleanliness and comfort are important to you. The room smelled musty and the sink filled as I brushed my teeth. The AC did not cool at night and I suspect the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest. Management did not address our concerns, which was a surprise for Hyatt.

I typically have good luck with Hyatt Place so I booked this hotel for a recent 4th of July trip with my family. We were given a room that was in need of serious upkeep. The pullout mattress looked like it had blood stains and the springs were popping through in some places. Carpet was extremely grimy with dirt ground in. The cloth sides of the bed frames and the couch itself were also filthy. We thought about getting another room but were told this was the only available room that could sleep 5. Also, when we checked in there barely any towels and bedding for the pullout was missing. It took quite awhile to get all of that-it seemed like the place was understaffed. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was ok. But that didn't make up for the condition of the room and hotel in general.

This is a nice property in a great area with lots of shopping and eateries close by. The included breakfast had lots of food options, our room was clean, and linens were provided when requested. Our only complaint was that the restroom area was VERY small. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, and you had to shimmy around it to get out without getting stuck or banging into the glass shower door! This got to be a major hassle.

One of the elevators was broke making the wait times long for guests. Breakfast was not organized well. Line to get any food was really long (out to lobby) because people were waiting to make waffles but blocking all other food as well. Bathrooms were really tiny. You had to either get in the tub or stand next to the toilet to shut the door while in the bathroom.

Rooms are spacious and accommodating , staff is friendly and reliable. The breakfast spread is great. The location is perfect for dining and shopping. The WiFi did drop and stall a few times and I wish the tv was a smart one to mirror or stream but that isn’t enough for a negative for this Place. Me and the family will return for future trips.

We chose this location and hotel because of their name brand. Upon check in the front desk informed us there were no rooms available on the upper floors which we requested. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. No one informed us we had to request our room to be cleaned so on the second day we asked the front desk for the service. On day 3 our room was still not cleaned. At 9:30 p.m. I went to speak with personnel at the front desk. He apologized and sent someone at the late hour to clean our room. Mid week we heard slamming doors, running and screaming at 9:00 p.m. The bathroom was so small there was 2” between the toilet and the open door. This seemed very dangerous after a shower as you had to try to open the door after drying and squeeze through the opening. Our room had furniture that had NEVER been cleaned. The breakfast area where they served food was extremely small and could only accommodate 10 people at a time. Seating was also very dirty. No one came to clean the tables after someone left. In summary, we will never stay there again. Shame on the Hyatt Corporation that allows the local management to destroy what used to be a good name.

Huge clean room! Comfortable beds and really nice sectional couch. Good continental breakfast including eggs and sausages plus usual cereal, fruit etc. front desk staff very friendly and polite. Pool is small but heated and clean. Nice outdoor patio. And great location!

The customer service at this hotel is wonderful. They go out of their way to help you feel appreciated. Room is spacious with a full sofa, ottoman and a separate area with a desk and another with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. Bed and linens were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is excellent with many choices for those with various diet restrictions. Area around hotel has many dining offerings and shopping.

Stayed for a week. Hotel pool was very cloudy. I noticed a jug of clarifier in the trash so I mentioned it to hotel to see if it was tested and safe to swim and they said its always like that due to sunblock and people in the pool (pool is indoor). Then on last day as I was leaving hotel, I was at the lobby desk talking to the managers asking how to print my boarding passes. Unknown to me someone started wet mopping the floor behind me. When I turned to walk away i slipped very hard and fell on the floor. They helped me get up off the floor gave me Tylenol and water and sent me on my way. I had to get my husband to walk me back to the room and we later went to urgent care. Urgent care told me to get them to do an incident report and get their insurance info so that I didnt have to pay y he expenses out of pocket. I did as instructed. They never sent me a repoort or their insurance info. They just sent me an email blaming me for not noticing tge wet floor signs.

Staff is the best. Specially the General Manager who took excellent care of our needs. Breakfast was good and plentiful. They did'nt wrap things up on dot and let people enjoy the breakfast. No complaints about the rooms. Location is great and near highways and restaurants and malls

I like the size of the room and that there is a sink by the fridge area. I also liked that there was a couch in the room… very spacious setup… What I did not like was that the hotel was not clean. We had to get our sheets switched out because there was blood on them. The room was clearly dirty in the crevices. It looked as if they did a quick clean instead of a deep clean. It was quite disappointing given the price we payed for a weekend stay at a Branded hotel such as the Hyatt. We will not stay here again. The staff were rude when we were purchasing a drink and snatched the card out of my friend’s hands. He acted as if she was a bother. All in all I would not recommend staying here. The best thing about this hotel was the location of it.

Quick one night stay while in the suburbs. The hotel itself was nice but was overrun with a couple travel sports teams which made breakfast very chaotic and the pool was so packed full of people we couldn't enjoy it with our kids.

The property was fair. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was blah for powder scrambled eggs and weird tasting pancakes. Safe bet is the toast and jam and the juice and cereals.
