Super 8 by Wyndham O'Fallon

I stayed 2 nights the second night Iwecwerevaw9ken by bed bugs. We packed and left. When I asked the front desk if they refunded she said no because we already stayed there and didn't say nothing prior. The minute we saw the bed bugs we were out. All she said was sorry. Don't stay there bed bugs travel home with you. It's disgusting

Air conditioning blew like it was on low but was on high. Shower had black mold on ceiling. Hallways to rooms had not been vacuumed what looked to be in weeks. The breakfast was horrible(salty gravy). Overhead another couple complain of bed bugs on their bed. Linens, blankets, and comforters were stained and nasty. Only one mini bottle of shampoo and one mini bar of soap. Glad we only stayed for the night. Never again!!

There's roaches in our room, the toilet doesn't flush all the way. The TV wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk. The guy who answered said he would come to our room to fix what he could. He or anyone else never showed up. We cancelled the the rest of the days.

The room had a table holding the door closed from the next room to the point where I could here people in the other room and was not safe to leave anything in room because the other room had access the only lock was a table holding door closed I left and did not go back after seeing all that will not go back again

Bedbugs confirmed in multiple rooms. Terribly run down. Sheets stained with only God knows what no clean towels in the room. I ended up not even staying overnight because I was so uncomfortable.
