Our stay was Ok. The staff was not overly friendly, but nice enough. Breakfast was less than most others - only cereal, waffles, powder eggs, precooked sausages, toast, and yogurt. No fruit, oatmeal, peanut butter, etc... The room was fine, small, and had basic amenities. It was clean, but not CLEAN. The whole room, or the hotel in general, could use a deep clean, corners and cracks in the bathroom, and there was an area in the room where there was 'something' smeared on the wall. The hotel in general - There was never a liaison at the front desk, always had to ring the bell when new guests arrived, or when towels were needed. The poolroom door was broken. The lock was broken so you could (had to) force entry into the pool. The stairwell exterior door lock was also broken, so no security getting onto any level of the hotel. The public areas of the hotel were hot, a bit smelly, and in need of quite a bit of cleaning and general upkeep.

This hotel was gross. Immediately checked for bed bugs upon entering the room. The pool was so dirty and the water a funny color. The door to the pool wouldn’t open and it was quite the chore to get help opening it. They didn’t believe me and when they tried to open it, they couldn’t open it either. Check-in took forever and the person barely spoke to me. Breakfast was subpar. The waffle maker didn’t cook them long enough so they were undercooked and no one ate them. I will never stay at this chain again, regardless of location.

Booked this room because it offered a hot tub. When I got there it was a jacuzzi tub. Which was alright. Upon inspection there was still hair in the tub. I cleaned that up and proceeded to fill up the tub. As the excitement of getting in and relaxing was getting close. I pushed the button to turn it on and to my surprise it was broke. So i just sat there in a huge tube full of hot water looking stupid. I literally paid up for a room with a broken jacuzzi/hot tub. They need to change the advertisement for this room and have people working that can actually answer you questions.

Had to stay here because we were having some work done on our house and needed a place with our puppy and a pool for the kids. This checked both of those boxes, but is old, dated, dingy, dirty… found a roach in our bathroom, had to beg for enough towels for our family of four, no daily housekeeping… never again. We will just kennel the puppy if Sleep Inn is the only option.

The property desperately needs renovations. Carpets are horrible, shower is an embarrassment, my bedsheets and comforters had a lot of stains (like blood stains), TV was like from the early 2000s, paint peeling off the wall. Really a filthy/nasty hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is disgusting. The whole place smells like weed and sweat. The carpet throughout the hotel looks like a murder scene. There was a big clump of dried blood on the sheets in our room. There were spots of dried blood on the lamp shades. Just absolutely disgusting.

One of the conforters had nasty stains on it. Constant screaming and yelling at all hours of the night. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We booked two nights but we only stayed one. We dont stay in motels often, so when we checked in the room was very cold. Couldn't change setting on the unit so suffered through cold nite. In morning found a hard to see thermostat on wall. Very small room. Almost no plugins for electronics, and those were almost worn out. Desk staff not very friendly. Good breakfast.

bed is not as comfortable as would like. Walls are thin and person in next room snored so loudly interfered with sleep. Ceiling shows stains. At checkin clerk charged us extra for room all though it had been book on the way. Will never stay here again. Recommend you stay elsewhere if you need a good nights sleep.

Wanted more pillows to sleep on, asked for them at front desk. Answer we got back from clerk on duty, we have none! The pillows they have in room were half size of a standard size pillow and u got 3 of them on each bed for 4 clients.

I like the location of the hotel. I did not like the inconveniences and lack of service. I was first sent to a room that was out of order. Then I was placed in a room that seemed to be on the verge of being out of order. The sheets were dirty and I had to change them myself. The microwave was broken. The comforter had a cigarette burn in it. And I was also intentionally misinformed about when management would be available to resolve my concerns. I find it unreasonable to expect hotel deposits for rooms that aren’t up to code/par. So I also didn’t like being given the runaround. I was basically told since it was booked through a third party that they couldn’t discount or lower the rate. Third party booking should not equate to poor service or no direct communication with the customer.

Like most inexpensive rooms, the hotel is utilized for low income housing. The nice thing is the third floor is used for paying customer so it stay quiet at night. The front desk help was polite and helpful.

Clean enough. Evening check-in clerk very pleasant and easy to work with. We had to fix the toilet o a receiptn arrival, only had one wash rag. We had a coffee maker, but no pot to hold the coffee. Morning desk clerk was hard to understand and was reluctant to print a receipt.

Ridiculously long check in. Front desk woman barley spoke to us. The hotel is absolutely filthy, soiled carpets, missing art work on the room walls, stained ceilings, dirty windows, dripping water. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and the free coffee was decent!
Ridiculously long check in. Front desk woman barley spoke to us. The hotel is absolutely filthy, soiled carpets, missing art work on the room walls, stained ceilings, dirty windows, dripping water. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and the free coffee was decent!

The property is very outdated sheets has stains but its clean i cant complain AC and mini fridge worked very well, breakfast is ok for what you pay it's a ok hotel my only concern was with the people loitering around the property just felt a little unsafe hallway smelled of weed but that's because of guest smoking even though it's smoke free property will i stay here again maybe not but if you're not picky its a ok hotel and oh staff were nice

Lobby, room, and beds were all clean without sign of pests. Staff was friendly and kind and were able to help with a light accent barrier. Theres an ihop next door with a few other restaurants within the block that are all good. Overall a pleasent hotel experience

Here's your honest review , I see a lot of bad reviews on here but can usually pinpoint the Karen reviews If your looking for a decent budget hotel this is it, good little buffet breakfast , decent small pool, hotel was dated but rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable, linens did have some stains but we're clean, air conditioner was extra cold as it was 95 out, hallways had a odor of marijuana but the room was fresh smelling , no complaints from us , felt comfortable and we also arrived 2 hrs early, front desk was able to get us in a room right away, sometimes people want a 300$ a night hotel for 90-115, not happening, for us this fits the budget and will stay here again over the next few years , was 1 min from o'fallon sports complex , stayed 3 nights , 8/10 for the price

Our stay was Ok. The staff was not overly friendly, but nice enough. Breakfast was less than most others - only cereal, waffles, powder eggs, precooked sausages, toast, and yogurt. No fruit, oatmeal, peanut butter, etc... The room was fine, small, and had basic amenities. It was clean, but not CLEAN. The whole room, or the hotel in general, could use a deep clean, corners and cracks in the bathroom, and there was an area in the room where there was 'something' smeared on the wall. The hotel in general - There was never a liaison at the front desk, always had to ring the bell when new guests arrived, or when towels were needed. The poolroom door was broken. The lock was broken so you could (had to) force entry into the pool. The stairwell exterior door lock was also broken, so no security getting onto any level of the hotel. The public areas of the hotel were hot, a bit smelly, and in need of quite a bit of cleaning and general upkeep.

Girls’ Annual Shopping Trip: You get what you pay for, I guess, but this stay was very disappointing! Filthy carpet, shower was sketchy, very limited toiletries & we had to ask for soap to wash our hands. Breakfast was very limited, too! No regular coffee & juice machine was “out of order.” They did have waffles, cereal & a few yogurts. We chose to eat elsewhere. We have stayed here several times in the past, but the condition has seriously declined, so we won’t be back!

The room was fine. Beds comfortable. Bathroom door lock broken. Staff courteous. The breakfast was inadequate. We paid to eat out. The hot chocolate box remained empty all week. There was only bread the first day. If you wanted toast you had to ask for an employee to bring you a couple of pieces out of the pantry. No apple juice. Limited creamer. Eggs werent quite cooked and the sausage patties were covered with grease. No fruit or muffins. I went next door and ordered at IHOP. That should have been deducted from my 4 days. I had asked for no maid service the first day. But we used the same 2 towels all week and I had to go to the front desk to ask for a roll of toilet paper. Again the staff was pleasant, but the amenties were not up to standards.

I had read the negative comments but hoped for the best during my trip. I was pleasantly surprised! My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room at all. Even the female staff member at the front desk was very accommodating as I called to ask for early check in before I arrived, I was told the fee amount, but when I arrived she did not charge me for it. The breakfast was tasty with a selection of items to choose from. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely stay here again. I did however notice that the hallway floor could be updated or thoroughly cleaned. Beyond that, it was a decent place to stay.

Her English was so broken she was difficult to understand. I figured it out on my own. The hand soap, etc were all highly scented. Definitely shouldn’t be. The bed was comfortable. The ice machine never worked. The breakfast provided was adequate; nothing fancy. Bring a sound machine because there was a lot of noise from the hallway.

Wasn't all that clean. Shower door about to fall off. Breakfast was disgusting. Attendant spilled milk all over floor and left it. Made new scrambled eggs and they were ice cold. Maids switched out towels and that was it.

We've stayed here a number of times over the last 10years when visiting the St Louis area. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel has gone down significantly during that time. We've actually stayed in the same room a number of times because it has an in-room jacuzzi they we like. While that seemed to be working ok, the bathroom was missing a number of items (kleenex, TP and the hairdryer) We told the house-keeping person but didnt get anywhere with that person. We ended up taking kleenex and extra TP from her cart just to get some in our room. The carpet was dirty and stained throughout the room. Finally, we were very disappointed with the breakfast. First, the coffee maker was broke during our 2-day visit and no alternative options were offered (seems like a $15 coffee maker from walmart would have solved the issue at least until their coffee machine was fixed?). The rest of the breakfast food options were minimal and not very appetizing. It is sad that this location, which is ideally located for us when we're traveling, has declined so much over the years. 😢

A little outdated, needs some general extra cleaning but the rooms were decent. Gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fair. Overall decent quality for the money.
